Predialing park extension sends call to voicemail
Have a strange issue on my UC560 and my SPA525G phone. When I have a call parked on any park line and I predial the park number and either hit the speakerphone or pick up the handset, it dials the park extension but then the call drops and goes straight to my voicemail. If I pick up the handset or hit speakerphone first and dial the park extension, it works with no issue. Has anybody seen this before?
What firmware version is on the SPA525G? 7.5.2a
What Software Pack/IOS version is on the UC560? 8.6.1 Pack, IOS: 15.1(4)M5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
CME: 8.6
CUE: 8.6.5
Does this happen with any other model phones? Not that I know of, I will test this today.
Does this only happen with external calls that are parked? From what I can see, it only happens to external calls but will test today.
More information:
This is a shared line with a CICP that is pretty much always off as it is only used while outside of the office on a laptop.

What button on the Verizon iPhone is used to send a call directly to voicemail / stop ringing?
The power button on the top right. One press and it stops ringing/vibrating. Two presses and it's sent directly to voicemail.

E63 sends call to voicemail instead of answering c...
On my old Nokia e61 when a call starting ringing I would push the answer button on my Plantronics Voyager 510 and the call would be answered. Now with my e63 the call goes to voicemail instead. What is going on? Is there somewhere on the e63 where I can change the function?
ThanksThanks for your response. Yes I've tried taking the headset back to factory settings & forgetting it on the phone, the repairing all over again. I also paired the same headset with another iPhone I have running iOS 7 and had no problem answering calls. This is definitely related to iOS 8.

I-PHONE 4 FROZE AFTER AN UPDATE, WILL NOT SHUT DOWN AND SENDS ALL CALLS TO VOICEMAIL, IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?
Unplug it and let unit go dead. Then hold your Home button down and plug the USB power cord back in. iTunes should see it and then restore.

My iPhone5 rings when I have a call, however it sends the caller to voicemail and when I answer it is just dead air. The only people that gets through are the people on my plan and AT&T.
That is AT&T that I can revive calls from. My DND is off.

HT201436 how to send a direct voicemail to an IPHONE from a Galaxy S III on Verizon wireless?
I can not send a direct voicemail using Promt 2 to send a message from my Galaxy SIII to an Iphone 5 or 4. Is there something I can do with my phone or should the iphone recepient do something with their phone so that direct voicemail can be achieved?
Both phones are on Verizon wireless. I tried to research this online. There is no information available at all! I called Verzon Wireless support, they did not know why. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME figure this out?
Thanks in advance for any help.
AlexTry calling into your voice ail instead of using the Visual Voicemail. You can call in by dialing *86. Then you'll need to listen to the prompts. It used to be possible to send messages to other VZW users that way but I haven't done it in forever.

Unified Mobility, no audio on Send call to Mobile Phone
I'm using UCM 9.1 with Unified Mobility (xfer to alternate number) with good success if I follow a typical call flow:
Inbound call -> Ext -> Rings deskphone x seconds -> Rings mobile phone -> Answer mobile phone -> hangup -> Resume call on desk phone.
But if I pick up a call on my desk phone, and use the Mobility button to xfer a call to my mobile phone I get no audio:
Inbound call -> Ext -> Pickup desk phone -> Mobility soft button, 'Send call to Mobile Phone' -> Answer mobile phone, no audio -> Hang up mobile phone -> Resume call on desk phone (two-way audio).
Device wise the call flow is:
ITSP SIP trunk -> CUBE -> CUCM -> 7965 IP Phone.
Recently I reconfigured CUCM to use the CUBE for any MTP resources instead of the software option and I think I may have missed something.
CUBE config:

In CUCM I removed the software MTP from the MRG:
Not sure where to start troubleshooting this problem, any help is appreciated.
SteveThanks for the help gents. I couldn't get to this until we're out of office hours on the weekend.
Interestingly, I have no mid-call option in my dial-peers. This is a 2951 running 15.2(4)M2.
I double checked the MRGL, my phone is associated with it.
Codec is G711 on ITSP side, and on phones - I'm not sure I fully understand the use cases for MTP, this is something I need to research more.
I've included two ccsip message debugs, the first one is the existing issue of no audio (in either direction).
The second I've changed the midcall-signaling passthru option, dropping the media-change bit and we get audio in both directions for mobility except we use Unity call handlers for IVR functionality, and now when an inbound caller is forwarded to an extension we get no audio - obviously this is a game stopper.
In Unity I have the port group configured as SCCP - Maybe I should be using SIP instead?
No Audio:

sip
midcall-signaling passthru media-change
early-offer forced
no call service stop
registration passthrough

Incoming Phone Call DND (Do Not Disturb) or ability to send call to voicema
Does anyone know a good way to put a DND (do not disturb) on incoming phone calls? The idea is to send calls directly to voice mail while still leaving the phone on to receive email & text messages. While at work or in meetings, it would be nice to not be bothered by calls especially from specific people. Ideally it would be really nice to one or all of the following:
-Function to send all calls to voice mail without ringing
-An option when an incoming call is coming in to send the person to voicemail with the choice of a prerecorded message such as "In a meeting" or "At work" etc.
-Send specific people to voice mail without ringing, possibly with a prechosen message. The only option for the iPhone not ringing when a call is received and the same when a text message is received while in a meeting is by turning the silent switch on located above the volume buttons.
-
So I recently got the LG G3 but the phone has nothing to do with it really. When I call my voicemail (speed dial or from contacts) it calls one of my friends in my contacts. It is the same guy everytime and it happened when I had my old phone too.
BRUH.
That is an odd thing to have happen. I can see where this would be concerning. It sounds as if there is an issue with the way the voicemail is routing. I will send you a Private Message so that I can gain access to the account so I can fix this. Please look for that. Thanks!

CUC 8.0.2 AA sends calls to operator straight to VM
Auto-attendant sends calls to the designated operator's number (hitting 0 or dialing the individual's extension) straight to VM. I temporarily changed the operator to my extension (which works dialing through AA as did every other extension I checked) and it worked. The user was originally a local account on CUC. I renamed this account and changed the extension to a nonexistent number, and then imported the operator's account from CUCM (like the majority of the accounts are setup). The symptoms remained the same as if the problem is tied to that extension. Any thoughts/suggestions/next steps?

Call/text/voicemail barring
Hi, desperately need help! I have the BB Curve 8330. I am receiving harrassing calls, texts and voice mails from an individual. Is there anyway to block this person COMPLETELY....so this wacko can't access text, call or voicemail? Oh, also, i used the TEXT CS option, they instructed me to the BB apps world. Tried downloading one of the programs (several times), always received the error msg: UNABLE TO LINK EMAIL & PASSWORD. Any help appreciated!
JenHi ,
I can understand you need to get this sorted as quick as possible.
I am going to send you a private message, this will give you a link to the chat team they will be open at 9am to 8pm today for you.
Have a great time.

4FXS-DID configuration problem using BRI to receive/send calls from/to PSTN
Hi to all.
Follow is the partial configuration of my CME.
It has a 4FXS card to use analog phones and faxes, and 4 ISDN Basic Rate interfaces.
On each port of the 4FXS DID card happens the following:
If I enable direct-inward-dial
I can receive calls from PSTN.
Off hooking the analog phone I cannot hear any free line tone. I cannot make any call from that phone.
If I disable direct-inward-dial
I cannot receive directly calls form PSTN.
Callers on PSTN after typing my number, they hear a free tone. Then just typing the extension desired the phone ring.
Off hooking the analog phone I hear a free line tone. I can make normal calls to everyone.
I have half the configuration working.
Where am I wrong?
I really appreciate your help.
Thanks to all.
Giorgio.

CME#Hi Paolo.
Sorry for the delay. I was on holiday.
I would like to keep separate incoming calls from outgoing calls.
So I decided to keep two dial peers for every BRI interface.
I followed your suggestion on eliminate commands:
"incoming called-number" on FXSs,
various "progress_ind" on BRIs
Also I eliminated "direct-inward-dial" on FXSs,
Today I reconfigured and right tested the dial peers as following:
! Bri Interfaces

Send calls straigh tto voiemail!!
I have gotten on a list of telemarketers that I have created a Do Not Answer contact in my address book and add their phone numbers to the contact list everytime I get one. I get about 4 - 5 a day and it is annoying the heck outta me.
I know Android phones have a Send Straight to Voicemail option and many apps that can do the same thing. Am I missing something on my iPhone? Where is this setting? Is there an app for such?
When I search the app store, all I find is how to avoid talking to someone and leave them a voicemail.
Please help!
Thanks.
RHave you registered your cell phone number with the national do not call registry? If so and these telemarketers are not abiding by it, they can get into some significant trouble namely with fines for starters.

If anyone knows anything about this...
When I select "Phone" on my home screen the iPhone attempts to open it, brings up a white screen and then will shut back down. I have 8 missed calls or voicemails yesterday and I couldn't check any of them. Does this happen to anyone else?
Also, when I receive a call and I answer it does not give me the ability to end call or any of my options (sources, keypad, etc.) during the call.
Basically, I can't do anything with my contacts, favorites, missed calls or voicemails.
Can someone please help?I have tried that multiple times. I have also made sure that I have the latest updates. Would haveing 27,000+ contacts have anything to do with it?
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't
