Prefix before the HU internal Number

Hello
Could you please confirm is it possible to have a Prefix before the internal number for an HU
for example
Prefix is ALLU
Number range: 2000000000-2999999999
I need my HU number should be ALLU2000000001
Please confirm is it possible through any development

Hi,
Default system will accept only numeric and lenght is 10. you have change the numbe length domain as CHAR 14 (length 14)for object RV_VEKP. then system will allow to create with alpha numeric and length 14.
Take your abaper help to do changes for object.

When you need two distinct work areas of the same database table in your program, you can use two tables declarations like
Tables: mara, *mara.
Typical use is on a screen, that has a table control. Here same table fields may appear on the main screen as well as in the table control. You use normal work area ( mara) to refer to main screen fields and the other work area ( *mara) for table control fields.

Vendor Creation (Internal Number Range)

Hi,
My client was creating a new Vendor. The same has an internal number range.
However, the last vendor created was 110016...... while creating a new vendor, the system assigned vendor 110020 as the next internal number, instead of 110017 to be assigned.
Kindly assist as to why has this happened and where can i check the same?

Also, I have heard of number range buffering in SAP......What is that? How it works? Is there any T Code to check this buffering or any additional configuration is required?

Assingment of Internal Number Range to different type of Maintenance Order

Hi..
      We are implementing SAP Plant Maintenance. We have created 10 order type. We want to assign 10 number ranges to the order types. During "Configuring of Number Range" t.code OION , when I am inserting new groups for all 10 type of order, it is not accepting by the group name. Number range which i am giving to the desired group is saved in other groups.
       Can anybody help to adopt the right process sothat I can assign the correct internal number range to different order types.

Hi Pramod,
               Please follow the procedure mentioned below:
              Configure number ranges.
              1. In the menu bar go to Group & Insert
              2. Enter the Text & the interval i.e number range.
              3. Now add the new group using the symbol ( + )
              4. once this is done the new group will be reflected.
              5. Then select the element ( order type) i.e to be assigned using F2 key.
              6. Enable the check box against the new group ( respective group)
              7. Now in the menu bar press Element/Group tab ( or Use F5 key)
              8. The selected element(order type) will be assigned to the particular group that you have
                  selected.
              Hope this will help you resolve the problem.

Constant in internal number assignment for equipment OIEN

Hi
I am looking for a way to specify a constant within the Equipment internal number range. Transaction OIEN.
I need to specify something like this 333-0000001000000000 to 333-0000009999999999.
The "333-" i want as a constant. The numbers following that should have the same behaviour as the current internal number range functionality i.e. I still want SAP to assign the internal number when I create an equipment.
I don't want to specify an external number range.
I have testd in my DEV system and it does not look as if SAP will allow the costant infront.
Do you guys have any other ideas how I can achieve this

Go through this thread. Its not possible to have special characters in Internal Number range of the equipments.

Else you can opt for number range without having special characters like 333000000000 to 333999999999, something like that.

It sounds like you are unable to change the phone number that Messages is sending messages from because it is grayed out. I recommend the steps outlined in the following article named:

Unlink a phone number
To remove a phone number from an Apple ID, sign out of FaceTime and Messages on your iPhone:
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
Settings > FaceTime. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
This should remove your phone number from other devices using the same Apple ID with FaceTime and Messages. If the phone number is still available on other devices after you sign out of FaceTime and iMessage on the iPhone, you may need to sign out of iMessage and FaceTime on all your devices, then sign in to FaceTime and Messages again on devices you want to use.
Note: If you no longer have access to the iPhone that is using the number you want to remove, reset your Apple ID password.

What is the "best" internal hard drive compatible with macbook pro 13.3" product number: MD101LL/A that does not damage OS?

I'm looking for an upgrade in space ( 750gb - 1 TB) and performance on the hard drive, but I have read in many forums that many "compatible" hard drives may damage the OS. I plan on installing bootcampt with Windows 7 and the latest Mac OS. I'm wondering if anyone has updated their HD and if they've experienced any problems with it, or if anyone has any suggestions. I'm trying to enter the serial number in the program that I downloaded from the trail version. How do I find where I can put the serial number in before the trial is up?

...and I thought it was an option each time you launched the programme but it's been a while since I had a trial version.
If neither John or I are correct then it's possible that you've downloaded the CC trial version by mistake....you can't enter a serial number into that version and will need to uninstall it and then download the standalone version (fear not if it comes to that you'll not lose any work).

all you need to do it to create the filename
in one of the tag in your xml message and
then use variable substitution:
