Premier Elements 4 (Mac) download location

Since Premier Elements 7 is not out yet for Mac, I want to try PE4. I can't find the download link for this. What is the dl link for Premier Elements 4 (mac) trial?

I understand. That's why I mentioned the steep price. It's a wonderful program (I've been using CS2 for some years now and love it), but only viable for someone doing NLE work professionally, or a very dedicated hobbiest with deep pockets.
Other than the dedicated Mac programs, like FCP, I do not know which other NLE's are ported for the Mac. I believe that the iMovie thru FCP group have the majority of the market share.
Now that Macs (certain flavors) offer PC compatibility with many programs, there might be other options. Unfortunately, I do not know what works, what does not and what might be made to work. In the Premiere Pro forums, there are now a lot of Mac folk, using all sorts of X-platform and adapted PC programs. There might well be people there, who can give you more, and more correct info. Back when CS3 was current, Adobe had the forum split for PC & Mac users. In CS4 they are combined. Still, a post to the CS4 forum might yield suggestions for you, other than PP CS4. I wish that I was more knowledgable, regarding all things Mac, but am just an old PC-guy. I do know that a lot of users really like FCP & FC Express though. The "Express" version might offer what you want at a more palatable price.

What you just wrote may have revealed the Photoshop Elements Premiere Elements integration consideration. If you have Premiere Elements 11, you need Photoshop Elements 11 for the integration between the programs to produce the DVD version of the Photoshop Elements Slideshow.
All along I was picturing Meyerswalter already in Premiere Elements 11/Publish+Share/Disc/DVD and being told to install Premiere Elements to get the burn to disc accomplished.
But, if Meyerswalter is using Premiere Elements 11 and a non integrated version of Photoshop Elements for this matter, that could very well fit.
So, Meyeswalter, so that we can dispel those thoughts
a. What versions of Photoshop Elements are you using with Premiere Elements 11? And, are you in the Photoshop Elements Slideslide Show Editor using the Output of Burn to Disc DVD or Edit with Premiere Elements Editor and getting the load software message somewhere along the line?
b. To prove this point, if you have not already, what happens if you take Photoshop Elements out of the equation. Import some media into Premiere Elements 11 and try to burn to disc from there Publish+Share/Disc/DVD?
If that is the core of the issue, I will post a list of Photoshop Elements Premiere Elements integrated combos as a guideline for you.
If this is the core of the issue, you could always keep the non Photoshop Elements 11 version that you have, output the slideshow to a wmv file sized for DVD and then import that into Premiere Elements 11 via its Add Media. More on that later if necessary since right now I am speculating on an explanation for what you are encountering.

Trial of premier elements 13 download assistant gives error: installer file damaged. I have a windows 8 lenovo computer

I was hoping to trial premier elements 13 but each time I try I get an error message: "Sorry, an error has occured. The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author."
I've tried chrome & internet explorer. I've tried deleted the install assistant from my applications (it's not there). & I have administrative rights on my computer. I have CS5 design premium installed on my computer already. Not sure what else to try...please help.

Elements and Premier Elements 10 download?

I don't know ho but I have lost disc 2 from my Elements and Premier Elements 10 box - am I able to download this from this Adobe site?

You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Premier Elements 10 download

Hi, I purchased a bundle package with Elements 10 and Rremier Elements on a CD rom. The Elements 10 downloaded OK, but the Premier Elements would not download and shows errors as DW006, DW031, DW036 and DW050.
Can you advise me on what I should do next please. Thank you

I had to format my HDD and would now like to reinstall Photoshop Elements 11 and Premier Elements 11. I have the products serial number, but can not find a download site for getting the program install. All I can find is product cracks from strange sites. Please point to a link for download.

There are download links here. The servers can be a bit slow, but they do work. You need to be logged in to the trial server with your Adobe ID otherwise access will be denied, so follow the important instructions carefully. Good luck.

Can't install Premier Elements 10 from download

First, I have Win7 (32) so there shouldn't be any issues like those related to 64's or Macs. I ordered Photophop Elements 10 and Premier Elements 10 download from the Adobe education store.
Got the email w/ serial #'s and the link to my purchasaes. Photoshop Elements was listed (with S/N) with a download link. Premier was also listed (w/ S/N), but with no download link (said "not applicable"). So I proceed with Photoshop and all goes well. When prompted, I enter the S/N for Photoshop Elements, and it comes up fine. But there is never an indication of how to use the Premier number. I try a chat, but the tech can't help (after about 40 minutes). We go from "should have seen a second box to put in S/N" to "call for supporrt." But since the phone folks're not really 24/7, I thought I'd try you guys.
How do I get Premier? Baby steps, if you will. Thanks!!!

Kani999 I would recommend completing the following steps to locate your software.
Log in to your Adobe account to download your software.
Go to the Adobe Store for your country and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
Click My Orders and then My Order History.
Locate the order number, and click the Download link in the Downloads column.
Start the download by doing one of the following:
Click Download and follow the onscreen instructions.
Click Akamai Download Manager and follow the onscreen instructions.
Click Alternate Download Method, and then click the .7z and .exe files (Windows) or the .dmg file (Mac OS) to download the software to your computer.

Downloaded Premier Elements 9 It does not have SartSound in the Audio Tools Button. How can I get it

Having pruchased Premier Elements vis download, I obviously have not installations disc. After working on a project, I went into audio tools to open SmartSound Quicks. It was not included in the tools menu. I know you can add it to tools if you purchased Pre 9 retail and have the disc. Is this an error in that it is not included in the download version? If not, why was not downloaded and how can I get it? Is there a plugin available. Smart sound shows one I believe for Pre pro. Will that work for Pre 9?

As one of the respondents mentioned, you can't use AirPlay. What was not mentioned is you can use HomeSharing.
You need to activate Home Sharing on both your computer's iTunes/Prefs/Sharing and in Settings/iPod in the iPad. Using the iPod app, select your computer's library and initiate any requests (music) on the iPad.
Personally I believe Airsharing and Homesharing are some of the worst work I've seen come out of Apple. Its inconsistent between devices and is needlessly complicated by having two different capabilities essentially doing the same thing. Throw in the Remote app and you now have three capabilities essentially doing the same thing with different interfaces and inconsistent functionality.

Bought Elements and Premier, but only Elements 10 downloaded.

I bought the combined package, Photoshop Elements 10 and Premier Elements 10. I received serial numbers for both. When I went to the download page, both products had serial numbers. However, only Photoshop Elements had the download button. Premier Elements had "not applicable". I started the downloading figuring since this was a combined purchase, the Premier Elements would download after Photoshop Elements. But that didn't happen. I can't download Premier Elements even though I paid for it. Later on the download page, there was an entry where you could download the software but the serial number was not next to it. I downloaded that and the files show up on my C: drive, but there it is not listed in my programs and the shortcut on my desktop is only a folder with all the files. I tried downloading several times, with the software being uninstalled and then installed again, but no luck. How do I get Premier Elements to load properly so I can use it?

Premier Element error at start-up, will not run. Help please.

purchased Premier Element 10 for my macbook, after loading download fix, got a --- [ perforceroot/pre10/premier/element/mac/......DirectoryRegistry,cpp-283 ] error. Program will not start.

Create a new admin user account and try to run from there. Something went wrong with the permissions of an important folder. The folder accesss, rather the lack of it, gives this error. I remember an Adobe employee mentioning this in these forums when PrE10 was launched...

Why is adobe premier elements 12 the worst version yet and with no content unless you go online

I even had adobe chat guy online and take control of my pc and after about 2 hours of trying all he could say was i could cut n paste content from my adobe elements 10 into 12 then he hung up what good is it buying 12 if I have to use 10 to use 12 this is not the first case of problems with premier elements and downloading content even with version 10 coming with contents disk still wouldn't load for me this and other problems with crashes even running a very high spec pc . I wouldn't recommend premier elements to anyone at the moment and am seriously thinking of alternative software am looking now unless adobe can exsplain my problems ,ps dont even bother trying to use HD in it either

What edition of Windows is your Premiere Elements 10 or 12 running on?
Yes, you can copy/paste insert between Premiere Elements project when you use the 3rd party software ClipMate is conjunction with Premiere Elements.

Premiere Elements 10 should do a complete job of it. Premiere Elements 12 fares well with the technique except that the transitions in project 1 do not copy/paste along with the rest during the task. But, the copy/paste insert is nothing new to Premiere Elements 12; consequently this should not be a surprise to you since you have used 10.
The Content for versions later than 10 is online download only; whereas, Premiere Elements 10 offers online content if you purchased the program as a download and Content disc if you purchased the boxed packaging of the product. You can read the details if you have not already.

If you got stuck with Content download in Premiere Elements 10, that was your choice since a Content disc was available for 10 when you purchased the boxed packaging of the product. I much prefer the Content disc but I had no choice other than Content download for 11 and 12 even though I purchased boxed packaging. And, If you could not load Content from a version 10 Content disc, you have more problems that just the Content download and the Copy/Paste Insert matter.

Premier Elements 10 won't open

I just installed Photoshop and Premier Elements 10 on my MacBook Pro, OS X 10.6.8. Photoshop works fine.
Premier gives me the following error every time I try to open it. Uninstall and reinstall made no difference.
The message says: Premier Elements 10 has encountered an error.
