Premier Elements 7 and exporting to Xvid?

Hi
iv recently produced a few different 3D animations and have rendered them all out to .tga's. now using PE7 i simply want to export them out to Xvid. However no matter what setting I use within Xvid the final file does not play correctly in media player. It is un-smooth and choppy, with some artefacts.
Ive come across a couple of things in this forum about Xvid, stating that it has problems and such, but is it actually incompatible with PE7?
I have a work colleague who uses PE4 and exports to Xvid and only encounters minor problems, but he can still get his final files to play smoothly.
Is there any thing I can do to fix this, or is it just an unavoidable compatibility problem?
I have the latest version of Xvid. On a quad 2.4 GHz system, with 3 GB Ram.

I export out to a Microsoft AVI, No audio. Then I use the Xvid MPEG-4 codec, with millions of colours.
It is at a wide screen resolution so 1280 x 720
The Xvid codec is set to maximum quality (although iv tried it at various different qualities and got the same problem)
The display encoding status windows instantly crashes PE7 so that is disabled.
With the profile @ level set to HighDef (but im not sure what this actually does, it was just left as default)
Done and 25Fps
To a square pixel ratio
With a maintain data rate recompress selection.
I think this is all I can tell you. Unless there is some vital part I am overlooking.

Let us go through the usual drill on this...Premiere Elements 13 on Windows 8.1 (assumed 64 bit)
1. Are you running the program from a User Account with Administrative Privileges? Go to Local Disk C/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Premiere Elements 13, find the Adobe Premiere Elements.exe file, right click it, select and apply Run As Administrator from the pop up menu that appears, and then double click that file to determine if you can open the program from it.
2. Does the problem issue exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
3. Are you working with a pen and tablet device instead of a mouse?
4. How many video cards/graphics cards do you find under Device Manager/Display Adapters, what card name, driver date and up to date version number?
When you say it will not run...how far into the program do you get...
a. no further than the Welcome Screen and Video/New Project
b. other
If non of the above gets us anywhere, we may go for
a. deletion of the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and, if necessary, the whole 13.0 Folder in which it exists
and, if necessary, then
b. the uninstall, free ccleaner run through, and reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.
Details to follow if needed.
We will be watching for your results and then decide what next.

Adobe Premier Elements 12 - Exporting trimmed AVCHD files from the project timeline, to a separate folder for burning to Blu Ray disc with other software?

Hi, can anyone help please. This is the first time I have used this forum.
I use Premier Elements 12, a PC, 64 Bit, Windows 7, high powered computer.
Just started trimming AVCHD in this software.
I would like to know if it is possible to export trimmed AVCHD files to a folder elsewhere (files which were originally imported into the project timeline), so that I can burn the trimmed AVCHD files (not in 'Project' form) to Blu Ray disc (using another software which I know that works to burn video files to Blu Ray disc).

Thanks for the update. Your progress sounds very good.
Premiere Elements 11, 12, and 13 are similar. But, version 13 has significant feature removals and a new Elements Organizer.
So, when viewing or reading tutorials, try to determine the version of the program being used for the tutorials. As I typically write
principles tend to remain the same from version to version, but the features tend to move, change, or be discontinued from version
to version. And, it is frustrating to be armed with principles when you cannot find a feature.

Premier Elements 9 - Exported file, poor sound quality

As it says on the tin really.
Sound quality is fine when in premier elements, sounds like the speakers are broken when I export.
I've tried messing with the properties before exporting but nothing seems to be working. To be fair I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be changing properties wise so it's been mostly trail and error (or mostly error)
Any advice appreciated!!

Open the Audio Meters (under the audio icon on your timeline) and watch them as you play your timeline. Your movie's sound should peak at zero.
It sounds as though your audio is overmodulated (too loud).

Integration of Premier Elements and PS Bridge

Hi, I have PS CS5 and am thinking of buying Premier Elements 10, which looks very impressive, I thought it was all presets but am realizing now that there is a lot of freedom to the setttings.. anyway. My question is this, is there any integration between the brosers in the two aps? Can I import data like keywords, etc., from Bridge into the Premier Elements browser, or visa-versa? What about with Premier 9 or CS5, or does it even have a built in browser/catalog function?

The Organizer and the Bridge are supposed to use similar metadata. Unfortunately, for basic things like Keyword Tags and Albums, that's usually not the case, so I'd assume they won't use each other's data.
Likewise, Premiere Elements and Premiere CS5 use very few of the same browser functions. It's usually best to choose one or the other program. You're not going to be able to move your project easily between these two very different apps.
Or when you say CS5 are you referring to Photoshop CS5? If so, yes, you can certainly create graphics in Photoshop and use them in Premiere Elements. However, they don't, for the most part, share the same catalogs and keyword tags.

How do I expand a ActiveDirectorySubnetCollection so I can view all elements and export to a CSV file?

In the following, I list SiteName, Location, Subnets, and Severs, however I don't see all the servers or the subnets, presumably because Subnets are an ActiveDirectorySubnetColletion and Servers are a ReadOnlyDirectoryServerCollection. So I want to
expand this property so I can see all the elements of the collection, or array. I've tried the Select-Object -ExpandProperty, but I get an error due to -ExpandProperty looking for a string.
Any suggestions on how to expand both the Subnet and Server collections so I can see all elements and I can export to a CSV file?

I was charged for Premier Elements and never recieved a thing?

On Saturday, May 19, I was going through the process of ordering Premier Elements (Student version). I went to the last page to review and finalize the purchase, but I never did. Today, I got a charge in my account for $83, which was the cost. I never got an email from Adobe confirming the purchase, nor did I get an option to download it. Now I have an $83 charge and no Adobe product. What is the problem?

You can download purchases for up to two years or more.

Trying to download Premier Elements and getting 64 bit error message

I called support at first when problem downloading. They sent me a link for both Elements and Premier. Photoshop Elements worked. Premier I got it downloaded then at setup it says cannot use the installation for 64 bit. I have Windows 8 64 bit. Confused! Anyone able to assist me? I have a brain injury so please be specific. The error you are facing ususally comes up when you try to install the software on a 32 bit computer.
Please check your computer specifications and let me know the exact details.
