Premier Pro Has stoped working

Premier Pro cc wont launch ever time I try it comes up with this message "Premier Pro has stopped working: A problem caused the program to stop working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." All other programs still open fine. I've tried restarting and reinstalling.

"Premier Pro has stopped working"

Just installed CC app on a custom, vendor-built, Intel Core i7-3720QM CPU @ 2.60GHz laptop, then downloaded PPro CC. (Prior to putting CC app on laptop, I already had CS6 Production Studio Premium installed).
PPro CC seems to have installed correctly, as well as AME CC, but I keep getting msg that "Premier Pro has stopped working".
Device Mgr shows:
   Intel HD Graphics 4000 and
   NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675M
Clicking to let Windows search for a solution does not help.

You may find that your ultimate solution will be do disable the Intel in BIOS and use the more powerful nVidia

ICal on my MacBook Pro has been "updating" for days...??

I have an iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad and iPhone. I have been using iCloud since it came out (running Lion). iCal on my MacBook Pro has been "updating" for several days. Also - when I add an event on the MacBook, it does not show up on any of my other devices (they are all set up with the same iCloud calendars). When I add events from my other devices, they DO show up in iCal on my Macbook Pro.
I am at a loss -- any help would be VERY much appreciated!

Chance upon your post and yes, immediately after upgarding to Mountain Lion, my "new" Calendar (Desktop, formely known as 'iCal') keeps having the pop up window saying "Updating Calendar..." (I set my Calendar to auto-launch after Startup)
After restarting it will still be the same, but if I quit and launch again, everything will be fine. Will try the method you posted (the thread) tonight. Although I deleted the iCal preferences, thinking/hoping it will help
However, I don't seem to have a problem with sycning of al events, my sync with iCloud and all my macs and iOS devices seem OK.
If events are not syncing into some of your iOS devices, why don't you try deleting the entire iCloud account on it and re-set a new one? I've done that before when events or other data don't properly sync

The latest Premier Pro CC 2014 update forced me to convert and create version of my project while guaranteeing that the project would not be altered; however, the timelines/sequences are not the up to date versions I had. I saved different version of this project for various purposes, but they were all named differently(i.e joe and mary wedding, joe and mary wedding 2, joe and mary wedding 3, joe and mary wedding 3.1). I do not know if they just pulled the timelines from the earliest version, eradicated the data entirely, or something else.
Since the program prompts me to create and save a new version for the updated premier, I still have the previous projects, but cannot open them. I imagine they are unchanged, but cannot be sure.
Thoughts? Is it possible to uninstall an update re-install it later?
Please advise.

Add to right click menu of timelines an entry for "go to next keyframe" and "go to last keyframe" a la After Effects, we should also be able to assign a kb shortcut to this.
There are buttons on either side of the create keyframe button to advance forward or backward in the effects control panel or timeline.
You can also advance forward or backward in the effects control window by holding shift while dragging the playhead.
Allow copy/paste of selection of audio/video effects, not just one at a time. Sure we can copy/paste attributes but since we can also copy/paste effects it would only make sense to allow to copy/paste a selection of effects.
I guess I don't get this one. If I have 5 effects on a clip, I can simply command-click on the ones I want to copy over to the other clip.

Yes, uninstalling iCloud will allow you to create new projects.
For legacy projects, you can repair them with a patch created by a user.

My MacBook Pro had an update available for the Maverick and I did not hit the update because kept erroring out. I was updating other things and decided to hit it too and that time finally updated. Then right after the laptop looked for updates and did another one. It asked to install whatever the upstate on the OS or X was and then took 50 minutes to install it then more time to complete it. When computer finally came back on it asked for my apple ID for iCloud. I typed it in several times correct fly but it would not take it and finally chose forgot. It went to a new blank box with the asterisk wheel winding around and choice of continue highlighted below next to un highlighted back. Now I am frozen here and can't do anything with laptop. Will not allow me to highlight and choose back. Can't get it to continue. Tried esc. Tried force close and tells me I must quit setup assistant first. Can't get top controls to show up. Finally got a second desktop background to come up and pushed F 3 and tried to use buttons below and above and will pull-up things like Safari but can't use it and can't pull up the set up assistant this way to choose quit either. So I am just stuck. Help please, anyone. How do I get use of my laptop again??

That sounds like you have installed Mavericks over the top of Mountain Lion?
Do you know what version of the OS was on the laptop before you started?
Do you have any backups from before the 'update', either a Time Machine disk or a full copy (a.k.a. bootable clone)?
Mavericks is not a simple update, despite Apple's constant nagging to 'update' to it. It's possible that the Mavericks installer has overwritten the old OS, but I suspect it may simply need you to create a user account with the setup assistant. It's a very good idea to make a full backup before applying any major OS upgrade.
I would reboot, fill out the details for setup assistant and when it is time to enter the user details enter a new account name (this will be your admin account). The assistant should then create a user account that you can login with to look at the contents of the Mac's disk.
Then you should open the /Users folder (Use 'Finder menu > Go > Go to folder…' to open /Users) & see if the old users home folders are still intact. You may also want to see if any third party Applications are still installed.
If the old data is intact, and the account isn't listed in 'System Preferences > Users & groups' it can be recreated, provided you make sure to use the same 'shortname' as the Users home folder.
If the data is gone, I'm afraid it's possible that it is lost, I can't see this being likley because the 10.9 installer will not delete user data without some stern warnings & advanced user interaction.
An alternative would be to connect this Mac to another Mac & look at the disk to see if the data is still there before you create the user acount. Do you have access to another Mac? You may be able to use Thunderbolt or Firewire to see this Mac's disk on another working Mac.

Hi, as you see i have so many issues and no idea how all this happened but is so bad and slowing my work extremely. I can find out what to do and also i've been asking all over for help, even twitter but no one come back to me. So when come to payment of the subscription Adobe take the money right away but when we need help no one bother.

Hello , do I have to uninstall Adobe premier cc in order to instal Adobe premier cc 2014 ? Or this will update when I click on install cc 2014 . if I do not uninstall premier cc do I will have 2 premiers pro cc when I install 2014 ?

You will have two versions of Premiere Pro after upgrading to CC 2014. It's not necessary to uninstall CC. You can have both versions installed in your computer.

I am excited for the new ATV update to become available. The two week deadline is up. Help me know when it is out.

I don't recall Us, The Consumer, setting Deadlines for Apple, Inc. If I recall correctly, which I do, Steve Jobs used the adverb 'About' when describing the potential release date, About 2 Weeks, of appleTV's update.
I am also Very anxious for this update. I got appleTV the day it came out and have enjoyed Every Single Minute of owning it. This update is the icing on the cake!

Premier Pro Has Encountered An Error...

Pressing 'Continue' simply results in the application not responding and one then needs to Force Quit.

In some cases, clearing the application preference can resolve this. To do so, press and hold Shift+Option while the app is launching.
