Premiere 6.5 Export von Filmstreifen nach Photoshop Elements 3.0

Zur Nachbearbeitung von Video-Sequenzen will ich diese als Filmstreifen aus Premiere 6.5 exportieren und in Photoshop Elements 3.0 importieren.
Leider funktioniert der Import nicht. Meldung, daß das Plug-in von Adobe V. 8.0.1 diesen Streifen nicht öffnen kann. Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen kann?
Schnittkarte ist die Pinnacle DV500DVD.
Keyframe und Rendereinstellung wie von Premiere 6.5 angegeben.

die Lösung des Problems: PSE 10 hat eine "Macke" die offensichtlich gerade repariert wird und durch ein update (wann auch immer) korrigiert werden kann. Uff - also, wir haben nichts übersehen, alles richtig gemacht, aber nicht Adobe. Ich habe mit dem Kundenservice telefoniert und diese Antwort erhalten. Warten wir es ab.

ich kann Dir zwar nicht helfen, konnte allerdings Dein Problem auf meinem Macbook nachvollziehen. Ich habe vergangene Woche die Testversionen von PSE 10 und LR 4 installiert. Es läuft soweit grundsätzlich alles problemlos. Beide Programme lassen sich starten, aus beiden Programmen kann ich auf einen Satz von Testbildern zugreifen (ein Ordner auf der lokalen Festplatte ohne Unterverzeichnisse).
Ich kann aus dem Finder per Kontextmenü Fotos in PSE 10 öffnen. Ich habe das Testverzeichnis in meinen Katalog bei LR4 importiert und kann dort problemlos auf die Bilder zugreifen und diese bearbeiten. Was allerdings nicht geht, ist, aus LR4 heraus ein Bild in PSE 10 zu öffnen. Ich habe PSE 10 in den Voreinstellungen konfiguriert (dies wurde in diesem Thread ja weiter oben auch schon beschrieben). Dazu habe ich zwei Varianten probiert: Die Auswahl des Alias "Photoshop Elements 10", welche unter /Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements/ zu finden ist. Das hat nicht funktioniert. Danach habe ich in den Alias hineingesehen, und bin dem dort angegebenen Pfad gefolgt. Dieser führt zu der Datei "Photoshop Elements Editor", die in einem Unterverzeichnis von obigem Ordner unter ./Support Files/ liegt. Damit hat es leider auch nicht funktioniert.
Haben wir möglicherweise in der Konfiguration nicht die richtige Datei zum Start von PSE 10 ausgewählt? Oder übersehen wir noch etwas anderes?

Bilddatenexport nach Photoshop Elements 6.0

Hallo,
ich habe seit kurzer Zeit Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0.
Meine vorhandenen Bilder aus dem Album meines vorherigen Grafikprogramms (nicht von Adobe) möchte ich im Organizer von Photoshop Elements verwalten.
Welche Möglichkeiten gibt es, die vorhandenen Bilder mit den dazu gehörenden Bilddaten zu übertragen?
Die Bilddaten zu den Bildern liegen mir als txt-, csv- und dbf-Datei vor. Da ich sehr viele Bilder habe, ist mir das manuelle Kopieren und Einfügen der Bilddaten zu umständlich und zeitaufwendig. Kann man die Daten direkt in die Datenbank von Photoshop Elements übertragen oder gibt es ein Plugin, dass diese Aufgabe übernimmt?

Export Catalog from PC Photoshop Elements 10 and Import Catalog to Mac Lightroom CC - How please?

I am running Photoshop Elements 10 on a Windows 7 PC and I want to move it to my Mac Lightroom CC / Photoshop CC.
I understand I need to export the catalog from PSE 10 and then import it to Lightroom or Photoshop CC.
I wonder if I could get some advice on how to do this?

Kann ich in Photoshop erstellte Smartojekte nach Illustrator exportieren/dort die Pfade importieren und nachbearbeiten?

Wo liegt der Fehler?
Ich bin ich Photoshop:
Ich gehe in den Bearbeitungsmodus des Smartobjekts (indem ich in der Ebenepalette mit der re Maus "Inhalten bearbeiten" wähle)
"Datei" > "Export" > "Pfade -> Illustrator"
ein .ai wird gespeichert
Ich bin in Illustrator:
"Datei" > "Öffnen"
Problem: es werden keine Pfade angezeigt (strg y zeigt auch keine Pfade an)
Ursache: Das Fenster "Pfade in Datei exportieren" in Photoshop lässt nur eine Möglichkeit zu, nämlich dass ich die Pfade: "Dokumentenbegrenzung" exportiere". Wieso kann ich nicht mehr auswählen?

What if Lightroom is not able to "see" that there is already a PSE installation? I'm not able to import PSE catalogue because there is no "function" for PSE import in the pulldown.

Photoshop Elements 3.0, Arbeitsspeicher freigeben

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe ein Problem mit der Freigabe von Arbeitsspeicher im Photoshop Elements 3.0 (XP). Ich arbeite mit gescannten Bildern, habe daher relativ grosse Dateien (>50 MB).
Das bei jedem Bearbeitungsschritt der Arbeitsspeicher ansteigt leuchtet mir noch ein. Das aber nach dem Schliessen einer Datei, dieser Arbeitsspeicher immer noch belegt ist leuchtet mir überhaupt nicht ein !!!
Auch das in der Hilfe beschriebene Vorgehen: Bearbeiten > Entleeren > Inhalt der Zwischenablage hat keinerlei Einfluss auf den Arbeitsspeicher !!!
Ist das ein bekannter Fehler oder muss ich noch was spezielles Konfigurieren?
Das momentane ständige Starten und Stoppen von Photoshop nach jedem Bild ist echt mühsam (notwendig obwohl 1GB RAM)

Export from Photoshop Elements 6 to Premiere Elements 8

I prepared a slide show with The Organizer of Photoshop Elements 6 and produced a DVD which has good but not excellent image quality (I chose File Setting - High 800x600). To improve the DVD image quality I installed the trial version of Premiere Elements 8. I exported the slide show to Premiere Elements 8 and have several problems.1 The image quality of the DVD produced by Premiere Elements 8 is worse than the one produced from The Organizer (Photoshop Elements 6).
2 The titles, transitions and soundtrack does not show in Premiere Elements 8.
3 The slides sequence in Premiere Elements 8 is different then the one in the slide show in The Organizer (Photoshop Elements 6).
At one time a menu popped up asking me if I wanted to convert the Catalogue of V6. I declined because I was afraid that the V6 catalogue may be replaced and I would not be able to go back to it.

Conclusion.
My results are consistent with your problems NOT being associated with Photoshop Elements 6 slideshow being used instead a Photoshop Element 8 slideshow in the slideshow transfer to Premiere Elements 8.
Testing. Photoshop Elements 6/Premiere Elements 8.
First I created a slideshow in the Photoshop Elements 6 Slide Show Editor. It included:
(a) 19 jpeg photos each with pixel dimensions of 3264 x 2448 (that is not recommended pixel dimensions but was used to stress out the project if possible...these represent grossly oversized photos since the goal is DVD VIDEO with standard frame size of 720 x 480.)
(b) I used a Wipe transition between each
(c) I used text within the photos (included in the text was a sequential number so that I could more easily visually follow the sequence of the slideshow after it was transferred to Premiere Elements 8)
(d) I added two audio clips as soundtrack (the first I placed from beginning to just before the last two photos to pick up on any audio out of sync as well as loss of a whole audio clip)
(e) I used a pan and zoom effect for photos 1 and 2.
The quality of the preview in the Photoshop Elements 6 Slide Show Editor was good.
I outputted the Photoshop Elements 6 Slide Show Editor slideshow, using the Slide Show Edit Output option "Send to Premiere Elements". When I did, Premiere Elements 8 opened, I set the project preset, and it accepted the slideshow. In the Project Media area were
(a) a folder containing all the individual components of the slideshow
(b) the slideshow file in a video (grouped) form
The video (grouped) form had automatically been placed on the Timeline as well.
Everything transferred correctly. No problems. SEE IMPORTANT NOTE BELOW.
I even burned the Timeline content to DVD-VIDEO standard from Premiere Elements 8, and the DVD-VIDEO standard played back well on my 19 in LCD Widescreen TV.
Testing. Photoshop Elements 8/Premiere Elements 8.
I repeated the above with Photoshop Elements 8/Premiere Elements 8 and the same slideshow and obtained the same results.
IMPORTANT. Whether it was Photoshop Elements 6/Premiere Elements 8 or Photoshop Elements 8/Premiere Elements 8, I had to render the Timeline in the Edit Mode in order to get the best possible preview so that I could determine/confirm what was on the Premiere Elements Timeline. And, rendering the Timeline as described with all those oversized photos took several hours.
This is what I need to know:
1. How many photos did you use in the slideshow in the Photoshop Elements 6 or 8 slideshow, and what were their pixel dimensions? If you do not know, you can check it out in Photoshop Elements Full Editor/Image Menu/Resize/Image Size dialog or just place your mouse course over the file on the hard drive and note the "dimensions".
2. If you transfer your slideshow from Photoshop Elements 6 or 8 to Premiere Elements 8, use the Output option "Send to Premiere Elements", and get your slideshow on the Premiere Elements 8 Timeline, do you render that Timeline by pressing the Enter Key of the computer main keyboard so that the red line over the Timeline turns green when the process is complete?
3. Is your computer optimized, defragmented, cleaned up, scratch files directed to an external hard drive (NTFS formatted), etc. If you are using an external hard drive for the scratch files, is there enough space there for them?
4. What is your computer operating system and what are its resources, such as, available RAM and free hard drive space. Have you checked your computer's virtual memory set up?
Stay the course on this to rule in or out the above non wmv approach to getting your slideshow as a DVD-VIDEO. But if you do decide to detour over to Save As File Movie .wmv and you are dealing with oversized photos and an offending component in the slideshow, the the writing of the .wmv becomes a possible focus point for errors. And, if the .wmv is destined for DVD-VIDEO, then use the file size (also known as profile) = NTSC DVD (720 x 480).
I suspect that the problem core goes to
(a) use of oversized photos
(b) offending component in slideshow
(c) size of slideshow
(d) computer resources
(e) combination of all or any one of above
I will continue to watch for your progress.

Probleme nach Start von Adobe Photoshop Elements 10.0.0 unter Windows 7 32-Bit SP1

bei uns ist Adobe Photoshop Elements 10.0.0 im Einsatz.
Nach dem Start von dem Programm hängt dies für ca. 3 Minuten, bevor man arbeiten kann (keine Auffälligkeiten im Taskmanager).
1. Mit welchem Programm könnte dies zusammenhängen (Adobe Reader XI, Java)?
2. Könnte dies auch mit der Firewall oder einer zentralen Einstellung zusammenhängen, dass in dieser Zeit etwas nicht zulässt?
3. Gibt es hierfür mögliche Lösungsvorschläge? Neuinstallation bringt nichts, da dies bei mehreren Clients auftritt.
ich würde mich über eine Antwort freuen.

Photoshop Elements 10 ruft beim Programmstart die Adresse static.photoshop.com auf und bekommt keine Antwort, weil diese Adresse nicht mehr existiert (der Photoshop.com Service wurde dieses Jahr deaktiviert und durch Adobe Revel ersetzt). Die Verzögerung lässt sich abstellen, indem man die DNS Anfrage für static.photoshop.com in der lokalen hosts-Datei auf localhost (127.0.0.1) umleitet. Die hosts Datei liegt unter C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc. und lässt sich mit einem Texteditor (z.B. Notepad) öffnen. Dort bitte die folgende Zeile 127.0.0.1 static.photoshop.com (ohne Rautezeichen davor) eintragen.

Separately I have one unused licence (disk) for Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10.
I also then need to understand the smartest and easiest approach to:
Either I export software 8.0 and images and videos from old to new PC
- Or
I install version 10 on the new PC and then transfer/export/bring over images and videos to my new PC.

Hallo zusammen,
meine Firma hat sich nun Premiere Elements 7.0 geleistet für den ein oder anderen Filmschnitt, den wir für größere Veranstaltungen in PoweerPoint Präsentationen benötigen.
Davor habe ich immer mit Magix 15 geschnitten und hab nun 2 Fragen zum Videoschnitt bzw. Export von Dateien.
1. Grundsätzlich ist es ja möglich ein Bild in eine extra Spur einzufügen, damit dieses dann im Video erscheint. Ist es aber auch möglich dieses Bild zu verkleinern, so dass sich die Größe bei jedem Frame um ein Pixel vergrößert?
2. Ich benötige die geschnitteten Dateien als MPEG1 und MPEG2, allerdings kann ich als Export nur Microsoft AVI und DV-AVi neben den Bilddateien auswählen.
Ich habe aber schon als Import MPEG Dateien registriert, was muss ich also noch machen das ich die Dateien als MPEG oder z.B. mov ausgeben kann.

When you do re-size the photos, I'd also check closely to make sure that you do not have any gaps in your Timeline. If you are editing in Scenline, switch over to Timeline and Zoom in so you can see single frames. Step through your slideshow, looking for any gaps. Usually, "Failed to return frame" will happen if there is so little as a one-frame gap.
Also, the Rendering of your Project is completely dependent on your CPU. with a 2.0GHz CPU it will take some time. Also, the CODEC to compress the files, say WMV 9, will require even more time, as will any Effects that might have been added. This is pretty much life with any NLE. Even my dual quad-core workstation takes some time to Render.
One last suggestion, when you go to Export and Render, you might want to make sure that your AV, pop-up and spyware programs are shut down. They take quite a few CPU cycles and can bog down the process.
I'll bet that one, or both, of Steve's links will address this, plus more.

[Edit] Just reread your post and it appears that you constructed your slideshow in PSE. That should NOT leave any gaps, so my warning about them might well be moot. Still, it never hurts to check the Timeline in PE, just to make sure, since that is a main cause of the error that you got.

Hallo, Photoshop CS5 hat anscheinend irgendwo eine Einstellung für automatisches öffnen von Fotos nach dem download. Das nervt und führt bei mir als Fotoreakteur zu Problemen bei größeren Bildmengen, bzw. zum Absturz von PS. Weiß jemand was?

Das hat mit Photoshop nix zu tun, das sind ganz normale Dateiverknüpfungen auf deinem System/ in deinem Browser/ Mailprogramm.

Photoshop Elements 10 + Premiere nur für Windows 7 - 64 bit???

einen Tag nach meiner Bestellung war das Päckchen schon da, und auf der Verpackung steht extra hervorgehoben, daß Premiere Elements nur mit 64 bit läuft, obwohl ich das vorher bei den Voraussetzungen etwas anders verstanden habe. Wenn das aber so ist, dann ist es für mich leider nicht nutzbar. Im Internet steht folgendes bei dem Artikel:
Voraussetzungen

Es wäre nett, wenn mir hier nochmal jemand helfen könnte. Ich verstehe davon nicht so viel. Ich weiß nur, daß bei mir 64 bit nicht möglich ist, weil dann bestimmte Soft- oder Hardware nicht mehr läuft. Und ich wollte nicht alles neu kaufen.
