Premiere CC 2014.1 Crashes

Question

I just recently updated Premiere CC to 2014.1 and now it crashes every time I try to load footage into the timeline or source window it crashes. Prior to the update the program worked fine.
OS:Windows 7 -64 Bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-4770 GPU @3.40 GHz
RAM: 24 GB
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

I think that information may be relevant.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I renamed the 8.0 folder to force Adobe to create a new 8.0 and it did not work.

Hello,
I attempted to update the driver and it appeared to update successfully; however Premiere still crashes whenever I attempt to import video into the source window or the timeline. After the update the program appeared to work, but when I opened an older saved project

Perhaps I did not update the driver properly - I followed the link you provided, however I did not want to pay for the program offered there. The PC I have is a desktop.
