Premiere CC 2014 Time Change + Movement issue

Hi all,
I bumped over a problem. There is a pic attached to get it more clear.
In my timeline I got 2 layers of clips. They are the same layers. One is the seccond half and the upper the left half. (using Masking tool)
Both clips are speed up a little bit, visible in pic.
When the hand is leaving the balcked out area, I want to rearrange the position of the clip with the key frames.
But the Problem now, when the timeline reaches the Speed up key frame, it also changes the position already, without reaching the position key frame.
Also as soon as I reach the in and out point area from the speed up key frames, any changes for the position wont apply, simply the number changes, but the image stands still. When I start the video it reaches end position already before reaching my last key frame for the position.
Are you having the same Problem?
Hope there is a solution to this!

Oh well, I could have figured that one out earlier.
So turns out that the speeding up affects all the key frames as well.
Which means, I have to push the position key frames further back, to a later time in my key frames editor.
That means that the time line indicator is not accurate once I speed up the clip.
I find that very inconveniently, rather very frustrating, as it is almost a guessing game, instead of having full controll with the time code.
Oh man. I hope I don't find more things like that, or I will go back to CS 6
