Premiere CC blocked CS6 after installing CC on the same computer

OK, so here's the problem: I have had CS6 up and running for some time now on my windows 7 PC (For about 2 years). Recently I installed PREMIERE CC and after doing so, everytime I try to open my CS6 it can't open. I can't access my projects through CS6 (even those I haven't converted to the new format via CC), as I am unable to open CS6.

What happens when you try to open it? Does a warning dialog appear? Or just "nothing happens."
Are you double clicking a CS6 project file or the application itself?
A word of advice: don't update CS6 projects to CC unless necessary. Updating project files has been problematic lately.

Now that the funny comments have been made, I have a serious question and that why are you worry about reinstalling Leopard with an Erase & Install which is what I take that you mean when you say clean install. In actually fact there is no such thing in OS X as a clean install.
I am curious because in all the years I have used OS X, I have yet to do an Erase & Install yet.
I know with Windows that they suggest reformatting and reinstalling at the drop of a hat but that isn't true with OS X.

If you want to make sure to have your bookmarks in FF4. You can always backup your bookmarks on your PC and import it into FF4 later:
Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks > Export as HTML
and save it anywhere in your PC.

Can DW CS6 and CC run on the same computer (was: Dreamweaver ?)

I teach using CS 6 in my classroom, if my students download Dreamweaver CC can they work in both versions or will this cause an issue.

The perpetual license version of DWCS6 is now 5.5 versions removed from "current" and in every new version there have been significant menu and functionality changes. If you are trying to "teach Dreamweaver" they will have a fairly difficult time following examples from DWCS6 in the latest version of DWCC 2014.1x (I don't have the latest and can't remember the exact build number)
That being said, Creative Cloud subscriptions allow users to install all the way back to DWCS6 Cloud. Currently, you can have DWCS6 Cloud, DW CC and DWCC 2014.1x all installed at the same time. So, if your students were to become Cloud subscribers, or if the school is installing software for them to use, the old version can be added under the standard subscription using the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

I have just purchased a new computer. I will be needing to download the Adobe CC suite. I fear that having to adjust to so many new things at once will be too much of a a chalenge since I have many projects in the works at this time. I would really prefer to finish out current jobs in CS6 and start new jobs in CC. Will that be possible using my creative /cloud membership?

It is definitely correct.
CS6 versions are available to Cloud members and can be installed alongside CC versions.
WHen I attempted to download and install the software to my new computer I found that only the CC versions were available for download.

Flash CS6 and CC on the same computer?

Can I run Flash CS6 and CC on the same computer? I need inverse kinematics now only in CS6 but my computer in from my university and will shortly be converted over to FlashCC but I need many of the dropped old feratures. I'm seriously in trouble as I have a large animation I have been working onwith my students for months and very soon the workflow will come to a grinding stop. It's already bad as the lab computers have already moved over to CC. My laptop is now my only worrking option along with the students who have a copy of CS6. The ones who moved over to CC can no longer work on the project. Thanks Adobe!

Application Builder Question: how to install several applications in the same computer?

I have two LabView applications and its installers, all of them generated with the aplication builder. Both works fine: I can install them in several computers without LabView. But when I try to install both in the same computer, the result is that I only have the last application I've just installed. I want to get the two applications installed at the same time in the computer. Is it possible? Anyone can help me?. I'm using LabView 2009 SP1

It works quite well. We have installed over a dozen different applications on the same computer. I suspect you have something configured incorrectly in your installers and possibily the builder itself. We would need to see those to see what is not correct. One possibity is that your builds are generating the same GUID for the applications. Therefore even though the names are different the installer thinks they are the same thing.

Installing applications twice on the same computer for different OS

Hi. I currently have the latest version of Tiger installed on a G5 PowerMac. I'm planning to replace my boot drive w/ a larger drive and partition it, using one partition for Tiger and the 2nd partition for Leopard (10.5.8). As I understand it, applications must be installed on the same partition w/ the OS so I assume I will have to reinstall any applications that I am now using w/ Tiger onto the Leopard partition as well (if I would also like to be able to use them w/ Leopard). This will result in applications being installed twice on the same computer, one installation on the Tiger partition and a 2nd installation on the Leopard partition. Has anyone done this successfully w/ Adobe CS3 applications? I'm not sure if this question might be better suited for an Adobe forum but I was hoping someone here might be able to provide some helpful feedback. I would also like to know if there are any other issues that I should be aware of concerning installing the same application on two different partitions. Thanks for your consideration. (I would also like to be able to do this w/ FCP6.)

First finish 10.4 Install, then clone the 10.4.11 patition to the one you want to use for 10.5...
Get carbon copy cloner to make an exact copy of your old HD to the New one...

Some people have found that an app (usually iBooks for some reason) hasn't appeared on a homescreen until after the iPad has been reset and has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
Also depending on what the app is have you got an age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding it ?
