Premiere CC crash with XDCAM MXF

I work in a Project for a few days with many MXF Files (XDCAM HD422).
Everything worked fine until today:
When I click on a MXF File I already used the last days in a sequence - Premiere CC crashes with this on my display:
I've resettet Premiere Preferences already - no change.
Some MXF Files already work but most of them generate that crash error.
What can I do?

Making the MXF offline and relink again solved my problem.
But doesn't matter where I've clicked - same error in bin as in timeline but now everything just works fine again...
But I don't understand why this happened?

Premiere CS6 crash with "serious problem"..on Macbook Pro?

Every minute or two it will crash. I just recently bought the whole adobe suite and am mainly using premiere but I can't get anywhere with it continually crashing.
My Mac info:
Version 10.8.3
Processor: 2.53 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3

I'll respond here because I'm having similar problems with my Macbook Pro Retina and Premiere 6 crashing far too much.
Computer:
2.3 GHz Intel i7
16GB Ram
Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB
The most recent crach happened when I tried to select about 10 audio clips that I had just unlinked fron their video and tried to delete them: "Serious error"
Also get serious errors and crash when trying to move a video clip to the beginning of the timeline while its set to "Show audio time units". Sometimes there is a little gap between the left bumber (beginning) and the video clip, though the audio goes all the way. When I try to move the video all the way to the beginning, crash.
Anyway, I report all of the crashes and give a detailed description. Any help on this would be great.

Il problema si verifica inserendo, nelle transizioni, un bordo colorato. (se la transizione è applicata senza bordo colorato il problema non si presenta). Richiedendo il rendering degli effetti dell’area di lavoro o semplicemente fare avanzare la trimline per vedere l’applicazione dell’effetto il programma si chiude in crash.
Vi elenco alcune delle molte transizioni che presentano il problema:

Ho provato ad utilizzare premiere pro su un altro PC anche quello con programma originale installato ed ho riscontrato gli stessi problemi.

This problem appear only if I apply a colored border to the clips. I if move on the timeline or request the rendering the system crash.
Not all transition generate a crash (circle work fine). But some yes.

Premiere CS4 crashes with MXF XDCAM files

I have MXF files coming from MP4 XDCAM EX files (converted with Sony EX Browser) and MOV XDCAM EX files (converted with Convergent Design File Converter) both from JVC HM700. Premiere imports all files and if I have a simple timeline it works fine. As soon as the timeline gets longer Premiere stucks and eventually crashes.
Any idea?

I use Clip Browser to convert footage done in MP4 but also Convergent Design's File Converter 1.3 to convert footage shot in MOV.
in Premiere on MAC both MXFs work fine is just that in long (over 15-20 minutes) projects and where there are 2 levels of timeline (I'm sincing the 2cameras) or when I do a simple scale effect (to see the level underneath) everything stucks, get very slow and eventually crashes.
Actually a single MXF file plays better than a MOV XDCAM file and almost the same than a MP4 XDCAM file.. but as I said.. when it gets to handle many together.. things don't work so good anymore

Adobe Premiere Pro - Crashing with OpenCL Hardware Acceleration on Export

Hey everybody,
One of the major reasons I decided to buckle down and pay for PPCC was the OpenCL Hardware acceleration with AMD cards. I run two AMD Radeon 7870s in Crossfire right now, and I immediately noticed a huge difference in performance when editing. When it came time to export my video, though, Premiere Pro would crash after rendering around 2% of the full video. I've tried both with and without Crossfire activated but using OpenCL with Hardware acceleration crashed my export no matter what. As soon as I turned it back to regular Mercury Playback (software only), the project rendered just fine.
I currently have the lastest AMD drivers and have had no other issues with my card, and I also gave PPCC the latest update as well. Any idea why this might be happening? I wouldn't be surprised if I need to wait for a latest AMD driver in order to get things to work with the brand new CC apps, but I figured I'd farm my question out here just in case. I'm running on Windows 8 64 bit.

Yes. I have problems with my new AMD 1950 3GB. I creat 2h 20 min project on premiere cc and put on all material color correction. NO lumetri. Premiere crache on export about 1h after working.
I was editing AVCHD material and export from presets to Blu-Ray H264 and mpeg2 with the same result.

I was using beta driver from amd 13.4.
It is confusing because I bought that card especially for Premiere CC, and I was thinking to bought second one, and maybe more...

Premiere CS6 crashes with 1920 x 1080p files

I have recently been using my Sony A77 SLR as a video source. I had no problems with MP4 files 1440 x 1080 to match my HDV cameras. Now I have tried AVCHD 1920 x 1080 files, Premiere crashes. I do not even have to edit anything. After loading files, then using the project bin to browse files by hovering with the mouse, the application will bomb after looking at a few files.

Hi Steven and Lasvideo. I am not sure that a short piece will help. I just brought in 4 selections from 400MB clips and it was OK. It then crashed when I double-clicked to load another for editing in the Preview window.
My system is Windows 7, i& with 12GB RAM and a Qudro 400 card. Premiere has just been updated to 6.0.3, but I still had the problem in 6.0.2. Waiting on a RAID array, so currently using internal drives or USB 3 externals. These have been fine for everything lse, including multicam of HDV with 6+ cameras.
I tried going back to the software, rather than GPU from the 400, but it made no difference. I also have discussion started about the NV Transmit windows popping up all the time, but no one has replied yet.
Have spent a lot of time with NVIDA helpdesk, trying to diagnose that problem, and have tried several drivers with no improvement.

Premiere pro crashes with HDV

There have been a few posts on this already, but no one seems to have the solution,
Trying to capture HDV footage from premiere, but soon as tape starts "serious error" comes up and premiere crashes.
This has only become a problem today, ive captured with the exact same settings, camera, and cables before, and im about to try with a new DV tape as well, though atm still no luck
The only thing that has changed since then has been then has been premieres recent update. Not sure how to uninstall it though
Using final cut pro atm to capture and exporting it out, which is working just fine, so it seems to be an issue with premiere, not hardware.

If you think the update is the cause of the crash and you want to roll back?
Deinstall Premiere.
Install Premiere 6.0
Then update manually to 6.03.

Premiere pro Crash with AOC USB Monitor

I just purchased an AOC 1659FWU USB Monitor. The monitor works fine with AfterFX but when I try to launch Premiere Pro CC It crashes almost instantly. I know that it has something to do with the GPU and how it decides which one to use. I have uninstalled the monitor to trouble shoot it and once I did the program launched fine. Wondering if there are any workarounds or updates for this issue.

Premiere cs6 crashing with Quicktime

I've recently started having problems with video disappearing in Premiere. Usually happens when I have other cs6 applications open, like after sending a sequence to Audition, or using AE dynamic link. The program monitor displays a black screen, the thumbnails no longer scan, and the media encoder preview displays white noise instead of video. I have to force quit, and then if I try to restart Premiere it hangs up when attempting to load the Quicktime Bundle. I have to restart my Mac to get it working again.

I don't do QT (Win7 and QT is not on my computer) so I don't know if this is about Windows or all computers

CS4 - Premiere Pro crashing with Import

Bought today and installed CS4 - all app's work great EXCEPT Premiere Pro, which crashes every time I try to import a file. I am computer literate and have checked all possibilities. This seems to be a dead-end - something I have never encountered in the last 15 years of computing! All I can think to do is to call the shop tomorrow and ask for a refund. I have downloaded the CS4 Premiere patch but that did not help. I want my money back!! I should have read these forums before counting on Adobe to get CS4 right!!

Blue Screen Crash with CS3

Seems to me I've been through this in the past but don't recall the solution.
After a harddrive failure on my laptop I installed CS3 on my newly installed harddrive.
I then tried to open Premiere, it crashed with a Windows blue screen error message.
Then, I installed the latest CS3 patch and opened Premiere. While the files
were being cached(or whatever it's called) Premiere crashed again, same blue screen.
The blue screen went by pretty quickly, something about must shut down to prevent harm to computer.
Windows XP, intel duo core processor 2.0 GHz, 2GB RAM..same specs ran on with my old harddrive.

Thanks, Harm. It will help in giving the shop some kind of direction because they miss things even though it is their actual job to know these things.
I've felt that it was running hot, they had mentioned re-appling thermal paste to the processor a couple days ago but didn't stress it.
There are 2 different blue screen issues and one is solved:
1. The original irreparable crash which prompted me getting a new HD.
2. The blue screen crash... on the NEW harddrive.... whenever I tried to open Premiere.(which apparently was solved when they re-installed
Windows a 2nd time on my brand new HD because my computer no longer Blue screen crashes when Premiere loads.
Addressing the heat issue could prevent future BSOD crashes and may have prevented the original crash.
Also, does BSOD refer to the irreparable crashes which render your HD useless or ANY crash where a blue screen appears? I have been using BSOD to refer to a complete/total/final HD crash.
I don't smoke but these series of mishaps may get me started.

1. Reboot
2. Updating Graphics Drivers.
3. Removing Red Giant Plug-Ins from my current Adobe Common Folder.
4. Running in compatibility mode for Windows 7
5. Running as Admin
All Failed.
Got a film deadline in 24 hours, really need this fixed like 5 hours ago. Any help would be amazing.
