Premiere CS3 export fails

Hello everyone,
I've been trying to export the movie I've been working on for a couple of days now, however each time I attempt this it crashes. I'm trying to export to a single file I can distribute to other people, put on DVD and upload to Vimeo. As my source footage is in .mov files using H.264 I've been trying to export to H264
Here's my computer spec:
Premiere Pro CS3
Windows 7 x64
6GB Ram
Athlon 64 x2 Duel ore Processor 6000+ 3GHz

The first few times I attempted this, the Adobe Media Encoder crashed Premiere as soon as I opened it. That isn't happening now however Premiere works for several hours then brings up the following messages:
(message above happens 3 or 4 times)
Any thoughts as to what I'm doing wrong and how I can get around this?
I've tried going File > Export Movie instead, and created a H.264 Quicktime movie instead. That exported, however we have a photo sequence at the end of this movie and the photos didn't display correctly or changed how I'd timed them.

I don't think that is really possible... your 3 different goals use 3 different kinds of files
To create a "movie" DVD -vs- a "data" DVD you need to export either as DV AVI or MPEG-DVD (or maybe it is called MPEG2-DVD... I always export to DV AVI) and then author in Encore... if you go the MPEG2-DVD route, you will create TWO files, on video and one audio, which are combined in Encore

Premiere Pro Export Fail

I'm having problem exporting a project with Premiere CC. After getting about 40% through the export it just says it has failed. This happens when I am exporting it on my IMAC. I've tried opening the project and exporting it on my laptop and it works ok, but it does say 'This project was last used with a Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (OpenCL), which is not availbale on this system. Only Mercury Playback Engine Sftware will be used'. So, the fail is obviously something to do with the OpenCL engine on my IMAC. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this? It's a real pain.

Please mention the make and model of the Graphics card that is installed on your machine. Also, whether the project was created on this machine or has been transferred from some other machine.

Premiere CS3 load fail

Hi all, I'm an owner of the CS3 master collection. I have it since 2008, but it is only since today that I wanted to install Premiere. So i did it, the installation went fine, had enough disc space etcetera. But now when I want to open Premiere, I see a welcome screen loading all the plugins and so on, like in all adobe programs... But I can see it's loading .dll files from another software in my Program Files (Windows 7). And when it should be loaded, it crashes giving me an error about that other program. I checked the program directory and couldn't find no .dll files from that other software. But it keeps on loading it and fails. Any suggestions this is very odd?

thanks for taking your time to find a solution...
I'm sorry I didn't explain well..
So basically, as said before, loading Premiere doesn't go so well.
I immediately noticed that Premiere tries to load wrong plug ins.
In the screenshot below you can see Premiere trying to load 'Toxic Biohazard.dll'...
after the plug ins appear on the 'welcome screen', I see a big white screen (that should be Premiere) and it crashes. It closes itself.
I have a Digital Audio Workstation on my computer and the toxic biohazard plug in belongs to that DAW.
How it got messed up in Premiere I really don't know. The directories of both Premiere and my DAW have nothing to do with one another and are well seperated in my Program Files...
I was never able to open Premiere, I had this since the first start up (today).
These are my computer specs:
Dell Studio 17 laptop
processor: intel core 2 duo @ 2.00 gHz
memory (RAM): 3.00 GB
32 bit
i have two hard discs, one 150 gb general drive (C:) and one 10 gb back up drive (D:)h

Premiere Pro exports fail to recognize changes made to Dynamic Link through After Effects

Hi there,
I am having an issue with Premiere Pro CC and Dynamic Links/After Effects CC.
I will be working within the PP CC timeline using footage, and then add motion graphics using Adobe Dynamic Link to AE CC. I notice an error in timing, or spelling, colouring - literally any type of error in AE CC that I want to correct. I go to AE CC and make the correction, go back to PP CC, and it shows up as changed. I go back to AE CC, purge media cache, memory, etc. and save the workfile. I go back to PP CC and export using Media Encoder. After waiting for the export to complete, I find it maintained the same error from a previous edit.
Does anyone know why this would be? Is there any way to avoid having to restart every time I make a small change to an edit?

It has now happened to myself and my co-worker. The only way we have been able to "solve" the problem is by deleting cache/restarting both programs/restarting the entire computer. It shows up as changed within the Premiere project, as well as in the preview in Adobe Media Encoder - and then the final output does not reflect those changes.
Another suggested workaround to anyone else out there who is problem solving is exporting directly from Premiere, but none of these solutions seem to work 100% of the time, nor really address what this problem really could be stemming from.

Premiere CS3 "export to Encore" missing

So I purchased the CLP version of Premiere and receive Encore and OnLocation serials with it. When I install PP and then install Encore, I can not export from PP to Encore (grayed out).
How do I get PP and Encore to talk to each other?

P.S. This may be a reasonable feature request. If you have a sequence highlighted in the Project Panel I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to export it (etc.) as if it were open in the timeline window.

Premiere CS3 no me exporta en formato 16:9

Lo he intentado con todas las posibilidades de tipo de archivo y codec pero no me exporta en 16:9. El material es DV anamórfico. Al exportar selecciono Widescreen PAL. También he puesto como tamaño de frame 1024-576, pero nada, es imposible y siempre me exporta en 4:3.

My Premiere CS3 crashes when I am exporting anything.

Premiere CS3 crashes on my HD project Most of the video i am working with is from the new 5D The files are as I recorded them on the camera there have been no conversion done to them. when ever I try to export anything out of premiere it crashes and windows Vista 64 crashes with it showing a blue screen and restarting the computer. I don't know whats the problem. I think it mite be my hard drives or something on the hardware end.
I am running
E8500 processor with 4 gb of ram DDR3 1600 Asus P5Q3 mob and Ati 4890 graphic card also I have 2 big hardrives and two 500gb drives on Raid.

BSOD can also point to heat, bad RAM, MoBo issue or power supply not adequate, along with Jeff's suggestions.
This ARTICLE might point you in the right direction.
I cannot recall if that article mentions Speedfan, but if it IS a heat issue, that will help you sort it out.

I have exported a file from premiere cs3 using quicktime animation codec, when i burn it the audio is not there..help!?

i have exported the file as quicktime using the animation codec, with 100per cent quality as it needs to be the highest quality
when i play the file with media player the sound is there, but when i burn it onto a dvd the audio is not there anymore... i really dont understand what i am doing wrong! can anyone help please?
i am using quicktine as im told this the best for optimum lossless quality
if i cannot burn it with audio using the quikctime animation codec, then i might try exporting it as an avi file. if so, what is the best codec to use for lossless quality?

And when you follow Jim's suggestions, Export as elemental streams, i.e. one Video-only file and one Audio-only file. Encore will like that better.

Premiere CS3 and 24p exporting

Hello,
I've been working on this problem for a long time.
I have some clips shot with a Canon XL2 in 24p mode with 2:3:3:2 pulldown. I import in Premiere CS3 in a 24p project, go in "Interpreter footage" and set "Remove 24p pulldown", and in the timeline the clips are good, 24p without interlaced frames.
Then I go exporting: I want export in 24p (23,97) DV format.
1) If I choose "Microsoft DV AVI" with "DV (24p Advanced)", the clips I get are in 29,97 with still the flagged frame that should have been removed. So I have the same output format that I get setting DV NTSC with his 29,97 framerate.
2) If I choose "Microsoft AVI" and then I go with an alternative DV codec, such as the Panasonic's one (but I've tried many and I've got the same results, so I don't think it's their fault), I get a 23,97 clip, but the frame that has been removed is not the flagged and interlaced one, is one of the progressive. Watching the clip frame to frame I see that I have 24 fps: 3 progressive, 1 interlaced, 3 progressive, 1 interlaced, and so on.

My own testing shows that Premiere doesn't create 24p friendly DV files. I've had much better success creating 24p MPEG2-DVD files.

Export Error Premiere CS3

The CS3 releases of Adobe have been atrocious! We invested in the Master Collection and have had nothing but errors and bugs. I have a simple timeline in Premiere that have simple dissolve transitions between .avi files. The entire timeline is 1 hour 19 minutes long. In CS2 I exported this type of timeline and much more complicated ones with nothing but success. However, CS3 exports this simple thing to about the 40% mark then tells me it had an "Export Error!" "Error compiling movie." That's it. Nothing more. Come on Adobe! What happened to this release! Everything that worked in CS2 is now broken! If someone else has had this error, let me know if you have found a solution. I will more than likely be uninstalling CS3 this weekend and re-install CS2. It least that program worked!

That covers the hardware, but still, there are so many possibilities about your software and project settings/conflicts, that the post is still nothing short of an unproductive rant.

Export from Premiere CS3 Dimmed.

I just installed Premiere CS3. I've compiled a simple sequence of about 200 jpegs and I'm trying to export them to Encore to burn the little show on DVD. The "Export to Encore" option is dimmed in the export menu. I have ran the sequence through the media encoder according to the tutorial on the Adobe website. What I am doing wrong?

Flash to premiere cs3 then export to HD

What i need to do is Create a Flash swf, then import to premiere through third part plugin (flash ants, is this good?), then add some audio, then burn it to DVD.
The issue is getting the a good quality video from the export from premiere. i have tried to export as HD 1080i 25 high quality but when i play back the output its all jittery is this due to my machine, i have a pretty grunty one though.
Eventually i would like to create a dvd but it looks like you cant have HD when using Encore so how do i retain the quality?
Also what size should i make my document in Flash. i have tried 720x480 but this proved to be insufficient. i tried doubling that and then shrinking in premiere which seemed to work quite well when exported ad HD (thou jittery).
The reason i want to do this is because we have an expo coming up and i want to create a profile for business i work in. This profile will be displayed on a 40inch HD LCD and run from a DVD where the dvd will have to loop.
The only programs i have are adobe create suite CS3 so we will have to work within these limitations.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated

The reason i want to do this is because we have an expo coming up and i want to create a profile for business i work in. This profile will be displayed on a 40inch HD LCD and run from a DVD where the dvd will have to loop.
My best advice is to create the whole thing in Flash and run it from a Laptop. Just skip the whole 'video' idea on this one. It'll ruin your whole day.

Premiere Pro CS3 - export to Avi

I have been using Topaz enhance to upsize my SD footage to 1280 x 720 HD with some good results, I have to encode the footage to H264 (MPG4)
The process is very time consuming.
Is it poss to render the 1280 x 720 file to an Avi of the same output size? - Premiere changes it back to 720 x 576 when I export to Avi
The other question - How many times can you encode an Mp4 file as I have to bring the Topaz HD files back into the project?
The Mp4 files do not play well on my system 3.4ghz 3gb ram when using various players but play ok when exported into a new Premiere Cs3 project.
An Avi would speed up the render process.
Hope someone can help

Where would I find Avi uncompressed or Lagarith within premiere? I have plenty of Hard drive space for large files
I can,t afford to keep waiting while the project re -encodes to an Mp4 10secs takes about an hour
Will an uncompressed Avi still keep the quality Topaz has produced, Encoding to H264 seems to retain it but takes ages.

HD Export/Render issues Premiere CS3

Hey, I've had this problem for a while now and just cant seem to figure out how to fix it.
A while back I purchased a Hauppauge HD-PVR for capturing Xbox 360 footage in HD. Everything works fine until I try to export the footage. Once it's done exporting and I review the video, the feed gets all messed up and pixelated at times.

I've looked at the video immediately after capture and it appears fine. I import the video into Premiere CS3, render the work area, and review the video (while still in Premiere) and it still has no problems. It isn't until it is fully rendered and exported that things get messed up. I've tried a few different things to fix this problem (deinterlacing, frame rate, bitrate) but nothing seems to work. Any advice?
