Premiere CS5 system - any ideas on this?

Firstly hello to the forum users as this is my 1st ever question!
I am about to purchase a new PC, i need to step up into the 64bit world. Basically I cannot afford exactly what I was planning so as a step towards the right kind of set up I have found this place on eBay and wanted to ask some of the forum users if they can spot any problems with it, I originally planned to get this pc with a GTX 580 card and the i7-980x chip, but simply cannot afford it at the moment! bugger....
Anyway, here is what my compromise will be in the link below...
eBay link: .http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=400208735460&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
I will be using this machine for a lot of video editing of mainly AVCHD 1080p footage includng GreenScreen footage, also a fair bit of animations in After Effects and also multiple GreenScreen video sequences and these will be used via Dynamic Link directly in the Premiere timeline. I will also be creating some animated DVD menus in Encore, a lot of work in Lightroom 3.3 managing lots of 5D photos and footag too. Then a little work here and there in Cinema 4D or 3d Studio, purely for creating elements to use within After Effects.
Graphics Card-wise, I know this comes with a useless (for Premiere Pro) ATI card, so that is going to be swapped out for a GTX 460 (unless anyone else can advise me an alternative for similar kind of money)
I will be adding in another 3 HDDs to get this running as best I can for Premiere, and I also want to buy the Black Magic Intensity Shuttle to enable me have a real time HDMI output monitor, and also to skip the video cameras compression and I know that this means the Mother Board needs changing, but this I know but may help the system not having to deal with the AVCHD footage? Anyone had any good/bad experience with this kit? Any advice here would be appreciated!
Thanks for your time to anyone who can help, no matter how little
Bradley

I agree, Harm -- as long as the OP makes the promised substitutions and additions as soon as he receives the system. As the OP noted, a single hard drive and an HD 5450 are practically useless in CS5.x.
To the OP:
I recommend downloading and running the PPBM5 benchmark, available from the PPBM5 Web site. Although the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R motherboard the Easy PC system uses allows overclocking, you don't need to overclock the CPU until you get the system working correctly at stock speeds. With the 24 GB of RAM and Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, and after you make the promised hardware upgrades, you should be getting a result in the 240-ish second range in total time at stock speeds. Much longer than that and you'll need to tweak the system further (most likely because the software configuration is incorrect or there are way too many Windows processes going on).
