Premiere Elements 8 - mein Dauerabsturz-Programm

Schönen guten Abend,
ich muss mich doch sehr darüber wundern, wie häufig meine neue Premiere Elements 8 Version abstürzt.
Seit heute morgen arbeite ich an einem Projekt und so langsam überlege ich das Programm gegen ein anderes auszutauschen.
Premiere Elements ist auf einen frischen Windows 7 64-Bit System aufgespielt und verabschiedet sich mit einer bemerkenswerten Regelmäßigkeit.
Mein Rechner ist mit 4GB Ram, einem Intel Core Duo 6750 (2,66 GHz), einer Geforce 8800GT und einer Raptor-Platte IMHO relativ gut bestückt, um Videos zu bearbeiten.
Zudem schneide ich nur Material in PAL-TV Norm in 720 x 576 und habe in meinem Projekt lediglich an einer Stelle mal 3 Video- und Audiospuren gleichzeitig im Einsatz, habe fast gar kein Übergänge und nur eine Hand voll Videoeffekte benutzt. Also noch nichts spektakuläres (das sollte im nächsten Schritt kommen).
Selbst das Rendern im Hintergrund ist deaktiviert.
Ich schneide nun schon seit gut 10 Jahren an und mit diversen Systemen, aber das was ich heute mit dieser Software erlebt habe, kannte ich bis dato nicht.
Hat noch jemand mit dem Programm solche Erfahrungen gemacht?
Gibt es Lösungsansätze oder muss ich umsteigen?
Übrigens: Die Kontaktaufnahme im Internet mit dem Support ist ziemlich suboptimal, oder?
Bei einer Frage an den Support lande ich lediglich auf der amerikanischen Seite und bei meiner Produktregistrierung steht, dass ich ein Macromedia-Produkt habe. Premiere war docj immer ein Adobe Produkt, oder?

Eure letzten Postings sind zwar schon etwas her, aber ich habe Premiere Elements 8 erst seit Ende Dezember 2009. Bei mir stürzt die Software auch bei Aufruf des Registers "Bearbeiten" ab. Allerdinga habe ich eine ATI Grafikkarte. Und was auch sehr nervig ist: Beim Überspielen von einer DV Kamera stürzt die Software auch regelmäßig ab, mal nach 3 Minuten, mal nach 13 Minuten. Am Telefonsupport ist weiß man nichts von dem Problem.
Ich selbst habe schon XP neu installiert auf einer größeren Festplatte, leider ohne Erfolg.

Intel Core Duo E8400 Duo @ 3GHz
XP PRO SP3 mit allen Updates
4 GB Ram
500 GB SATA HD
ATI Radeon 3600
Camcorder: Panasonic NV DS 15 (via Firewire)
Bis jetzt bin ich sehr enttäuscht von Adobe. Vorher habe ich MAGIX genutzt, da gab es solche Probleme nicht. Vielleicht findet ja noch jemand diesen Post und hat vielleicht noch eine Lösung.

Du versuchst vermutlich auf die Originaltonspur deienr Clips zu punchen. Das wird antürlich nix werden. Einfach noch 'ne neue Tonspur anlegen.

Premiere Elements 12 programm does not start anymore. What shall I do?

Some days ago I installed and it worked correctly. Since today permanently comes the message:"ElementsAutoAnalyzer does not work" and "Programm closed". Done a desinstallion and complete new installation - the same. (Win 7)

Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 7 (presumed 64 bit).
Is this definitely the Element Organizer does not work or the AutoAnalzyer feature of the Elements Organizer does not work.
If it is the Auto Analyzer feature of the Elements Organizer that is not working, then do not worry about it and use the "on demand" Run Auto Analyzer when you need the Auto Analyzer feature is needed. (Right click the file's thumbnail in Project Assets and select Run AutoAnalyzer). If the AutoAnalyzer feature is On in the Elements Organizer, then disable it in Elements Organizer workspace Edit Menu/Preferences/Media-Analysis.
Is there any message to close the Elements AutoAnalyzer.exe before proceeding?

Adobe Premiere Elements 8.0 - programme closes everytime I open my project within 5 seconds - HELP

Please can somebody help with the above.
The programme closes with no error message or anything, every time I open the project I am working on.

How long have you been working with Premiere Elements 8.0 successfully? Are you a newcomer to the program?
I will start with the usual questions and then we can fine tune next.
1. Are you working with the 8.0.1 version of the program? If not, then download and install the 8.0.1 update.

2. Do you have the automatic Background Rendering and AutoAnalyzer features disabled. If not, please do so.
For Background Rendering, see Premiere Elements Editor Edit Menu/Preferences/General and the Background Rendering preference
there. For AutoAnalzyer, go to the Elements Organizer workspace, Edit Menu/Preferences/AutoAnalzyer Options and disable all those
options.
3. Does the problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
4. Does this problem occur only when you are opening a saved closed project and trying to continue working on the project? Does
the problem occur even if you open a new project? Can the problem happen even before you import media into the project?
Let us start here and then decide what next which might include questions about the properties of your source media, project settings,
computer resources and other as applicable.

I am trying to access Organizer in Premiere Elements and it just shuts down the programme. I tried reinstalling the programme but it just does not let me get to Organizer. Now after reinstalling, it does not let me into the programme. It just keeps on asking me to sign in. Once I sign in, it just goes blank. I checked my registration online and it is already there. What do I do apart from tearing my hair?

Premiere Elements 3.0 Programm wird beim Export beendet

Das Exportieren von Film oder MPEG oder ... ist nicht möglich da das Programm sofort beendet wird.Video ca 6Min. lang.
Premiere Elements 3.0 seit 3 Wochen installiert unter WINDOWS XP, Pentium 4, 3 GHz, HDD 160 GB etc. An der Hardware kann es eher nicht liegen.
Wer kann mir helfen?

Habe wie Helmut Probleme mit Adobe Premiere Upgrade 3.02 d.h. es ist mir 3 mal nicht gelungen ein Film ohne DVD Menu tot. ca.55 Min. zu kodieren( immer bei 50.49% Kodierung Programm sofort beendet), dann beim 4ten Mal lief es und ich konnte ein DVD brennen.
Da habe ich gedacht jetzt klappts. weit gefehlt, denn nach der Bearbeitung inkl. DVD Menu lief es nie mehr.Ich habe auch die Empfehlungen der englischen Seiten befolgt( virtueller Speicher vergrössern, Virus Programm deaktivieren,Bildschirmschoner deaktiv., Sonic und Roxiofiles von Typ CDRAL.DLL auf Desktop ziehen usw.)ohne Erfolg, Premiere steigt immer wieder aus sobald ich den Befehl DVD brennen eingebe.Ich plane jetzt eine Vergrösserung des RAM Speichers von 512 auf 2.5 Giga aber ich bin nicht sicher ob das Problem damit gelöst wird.Wer kennt Abhilfe?

I have Premiere Elements 13 on my PC and on the NB installed. However on the NB it is showing me a Window - I suppose to download a Manager Programm which I tried and your side said this programm no longer exists.

Even though I have this version of Manager Programm installed Vers 8.
I can not acces Premiere Elemnts 13 until this popup Window disappears it seams like.
My PC Version works fine.
What can I do to get it back working, because it was running after installation for a while - what happend I have no idea.

I already decided for myself this is the E N D for me with Adobe Products I
am getting asked to enter the Chat room for which I have no experience no

This is for me a start for run in a circle again.
I have tomorrow night a meeting with my video club friends and I was so
proud to show them my new product film with the new Software Adobe Premiere
Elements 13 on my Notebook - because of this issue it will not happen.

What version of Premiere Elements and computer operating system is involved?
What do you mean by "pass it on".
Pending further information, I can only generalize.
1. Depending on the version, you would go into an opened project, go to Help Menu/Deactivate or for version 12 Help Menu/Sign Out in order to deactivate the program from you computer. You do this before you uninstall the program. After the deactivation, you close out of the opened program, and uninstall Premiere Elements using the usual Control Panel route. If you want to go after any leftovers from the uninstall, you might consider a run through of the ccleaner program (regular cleaner and registry cleaning parts).
Now by "pass it on" you mean sell or give the program to another, then you need to look into certain considerations since the agreement with Adobe is a licensing one. In such as case, please read the Adobe document "Transfer an Adobe product license"

Hallo, nach dem Windows Update auf 8.1 funktioniert mein Premiere Elements 10 nicht mehr richtig. Bilder werden in der Vorschau nicht mehr angezeigt, bzw. überblendet und Videos zeigt es auch nicht mehr richtig an. Kann mir jemand helfen ?

Es sieht aus als wäre das Programm im Bearbeitungsmodus und ich kann nichts mehr ändern geschweige denn eine Vorschau starten.
Wie kann ich den Modus wechseln oder die Edition schließen ?

What video card/graphics card does your computer use? NVIDIA GeForce? If so, please read the Announcement at the
top of this forum on the Premiere Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce issue whose only real remedy is to roll back the driver
version to about May 2013. All the details are in the Announcement which I have copied/pasted below.

If you are a Premiere Elements 10 user whose Windows computer uses a NVIDIA GeForce video card and you
are experiencing Premiere Elements 10 display and/or unexplained program behavior, then your first line of
troubleshooting needs to be rolling back the video card driver version instead of assuring that it is up to date.
Since October 2013 to the present, there have been a growing number of reports about display and unexplained
workflow glitches specific to the Premiere Elements 10 user whose Windows computer has a NVIDIA GeForce video
card. If this applies to you, then the “user to user” remedy is to roll back the NVIDIA GeForce video card driver as
far as is necessary to get rid of the problems. The typical driver roll back has gone back as far as March – July 2013
in order to get a working Premiere Elements 10. Neither NVIDIA nor Adobe has taken any corrective action in this
regard to date, and none is expected moving forward.

Please review, consider, and then let us know the outcome. With Windows 8.1 64 bit, I do not know if there is
a driver version old enough for you to use to get Premiere Elements 10 to work. If your computer does not use a NVIDIA
GeForce card, that would take that factor away.

From what you have written so far, I am understanding you are having a problem opening the program. It is not clear whether you are saying opening the program or opening a project.
Let us proceed with the program not opening (launching).
a. You say that you have latest driver for the HD Graphics 4600. Please make sure that the drive update information is from the web site of the manufacturer of the card, not just from Device Manager/Display Adapters/your card and the Driver Tab. If the card is up to date, then try to delete the BadDrivers.txt file. If you are using Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit computer, then the BadDrivers.txt file is found

and in the Premiere Elements Folder is the BadDrivers.txt file that you delete. The Premiere Elements Folder contains folders as well as the BadDrivers.txt file. You want only the BadDrivers.txt file within the Premiere Elements Folder and not anything in the folders in that same Premiere Elements Folder. A new BadDrivers.txt file will be generated when you open a Premiere Elements project and the problem hopefully will be gone. Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path cited.
b. Be sure to be working Run As Administrator and from a User Account with Administrative Privileges.
c. What antivirus program does your computer use? Please determine if the program exists with and without the antivirus program disabled.
d. Be sure to have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer.
e. If the above has not solved the problem, then let us delete the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file. The path in Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit is

and, in the 12.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete. If that does not work then you delete the whole 12.0 Folder in which it exists.
f. Do the uninstall, ccleaner run through, reinstall with antivirus and firewalls turned off.

Adobe has removed the DV and HDV capture firewire feature in Premiere Elements 13.
The last version that has this feature is Premiere Elements 12/12.1.
The following Adobe document suggests workaround for this situation in Premiere Elements 13.

There are several other programs that I mention for this capture.
One of them on Mac would be iMovie.

Adobe Premiere Elements 10 Hilfe

Hallo zusammen,
es geht um das o.g. Programm.
Ich habe anhand von diesem Clip Einseitige Überblendungen in Premiere Elements 10 | Training für Videographen | Adobe TV gelernt wie man Überblendungen in das Video einbaut. Wer sich das Video anschaut (~3 min) wird sehen das man es einstellen kann ob clip A im standbild ist oder clip B (es gibt aber auch noch andere Möglichkeiten). Was es jedoch nicht gibt ist das Clip A und Clip B im Standbild ist, oder ich habe es bisher noch nicht gefunden.
Mein Problem ist das ich nichts "herausgeschnitten" haben will von meinen clips.
Beginnt am schnitt: clip B ist nicht voll zu sehen
Endet am schnitt: clip A ist nicht voll zu sehen
am schnitt zentriert: beide clips sind nicht voll zu sehen
Als Überblendung gefällt mir am besten "Übergang zu schwarz". Ist ganz einfach aber schick.
Ich brauche eine Überblendung (oder etwas anderes als Übergang) wo beide clips KOMPLETT zu sehen sind.

Wüso? Hindert dich doch nix, "blind" zu schneiden, also die Clips zielführend zu duplizieren und gegen den Filler/ das Nichts zu schneiden oder den Clip "hart" zu zerschnippeln, ein Standbild einzufrieren und die Standbilder zu schneiden. Mal davon abgesehen, das es total Kacke aussieht, so zu schneiden (Warum dann überhaupt Blenden und nicht gleich harte Schnitte?), weil der Zuschauer denkt, dass das Band im VHS-Rekorder hängt *lol, würde es so funktionieren.

Premiere Elements (Testversion) stürzt direkt ab

Salute,
ich würde gerne Premiere Elemets 8 ausprobieren. Doch jedes Mal, wenn ich versuche ein neues Projekt zu öfnnen stürzt das Programm direkt ab. Der Willkommen-Bildschirm bleibt aktiv.
Der Organizer funktioniert, aus ihm kann ich auch nicht Premiere starten (Absturz).
Ich nutze Windows 7 (64-bit) und habe die empfohlenen Hardwarevoraussetzungen.
Eine Neu-Installation des Programms bringt nichts, mein Betriebssystem ist erst heute aufgesetzt worden.
Gibt es einen Vorschlag?

Premiere Elements 8 - Importierte Dateien haben eine schlechte Qualität

Hallo
Dies ist mein verzweifelter Versuch, mein Problem doch noch irgendwie zu lösen, mit dem ich schon seit einiger Zeit scheinbar leben muss. Ich benutze seit kurzem vermehrt Premiere Elements 8 zum Schneiden von Videos, um sie dann auf meinem Youtube-Kanal hochzuladen. Doch bisher habe ich noch kein einziges Video hochgeladen, bis auf eines, das ich direkt über Premiere Elements 8 hochgeladen habe (also mit der eingebauten Hochlade-Funktion), das habe ich aber wieder heruntergenommen wegen der schlechten Qualität, und hier kommen wir auch schon zum großen Problem.
Ich nehme das Aufnahmeprogramm "Fraps" her, mit welchem ich gute Aufnahmen erzielen kann, das Programm speichert diese regulär im vorgegebenen Ordner, wo ich die Dateien einsehen und mir über den VLC-Media Player, welchen ich benutzer, auch in voller Auflösung, also 1920x1080, ansehen kann, ohne irgendwelche Probleme. So weit so schön, aber: Wenn ich jetzt die Dateien in Premiere Elements 8 einfüge, wird die Qualität auf einmal sehr schlecht, wenn man sie in der Vorschau in Premiere Elements 8 ansieht, außerdem wird die Auflösung dadurch auch plötzlich gesenkt. Beim ersten Mal hab ich mir auch nichts dabei gedacht, bis ich eben das Video hochgeladen und die schlechte Qualität gesehen habe. Seither versuche ich, das Problem selbst zu lösen und habe auch schon diverse Internetseiten durchsucht, um zu einer Lösung zu kommen, eine richtige Lösung war aber noch nicht dabei.
Jetzt zu meiner Frage: Gibt es einen Weg, dieses Qualitätsproblem zu lösen, oder ist dies ein Bug aus PrE 8 und wurde in den neueren Versionen gefixt, weil dann muss ich mich nach Freeware-Software umsehen bzw damit umgehen lernen, da ich auch schon andere Softwar ausprobiert habe, jedoch war diese nur auf Englisch und das Handling hat mich fast wahnsinnig gemacht.
Falls jemand zur Problemlösung noch weitere Infos braucht, ich versuche alles bereitszustellen, was in meiner Macht steht. Außerdem füge ich hinzu, dass ich nicht wie ein wirklicher Profi mit dem Programm umgehen kann, Deshalb nach Möglichkeit eine Erklärung, die ich auch verstehe.

Keine Ahnung, aber wenn es genau mit der halben Bildrate angezeigt wird, deutet das in der Regel darauf hin, dass die eingebetteten Metadaten, also MPEG Streamflags, falsch interpretiert werden und Fields/ Halbbilder gesehen werden, wo keine sind. Das könnte alles mögliche sein von verratzten CoDecs auf Systemebene bis irgendeiner falschen Einstellung...
