Premiere elements 9 préconfiguration youtube

Bonjour.

Yes, we have an answer for you about your missing MPEG2 presets. This is an old Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 story. Here is an excerpt from my Premiere Elements 9 Daily Discovery thread (date November 28, 2010)
PE9: Download for H.264 Presets Missing From MPEG Preset List

A B has pointed us to an Adobe document for resolution of the issue.
Please see

I'm trying to share my Adobe Premiere Elements 8 video to YouTube through the task panel, but I get a "Could not connect to remote server" message. My computer is connected to the Internet. I notice at the bottom of the message there is "Open the Opera Help" and "Go to Opera's on-line support desk." I don't have Opera on this computer, so maybe that's it?

    No. You don't need Opera.
Have you gone to Edit/Preferences and ensured that your Web Services are up to date?
Otherwise, it could be that YouTube changed settings on us again. If that's the case, you'll need to post to it manually, per the FAQs to the right of this forum.

  • Premiere Elements 10 not Uploading to YouTube

As with other threads, upload to YouTube is suddenly failing for me with "Online Services encountered an error". Since upload to YouTube is my main use for PE10 this is more than a little bit unsatisfactory. Any fixes?

    Andrew
We are on the same wavelength. I just saw your post in that other thread and was going to suggest that you post in this thread so that we could continue troubleshooting your YouTube issue.
When I saw your post, I immediately went to my Premiere Elements 10 Windows 7 64 bit to try for the Share/Online/YouTube, thinking it possible that the fix may have become unfixed.
Good news and bad news. I had no problems with the Premiere Elements 10 upload to YouTube from within Premiere Elements 10
(4:53 PM  Monday March 24, 2014, East Time Zone USA).
    1. With your YouTube issue, are you still getting the Online Services error message? Or has the error message changed to something else?
    2. Could you
    a. Go to Edit Menu/Preferences/Web Sharing and do a Refresh of Online Services if you have not already.
    b. If you use a router for your computer, turn it off for about 30 seconds and back on.
    c. What browser do you use? If FIrefox, clear out the Cache Web Content.....Options/Content/Network/Cache Web Content.
Did any of the above have any impact on your YouTube problem?

Although Adobe claimed that Premiere Elements(7/8/9/10/11/12) offer

    MPEG-2.
If you looking for a solution for this problem likewise, check out Brorsoft Video Converter for Mac
which is entitled as a top VOB Converter for Mac users. It supports

My guess is that these are 'Named User' licenses and not Concurrent licenses. That just means that every license has a single user and that users is expected to register. Did they just give you one DVD with the program and then 30 license keys? If so there is probably no way you will get around the registration process.

  • Exporting .MP4 in Premiere Elements 12

I've been searching for the correct way to export a file to .MP4 without having poor video quality or dropped frames. I've used the IPad Widescreen High Quality option and even the AVCHD .MP4 - HD 720p 60 option. The first produced a low video quality and the latter dropped frames.
I'm exporting to MP4 to post to youtube. I'm not sure if quantifying that helps, but yeah. Any sort of insight is greatly appreciated!

    Cove
To get off on the right foot with this, what are the properties of this .mp4 source that you are bringing into a Premiere Elements 12 project?
What computer operating system are you running Premiere Elements 12 on?
I am looking for video and audio compression, frame size, frame rate, interlaced or progressive, pixel aspect ratio, duration for starters.
Based on these properties, what have you or the program set as the project preset for the project?
Based on the information that you supply, I will comment on the YouTube choices I would make for the best quality result for the upload to YouTube. What is your intent:
    a. export your Timeline to a file saved to computer hard drive and then upload that file to YouTube at the YouTube web site
    b. upload your Premiere Elements 12 Timeline to YouTube via Premiere Elements' Publish+Share/Social Websites/YouTube?
Your choices may be forced (limited) by the Premiere Elements....Social Website/YouTube limitations of 2.00 GB/15 min.
Looking forward to your follow up.
    Thanks.

  • YouTube uplaod error Premiere Elements 12

So I've downloaded a few videos directly from my Premiere Elements 12 about 3 times to Youtube with success and now today suddenly I get an error after the video finished rendering and uploading as soon as the "transferring to Youtube" saying: "Error: Sorry, an error occur during the uploading process. Please try again later."
It's been like this all day and I can't seem to find a solution.
Also another strange thing happened where now It doesn't let me upload a video longer than 10 min after I uplaoded a 12 min one successfully then after that it restricted me. But even this doesn't matter if now it won't let me uplaod at all. Makes no sense?! Please help, thankyou!

YouTube is a bit of a moving target, and they're constantly changing what does and does not work on the site.
Have you tried just outputting your video using Publish & Share/Computer/AVCHD with the YouTube HD preset and then manually loading the video to the YouTube site? This should give you excellent results as well as its sidestepping whatever is interferring with your program/YouTube interface.

  • How did you made videos fullscreen on YouTube with adobe premiere elements 10?

    Hello,
is there a way to made videos fullscreen on YouTube with adobe premiere elements 10?
Sorry for my poor english and thank you

The black bars are most commonly caused by having Source Footage, that does not match the Project's Frame Size.
This could be a pixel x pixel issue, with say 1280 x 720 Footage in a 1920 x 1080 Project, or it could be a difference in the Pixel Aspect Ratio. That is most common in SD material, between Standard 4:3 and Widescreen 16:9, but can happen with 1440 x 1080 Anamorphic, which does not use Square Pixels, or PAR = 1.0. With most other HD material and Projects, the PAR will more likely be 1.0, or Square Pixels. It could also stem from the Export/Share settings, having a different Aspect Ratio, i.e. pixels x pixels.
This ARTICLE addresses black bars in the Program Monitor.
    Good luck,

  • How do I configure the custom external editor to work with Premiere Elements 13

    Situation
I own Lightroom 5.6 and I'm experienced. I've just bought Premiere Elements 13 and I'm a video-editing virgin (be gentle with me). I've spent a day experimenting, reading, watching videos, I've tried asking my question in Premiere Elements forum, and I'm still stuck (i.e. I've tried reasonably hard to solve my own problem).
    Problem
I've tried to set up the custom external editor in Lightroom 5 to send photos to Premiere Elements, so that I can incorporate images into movies. Having set it up, when I use it by selecting Photo/Edit In/Premiere Elements 13/, there is an exciting lull as a copy of the image is created and appears in LR, then Premiere Elements launches, then what??? There is no clue as to what has happened to the image regarding its import into Premiere Elements 13. It doesn't appear on the screen, it doesn't appear in the Organizer, it's no-where to be seen, other than in LR!
    Resolution sought
    Can anyone tell me:
    1. Is it possible to use Premiere Elements as an external editor in LR5 ?
    2. What are the precise settings for each field (I've played with the various field options but obviously haven't yet found the right combination)?
    3. If I configure it correctly, what does good look like: what should I expect to see happen in Premiere Elements when I squirt photos over from LR5 via the 'Edit In' option in LR5?
I don't know if this is relevant: MacBook Pro 16GB 2.8Ghz i7, 750GB SSD (i.e. plenty of space, plenty of horsepower), OS X 10.9.5
I'm hoping the answer isn't 'sorry, it can't be done' because if it is possible, it would be a real contribution to my video editing workflow.
    Thanks
    Phil

You don't have to buy an Apple keyboard, but you probably need at least to buy a keyboard that connects via proper USB instead of through some Windoze-world adapter, which probably requires a driver that's not available for the Mac OS.
The Apple Bluetooth KB and Magic Trackpad make a fabulous combination for use with any MacBook Pro that spends a lot of time in clamshell mode, because the trackpad works exactly like the built-in trackpad. So there's no transition adjustment to make when you pack up your MBP and go portable with it.

  • Having problems signing into youtube from my adobe premiere elements 9

I recently changed my google password and I can sign in directly to youtube, but when I try to sign into my youtube account via premiere elements, it tells me that my username and password don't match. Can someone assist? Thanks

I don't know that we can help you sign into YouTube, kerasmom.
But worse case, you can create your video and upload it manually, per the FAQs to the right of this forum. In fact, some people prefer doing it this way because of the improved quality!

  • How do i upload a single clip for premiere elements 7 to youtube

I have Premiere Elements 7 and have created a project/moive containing 10 clips. I want to upload the clips 'separately ' to Youtube. How do I do this.In other words i don't want to move the entrie movie to Youtube- it is far too big.  Thanks.

Now, I am just guessing here, as I cannot access the Advanced dialog for YouTube, as I do not have a YouTube account, but I would assume that you will get to this choice (Export WorkArea Bar Only) from there. Here it is in the DV-AVI Share/Export Advanced dialog box:
Hope that the YouTube Share is the same.

  • Unable to upload entire video clip to Youtube from Premiere Elements 10, "Share" feature

    Hi all,
I just bought Premiere Elements 10 and plan to upload video to Youtube directly from Premiere Elements 10 "Share" feature. However it always uploaded about 10 to 20 seconds of my 2 minutes video only. Then it only uploded about 20 seconds video to Youtobe successfully but not the entire video clip which is about 2 minutes.  Is there anyone face the same problem like me? Please help me on this matter. Thanks in advance.
    Best regards,
    Ellie

    John,
The WAB (Work Area Bar) has tripped up many, and is a common issue, when the Timeline output is truncated.
Here is a look at the WAB (from PrE 4.0, but works the same in later versions):
The WAB is a great tool, when one wishes to limit the Export, or perhaps the area of the Timeline that Renders. However, many do not even notice it, and fewer understand how it works, or how to use it, and it gets in their way, if something is not set properly.
To the OP - Good luck,
    Hunt

  • Premiere Elements 11  Download video from youtube.

The image was small so I dragged it to make it bigger.
I trimmed it and it plays fine. But after rendering it is jittery.  Please help.

Unless there has been recent changes, YouTube agreement does not permit for downloads (ripping) of its videos, except as otherwise stipulated or in the case when you are downloading video that you personally uploaded to YouTube in the first place.
When I lost the original file that I had uploaded to YouTube, I was able to download from YouTube itself a .mp4 version of it with excellent quality for use in Premiere Elements or elsewhere.

  • Adobe Premiere Elements 9 Won't let me sign into Youtube.

I got Adobe Premiere Elements 9 about a year ago from my brother's college and suddenly it won't let me sign into Youtube on 1 account. When I go to share>online>Youtube it takes me to a sign in and all of my logins work except 1. The password hasn't been changed and no one has been on my account but it says incorrect username and password so it won't let me sign in. I'm pretty sure this has only been happening since APE 10 came out.

I just got this email from Google. The troubleshooting steps only apply to a mail client. I'm pretty sure the unauthorised attempt, which contained the correct user naem and password, was Premiere Elements.  I think Google has made me a victim of its ubiquity. As though managing passwrods were not already difficult enough.
Someone recently tried to use an application to sign in to your Google Account, [email protected] We prevented the sign-in attempt in case this was a hijacker trying to access your account. Please review the details of the sign-in attempt:

  • Newb: Youtube HD for Premiere Elements 4.0

Sorry instantly to demonstrate my noobiness.
I would like to export a short video so that it can be displayed on Youtube using HD. My difficulty is the amazing shallowness of my understanding.
I understand the recommended output resolution is 1280 x 720 (720p) and the format is H.264, MPEG 2 or MPEG -4
I am using Premiere Elements 4.0. It does not seem to offer H.264 resolution in 720p format. My options are H.264 1080i 25 and 30. THis output produces a file that plays the audio track but no video.
MPEG-4 format doesn't seem to be available at all. I gather I may need quicktime for that.
MPEG-2 format is available, described as "MPEG2 Multimedia Compatible" but that will not me to select 1280 x 720 resolution.
Is anyone using the PremElements Presets successfully to upload Youtube HD video?
    Help!
    Sean

    Hi Sean,
YouTube will convert any file that you upload into flv. Premiere Elements convert the timeline into flv and then uploads it to YouTube.
Upload to Youtube works very well with Premiere Elements. In case you want to try uploading HD size file you can use export setting options using SHARE>Personal Computer and select the option. Once export is done, you can upload this file to Youtube using the website.

  • Premiere elements 10 to youtube problems

I am trying to upload a video from premiere elements 10 to youtube through their "easy" "fastest" "process". After going through and clicking online, then youtube, I click authorize. I put my info in and it logs me in. I then am prompted to accept that the app would like permission to have offline access, when I click accept it brings me to a blank web page. obviously I am stuck here and am frustrated. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. (I am thinking adobe is NOT very user friendly right now)

    back
When you decide to upload a video to YouTube to share with friends and family, there are at least two possibilities involving your Premiere Elements 10
    1. You import your source media into a new project whose project settings match the properties of your source.
    2.  Once you have them on the Timeline, you can
    a. Using Share/Computer/AVCHD and one of its appropriate presets, you can export that Timeline content to a file (.mp4 choice is good) saved to the computer hard drive. Then you upload that saved file to YouTube from the computer hard drive save location to YouTube at the YouTube web site, not from Share/Online/YouTube.
    b. Using Share/Online/YouTube and one of its appropriate presets, you can upload the Timeline content to YouTube from within the program. This upload is not save anywhere to your computer. If you ever needed a copy of it, you could get one at the YouTube web site.
Now which one of those routes have you tried? Have any of them worked for you?
