Premiere Elements 9: Softwarefehler: .\Vobulator\BlockPlanner\BlockPlanner.cpp.Zeile215

Beim Freigeben meines Projektes auf DVD wollte ich in einen 4,7 GB Ordner speichern um dann DVDs zu brennen, aber es erscheint immer wieder die oben genannte Fehlermeldung:
Softwarefehler: .\Vobulator\BlockPlanner\BlockPlanner.cpp.Zeile215

Premiere Elements 9: Software error:. \ Vobulator \ block Planner \ BlockPlanner.cpp.Zeile215
Upon release of my project to DVD I wanted to save a 4.7GB folder and then burn DVDs, but it appears again and again the above error message:
Software Error:. \ Vobulator \ block Planner \ BlockPlanner.cpp.Zeile215
the progress bar remains at 28%
I just start and stop markers and set on fire on purpose in the folder, since direct burning has never worked. The video can be used as computer video (mpeg) issue, but since I do not have enough quality because skiing is now times fast ...
Maybe someone has a tip, droughts I would be grateful!

Bezüglich Ihrer burn to folder
Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1
Vielen Dank.

Regarding your burn to folder
Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1
It is very likely that you have placed a Stop Marker at the end of your Timeline or the spacing of your Timeline markers is too close.
Please check out those possibilities.
I had difficult with the Google Translate, so I hope that I have interpreted your message in German correctly.
Thank you.

  • Slide Show ERROR, Internal software\Vobulator\BlockPlanner\.cpp Line 217

I'm putting together a slide show DVD. There are a total of 7 slide shows containing 480 pictures. All pictures are jpg's about 1000X1600 pixels and 500KB-700KB each. I have 3 menus for navigation. Not all of the chapter menu buttons point to a "slide show", some of them point to a picture inside certain slide shows according to my client's requests. (example, slide show 1 contains 70 pictures. Chapter 1 points to "slide show 1" Chapter 2 points to "slide show 1 photo 50"). All slide shows are linked so that when the first slide show is over, it will automatically "end action" to the next slide show etc... All my settings are typical. NTSC 4:3 SD 720X480 progressive.
There are NO video files in my DVD at all. No timelines at all. No audio at all.
The Symptoms/problem that I'm getting is this, when I try to Preview my DVD and ALSO when I try to build my DVD, the build will go through and "build the slide shows" then after it does that, this will come up
I've read some of the previous posts (one of them is in French for cryin out loud. Had to use Bing translator and it sounds all weird). What I can gather is this,
Re: internal software error: .\Vobulator\BlockPlanner\BlockPlanner.cpp, line 217
I found out it was due to selecting an image file as the video layer
in a menu, causes the error everytime. I just paste the image in with
'edit in photoshop' instead now. But thanks."
Another person said just about the same thing... The only problem is, I have no idea what this means. I don't know what it means to "select an image file as the video layer in a menu..."
    Hardware/software is as follows:
    custom build:
    i5 processor (4 core) 2.6ghz
    8 GB RAM 1333MHz
    300GB C: drive (2X150 GB 10K RPM Raptors)
    1.2TB D: drive (2X7,200 RPM 640GB WD's)
    Burner is LG Super multi
secondary burner is Sony Commercial Blu-Ray burner
Video card is Saphire Build (Radeon 5450 PCI-E 16X)
    Windows 7 X64 Pro
All Adobe is CS5 Production package.
If I'm leaving anything out, please let me know.
HELP! and Thanks. I'd really love to fix this without rebuilding the whole DVD. Take long time.

  • Premiere elements has encountered an error (preferences.cpp-353)

Hi guys, trying to get Adobe premiere elements working on a windows domain, will only run for local administrator, logged onto machine locally, not even a full domain administrator.
    Any ideas?
Any help would be very very appreciated.

    Hi ATR,
I really appreciate you taking the time to reply, sorry for the lack of info in my previous message was pulling hairs out when i wrote that!! I really do appreciate any help you could give with this at all.
Here are the answers to those questions.
    1. What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
It is the latest version of Premiere Elements 13, we are trying to get it to install on Win 7 32bit.
    2. Are you running the program from a User Account with Administrative Privileges and have you applied Run As
Administrator to the program's desktop icon?
They are domain based machines, if you log on as local administrator on the machine the software will run, but if you log on as a domain user or even full domain admin it still doesn't load properly we get the error "Premiere Elements has encountered an error. [..\..\Src\Core\Preferences.cpp -353]
    3. Is this a "it worked before but not now" or "it never worked before" issue?
It is new software we have never ran on our network before.
    4. Have you deleted the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file or the whole Folder in which it exists?
I did a search of the entire C drive of the machines for the preferences file and couldn't find it to try deleting it.
    5. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on the computer with Premiere Elements?
Yes i have tried installing the new version of quicktime on the machines, even though the version we already had installed met the recommendations.
    6. Does the problem exist with or without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
Firewall is disabled across the domain, i've tried disabling the AV and it didn't make any difference.
    7. Are you using the program with a mouse or one of those pen and tablet devices?
Just a normal mouse and keyboard.

  • Premiere Elements has encountered an error (Preferences.cpp-347)

    Hi all
System: Windows 7 x64, Adobe Premier Elements 12.0
We are getting the following error when attempting to start a new project under one specific user.
Premiere Elements has encountered an error [..\..\Src\Core\Preferences.cpp-347]
I have read in other threads network installations can cause this.
This is a network installations and we do redirect my documents to a network drive.
I have tested this under Administrator and test accounts where my documents were not redirected and it started a new project fine.
Other threads have mentioned that there is a possible fix and to contact customer support. I have tried to do this by logging in to this Adobe account but the only option was to Ask the Community.
Has anybody been provided with the solution to this?
I have tried the following but to no avail:
    -deleting the preferences file
    -deleting the 12.0 folder
-adding access rights of the user to all adobe premiere related folders
-looking through the registry for elements related entries and looking for related paths
    Thanks in advance

I have searched the net for trying to find a solution but cant find any. Im sure Adobe must find a solution to this problem.

  • Premiere Elements 9 - Releasing Project for Burning DVD

Disc burning interrupted at 99%. Problem:\Vobulator\BlockPlanner.ccp,Zeile215. How can I solve this problem?

Thank you very, very much for your help. Stop marker removed - problem
    solved!!!
Before crying out for help I had several (failed) runs sorting out
various probable "suspects" but never even thought of that harmless
    looking little red mark.
By the way, it's PREL 11 I'm working with(I was wrong) but when it comes
to problems the version seems to make no difference.

  • Encore:  vobulator BlockPlanner error 217

    Hello,
I've been building a project in Encore for days and finally went to build a DVD today, and after all the transcoding, when it went to write on the disc, it failed with the following message:
internal software error: .\vobulator\BlockPlanner\BlockPlanner.cpp, line 217
    Anyone have experience/suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Don
I am using a Gateway 4200 with quad core 3.2 Ghz processors AMD, 8 GB of RAM, Windows VISTA and a GeForce 9500T video card, also over 59 Gigs of free space on my hard drive.

In this case, Sonic refers to the creator of the authoring modules, licensed by Adobe for use in Encore. Sonic owns the rights to almost everything to do with authoring. Encore is based on the Sonic Authorcore, which is modular, and is hidden behind Encore's abstraction layer - what we see in the GUI, which interfaces with that Sonic Authorcore.
Hope that this explains things a bit better. The "Vobulator BlockPlanner" is one of those Sonic modules. It is the module that takes your Assets and your navigational instructions and does the "roadmap" for your DVD-Video, which will be a VIDEO_TS folder with your VOB "containers" and the IFO and BUP files - the heart and soul of a DVD-Video. Something is wrong with your Project, and the Vobulator BlockPlanner cannot get your Project's material into a DVD-compliant form.
If you can tell us more about the Project and your Assets, someone can likely offer suggestions. IIRC, from another thread, you have several AV Timelines and some SlideShows. Please re-list those details here, so that others can see the layout and can comment on what might be going amiss.
    Good luck,
    Hunt

Since your duplicate thread has been closed and all replies directed to this one, I wanted to make sure that you did not miss my message going between threads.
The following is a copy/paste of what I wrote in your now closed thread:

Please avoid duplicate posts since they tend to confuse the person writing them as well as the people trying to respond to the question.
I have seen the error that you present appear often, but I have not seen an agreed on the resolution, if a resolution at all.
What I would do first is to update your Premiere Elements 12 to 12.1. See the opened project's Help Menu/Updates. If the problem persists after the update to 12.1, then let us look at the Scratch Disk set up and situation.
When you go to Expert workspace, Edit Menu/Preferences/Scratch Disks, where are all the categories directed to on the computer hard drive and how much free space is at the location(s)?
Did you install Premiere Elements 12 to its default location or other. If other, where?
There are a lot of Troubleshooting avenues to go down (some old, some new, some questionable), but let us start with the above and then decide what next.
But before all that, please respond to the questions already asked you by SG.
    Thanks.

  • Adobe Premiere Elements 10 Error 1 or [..\..\Src\DirectoryRegistery.cpp-283.

I installed Adobe Premiere Elements 10.  When I double click on the shortcut icon , I get configuration error 1 which tells me to uninstall/reinstall and then contact Adobe support if it happens again.    Uninstalling/reinstalling did not resolve problem so I contacted Adobe support.  First time spent about 45 minutes on hold while the person consulted with other colegues and was then disconnected.  After waiting about 1.5 hours for call back, I recalled.    After  about 30 minutes on hold was told that I should call a different number and pay $39  and I could talk to someone who might be able to help me but that this support line did not support this type of problem.  Went to online support.  Was told to add a new password protected user account, uninstall/reinstall and try to open program using new user account.  No joy.    Present status :  If I double click  on shortcut  icon, get configuration error 1.  If I rignt click and try to 'run as current user get  'debug error [..\..\Src\DirectoryRegistery.cpp-283.  If I 'run as the password protected user account get configuration error 1. Note that during the first call, I was sent an email with a 'case number' and a link to check status but the case number has never showed up on the adobe website.   Questions:
    1.  Any suggestions to resolve problem?
    2.  If I pay the $39, is it likely that I will get the problem resolved or simply get the same run around?  I have now uninstalled/reinstalled/restarted at least 6 times and there have really been no other suggestions from Adobe.
    3.  Suggestions for alternative video editing software if I can't ever get Adobe to boot up.  Thanks for your support.

Where, and how, is PrE installed? When you launch it, are you running as an Administrator?
First, PrE wants to be installed competely on the C:\ and wants direct access to the My Documents folder. It also wants to be both installed and then launched from an Administrator account.
It is not designed (nor is the big-brother PrPro) to function in a fully networked environment. It will extract media, etc. from an NAS, or from a mapped networked drive, but it does not like to run under most networked environments.
It's my guess that there is something in this installation that it is not comfortable with. More details will likely help.
Good luck, and looking for the answers to the questions above.

Please report back into this thread, as we can all possibly learn something. This can be very useful, as most of the "regulars" are PC-only users, and only a few are fluent in things Mac. However, even we PC-users, try to learn of fixes for the Mac.
Now, that is not saying that your issue is platform-centric, as it might be a problem that we have just not seen on the PC.
    Good luck,
