Next to the word English is a tiny triangle pointing downward. If you click on that, you should be a drop down list including
French above the yellow Download button. If you set that to French, are you saying that you get English when
you set the download for Adobe Premiere Elements 13?

I would assume that you click on Buy instead of Continue Tryout in the message that you get each day of the 30 day tryout.
Is there a problem in doing that? Or it is that the tryout version is in one language and you want to purchase the program
with a different language than the tryout? What language did you set for the tryout? Did you have a choice for French at that time?

I would contact Adobe Sales to confirm the details of what you have before you make the actual purchase transaction.

Le premier lien donne accès à la notice de Elements 10 mais pas 11
Le deuxième donne accès aux fonctionnalités de l'organizer d'éléments 11
mais pas à celles de la partie modifications qui est celle qui m'intéresse le
plus.
J'avais bien trouvé ces deux liens en allant sur le bouton HELP, mais la
seule notice complète sur Elements 11 est en Anglais. Il n'y a rien en
Français...à ce jour.

Un problème compatibilité avec plugin "langue français" Texte Analyse dans Prelude CC et Premiere CC

Bonjour,
j'utilise Prelude CC et Premier pro CC, et souhaite faire fonctionner correctement le module "Texte Analyse" dans Script Adobe Story incorporé. J'ai téléchargé l'extension pour la langue française, et je l'ai installée dans les deux logiciels, mais malgré redémarrage du logiciel, j'ai uniquement accès à la version anglaise.

->/bibliothèque/Application Support/Adobe/....mais aucun dossier qui se nomme "SpeechAnalysisModels/CS6" ni "SpeechAnalysisModels/4.0"

Blocage d'installation de Premiere Elements 12 (shared technologies)

j'ai acheté photoshop elements 12, le programme s'installe sous windows 7, puis se bloque sur shared technologies. J'ai pourtant suivi la procédure et désactivé mon pare feu windows. Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

j'ai acheté le logiciel d'installation hier et donc avec le cd
d'installation et le S/N.
Le programme s'installe bien sous Windows 7 ( photoshop elements 12 et
elements organzer ) puis me donne un message d'erreur ( copie en annexe )
lors de l'installation de shared technologies obligatoire.
J'ai désactivé mon anti-virus et essayé plusieurs fois, même la version
d'essai. Rien à faire je reçois toujours le même message.
A noter que j'ai acheté aussi premiere elements 11 le mois dernier et que
je n'ai eu aucun problème a l'installer !
D'autre part, la page d'aide que vous me proposé est hors service !
Que puis-je faire?

J'ai téléchargé une vidéo mpg (compte à rebours avec miniteur) mais il y a un texte en anglais que je voudrais changer pour le mettre en Français. Comment faire sur Premiere Elements ou tout autre logiciel Adobe recommandé?

On e peut pas changer facilement et simplement le texte d'une vidéo. Pour le changer il faudrait avoir téléchargé le projet Première ou Aftereffects.
Si le fond qui entoure le texte n'a pas beaucoup d'importance, tu peux dans Première ou After effects importer ta vidéo, créer par dessus un masque de couleur proche de celle qui entoure le minuteur et qui cachera le minuteur. Ensuite tu peux ajouter ton texte par dessus avec AE ou avec un élément Titre dans Premiere.

My comments on your issue come from what I have read. Based on that, I have searched online and have not come across any Premiere Elements 10 Windows Share/Tape problems.
If you have not already, you might want to compare what you were doing in this regard using Premiere Elements 3.0/3.0.2 (where you say it works) with the details for Premiere Elements 10 Share/Tape in the Premiere Elements 10 Help PDF.
1. Have you reviewed the Adobe details for the Share/Tape (Record to DV tape, described in depth in the Premiere Elements 10 Help PDF (around page 279 of 309)?

2. Have you checked your Premiere Elements 10 project settings against the camera setting?

Choisissez la commande Edition à Préférences à Services partenaires Adobe.

Is there a way to create and edit a video in portrait mode / 9:16 in Premiere Elements 12 or 13. Playback on an iPhone in portrait position.

I'm editing iPhone app video for posting as the first screen in the Apple app store. Required size for the video is 750:1334, 9:16. I there a way to setup the initial video in portrait mode? Many posts for how to rotate a specific clip, but I need the whole video in portrait position. How to accomplish this? I'm using Windows 7 and Premiere Elements 12 and now 13.

I have Windows 7 64 bit and Windows 8.1 64 bit and have done the work using Premiere Elements 12/12.1 on Windows 7 64 bit.
Here is a step by step
Find the DSLR [email protected] file
Local Disk C\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 12\Settings\SequencePresets\NTSC\DSLR\1080p\
And, in that 1080p Folder is the DSLR 1080p30@ 29.97.sqpreset file that you seek.
1. Copy the
DSLR 1080p30@ 29.9.sqpreset fileI
and paste it to the computer desktop in a newly created folder named 1920p.
2. Open the 1920p Folder and edit the ..sqpreset file in Notepad.
To do that right click the .sqpreset, and, from the pop up, select Open With and then Notepad.
3. In the Notepad document, you are going to edit in only 2 places for now, switching 1920 and 1080 to 1080 and 1920 at the top and bottom
sections of the Notepad document.
Then go specifically File Menu/Save of the Notepad document and hit Save.
4. At this point, you have the edited.sqpreset file in the 1920p Folder on the computer desktop.
(Change the name of the edited .sqpreset file so that it = DSLR [email protected])
Move the 1920p Folder from there to add it to the 1080p Folder, the location where you found the original .sqpreset file that you edited.
Close out of there.
5. Back in the Premiere Elements 12/12.1, manually set the project preset to the new project preset
6. When you import your 1080 x 1920 9:16 video file into the project and drag it into the Timeline, you should see
Note that there is no orange line over that Timeline content, indicating that you are seeing
the best possible preview of the image.
7. As I wrote before,
But, here is the hang up. If I render the Timeline content to get the best possible preview at the Edit level, the video in the Edit area monitor
squeezes in resulting in black borders to the left and right of the video image on screen.
But, otherwise I found I had no problems editing or exporting, just had to keep away from Timeline rendering for previewing after an edit. Need to find the missing ingredient for 100%.
I will be writing this up in my blog in a more organized fashion including how I got the project preset description in Change Settings to agree with the changes. Probably I will do that in the morning.

Error message when downloading Adobe Premiere Elements 11

When attempting to download the Adobe Premiere Elements 11 from the cd, I'm getting an error message that reads: "The installation process has encountered an error while installing Shared Technologies. Please restart your system and try again".I'm using a Windows 7 Operating System. When I attempt the download again, I get the same error message.

Many of us have encounted this issue. The problem is not confined to a particular version or computer operating. Many homemade remedies and scientific ones have worked for some and not others. The most recent fix was offered by an ID by the name of Maud Barbara and seems to have been the answer for that user and at least one more.

No Disk error in Premiere Elements 13

I am getting the following error: "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk1\DR1." If i click continue about 5 times the box disappears & I can continue working. The same thing occurs at random when i am attempting to do different operations with the same result. I can work within the program, however the constant error message is annoying. I have searched these forums & tried the different methods of uninstalling & reinstalling, deleting the recommended files, & running a Ccleaner. I can't find any other recommendations on this problem. Please help!

Premiere Elements 13 on what computer operating system? For now, assuming Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.
What is your computer drives arrangement? How many removable drives do you have, and what are their drive letters?
See Computer/Manage/Disc Management.
Reports of the problem that you are describing can be found for Premiere Elements many versions.
Back in 2012, the word was to use Cancel and wait for an answer from Adobe who was working on the problem.
In 2013, the cause and effect seem to target the SmartSound feature....SmartSound feature is gone in Premiere Elements 12 and 13.
Microsoft and some visitors to this forum suggest getting to the core of the problem through drive letter changes for some removable drives.
Did you install Premiere Elements 13 from installation disc or from installation files from online download? I favor the uninstall/ccleaner run through/reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) approach to getting rid of the issue. But, problems with the same symptoms can (often do) have different causes.
