Premiere Pro 2014 and 5.1 Audio

Question

First time creating a 5.1 audio track.
First of all when I use RealTek HD Audio Manger and set the speakers to 5.1 and run a test I get separate audio from each speaker as it should be.
I created a 5.1 sequence and created two channels track 1 front right, track 2front left mapped each into the indents in the map in the upper left and right corners.
Now if I play just that I get the audio from my front right and left speakers.
Track 3 assigned to rear left and track 4 assigned to rear right.
If I play these tracks I get nothing.
When I go to preferences, Audio Hardware here is a screen shot: 
So I installed ASIO4ALL v2 and I get this:
The ASIO did not help now when I play track 3 and 4 they come out the center speaker and still nothing out the rear speakers.
Here is the mixer:
Note none of the tracks are assigner to the center channel.
Does anyone have a clue here because if I out put this to a 5.1 clip and play it back in anything other than Premiere I get all channels coming from the right speakers it is only premiere that seems to not be able to play 5.1 through a 5.1 system.
