Premiere Pro CC Title templates are missing + cannot be installed

hi,
I just realised that I don't have any title templates but i need them quiet urgently.
I went on to this website: Library, title templates, template projects missing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Encore
where it stated that you have to download a zip file and place it in the presets folder of Adobe Premiere.
I did that but it wasn"t working. Then I took the Premiere Pro Family Content Installers folder and wanted to install it in order to place it in the presets folder and the installation always gets broken off stating that there is an error.
Is anyone familiar with that kind of problem and if yes, does anyone know how I can fix it?

All of the sudden, I find out that I can no longer put text on my video, because my title templates are gone, along with all my generators. Does anyone know how to get back my title templates and text without deleting and reloading my FCPx?

Title template are missing

Hi All,
I just downloaded PP 5.5 and to my surprise I couldnot find the standared title template.
Anyone knows how to add them? in worst case, Is it possilble to copy them from CS3 ?

Importing .psd file with transparency in Premiere Pro CS4 titler

I am trying to import a psd file with transparency into the Premiere Pro CS4 titler and the transparency will not come in. I've tried psd, png, jpeg, gif, targa and none will preserve the transparency. What I'm trying to do is create a custom lower third using a image without having to build it inside the titler or drop the PSD directly onto my timeline. This seems like an easy task, but I'm not having any luck. Please help!

Flash CS4 Sample Templates are missing

My sample templates are missing, all that shows now are Cateregory: Advertising and different size banners. I searched my harddrive and found the rood folder where they are stored but only the folder for Advertising exist.
I haven't deleted anything, so could it have been a glitch at installation, I had startup problems with Flash constantly crashing at the splash screen and finally had to uninstall and reinstall.
Running WinXP SP3.

I do remember them being part of an earlier version maybe MX. Did some checking around as I was under the assumption they were part of CS4 due to some diagrams found on pages 264-265 of "Flash CS4: The Missing Manual". The bottom line is it is now listed in their Errata.

They require a 64 bit computer and a 64 bit operating system.
If you're running Windows 7 32 bit or Windows 8 32 bit then you will not be able to download, install or run Premiere Pro or After Effects.

SCOM 2012 SP1 RU2 Some Dashboard templates are missing

I have SCOM 2012 SP1 RU2, (Update Rollup 2 for Microsoft System Center 2012 SP1 - Operations Manager Server (KB2826664)) but I don't see all the Dashboard templates, I just
see the basic templates.
I tried to do what the
article suggests (Applying KB282664 this is for SCOM 2012 SP1):

Templates are missing when creating a new dashboard view from the Dashboard and Widget Wizard, This issue fixed in UR4 for System Center 2012 SP1

What version of iPhoto are you using?
This is the the first time I have ever launched it.
Does that mean there are no photos in the library? If so move it to the Trash bin in the Dock and launch iPhoto again.
If there are photos in the library do the following:
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button,
and select the library you want to add from those in the selection window.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note 1: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost.
Note 2: Your current library will be left untouched for further attempts at a fix if so desired.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 Title Temlpates?

Why does Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 have the same tired titling templates as version 2? where can I find more? In a fast paced, public access tv environment, we don't have the luxury of spending two hours creating some dazzling after effect.

Anyone can make these, so Google for "Style library". I found this fairly effortlessly : http://www.stevengotz.com/title_styles.html.html. Not sure if they are dazzling though ...

Premiere Pro CS6 Error Message Codec Missing or unavailable?

I know there is already a thread about this... but I couldn't figure out how to add to that thread. I have been googling for like 2 hours and get this figured out! Sorry if this is a silly question, I am very new!
A videographer sent my company a hard drive with video footage he took from our event. I need to split these clips up and import them to Premiere Pro.
Here is all my info:
Premiere Pro 6.0.2 just updated about an hour ago-
Mac OS X 10.7.5
I am trying to import and edit footage a video-ographer gave my company from an event. He sent it to us on an external hard drive. I am not sure what kind of camera he used.
I have downloaded RedCode or whatever. Updated Premiere Pro.
The file type is .mov. It plays fine in Quick Time 10, but only the sound plays in Quick Time Pro 7.
The Codecs for this file are MPEG-2 AND LINEAR PCM, TIMECODE
I also need to split these clips into smaller clips before importing into Premiere Pro, the clips are all between 8-11GB, if you want to help me with that too.

I had the same issue after I re-installed both Mountain Lion and Adobe products. MOV (XDCAM) media was not reading on Premiere Pro CS6. "Codec Missing or Unavailable" kept prompting. Following ComputerNovice25 advice did not do the trick for this problem. But, I was able to fix issue by simply updating my OS. A ProApps Quicktime Codecs 1.0 was included in the update, which added the following video codecs for Quicktime-based applications:
Apple Intermediate Codec
Apple ProRes
AVC-Intra
DVCPRO HD
HDV
XDCAM HD / EX / HD422
MPEG IMX
Uncompressed 4:2:2
This update is highly recommended for all users running any MacOSX and any type of NLE.

Premiere Pro CC, Dolby Digital License missing for MTS / AVCHD audio import?

Hi,
I'm running Premiere Pro CC on Mac 10.8.4 importing MTS files captured on a new Panasonic V720 Camcorder that records MTS / AVCHD files.
When I add the files to my project or drop them onto the timeline, the video appears fine but there's no audio and I get the warning message:
"This installation does not have a license to decode Dolby Digital audio".
I've tried switching from 5.1 to 2-channel audio on the camera in case that was the issue, no change.
The file plays fine on the mac with VLC player or MPlayer - mplayer is decoding audio with the FFmpeg AC-3 codec. I've imported MTS files created with other cameras (but presumably with different audio codecs) into Premiere fine with my current setup.
Any suggestions for getting this video and audio to work correctly?

Hey guys, thanks for the responses. I have checked my audio preference settings and don't really see anything in there that looks helpful...the following are my settings:
The LG TV is actually hooked up through a 7.1 receiver...I'm not sure why it registers the home theater unit as the tv....but 5.1 does play through my PC just fine with every other program.
I've been playng around with the various export settings and have found that I can successfully export 5.1 audio using the H.264 preset and switching the channels in the audio tab to 5.1. You cannot, however, do the same with the H.264 Blu-ray preset as it requires the above mentioned SurCode for compression. I'm guessing that means the non-Blu-ray preset is then uncompressed?
The projects that I'm setting up are very basic. I'm just using a single mp3 import and snapping it to one of the rear speakers. While editing, the sound does fade from the front channels but nothing comes out of the rear channels.
I guess I'm just having a hard time understanding why PPCC can export 5.1 but not play it back while editing....

MacBook Pro Retina - Title Creation Area Not Retina

Hi everyone
I am using the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 on a 15" MacBook Pro with Retina Display.
Although most of Premiere Pro uses the Retina display to great effect, the Title creation window doesn't look to be updated. The icons are low resolution and any text added within the Title preview window don't look Retina at all.
I wondered if this was an area that has yet to be updated, or whether the update didn't correctly upgrade all of the software on my machine for whatever reason.
