Premiere Pro Crashes after last update

Question

Premiere Pro WILL NOT RUN since running the update last week. I'm in the middle of a big project and I cannot get the program to boot completely.
Computer: Dell Precision Mobile m6700, Win 7, 32GB RAM, nVidia K4000 card. Win 7 is up to date.
The error message is [..\..\src\TickTime.cpp-121]

Also noted; When the application quits (right at the beginning), and I can finally get it to really quit on the screen, it's still showing as running in the Task Manager.
I have reinstalled Windows and have tried about everything I can think of to isolate the problem, but it will not go away.
