everytime I try to open premeire pro it crashes and will not let me open the program. All my other cloud programs work great.
Im running Mac OSX 10.8.5

To make a new document, go to File > New From Template chooser and choose the type of document you wish to create.
To add a new page to an existing document go to Insert > Sections > Blank.

Shut down and reboot your iOS (press and hold the wake/sleep button and when prompted, slide to poweroff and then press and hold the wake/sleep button to reboot).
Go look what had happen with your apps. Maybe it's ok. If not, tap and hold its icon and then tap the X to delete it from your iOS device and redownload it from the app store (no charge for that).

ITunes keeps crashing and won't let me update to ios 5 + many more problems with iTunes

Here is alist of all my problems:
Whenever I try and sync my iPhone     to my computer it doesn’t work and then my iTunes crashes, there are no     error messages it just freezes and crashes.
After I have done this my iTunes     doesn’t even open and crashes strait away.
My iTunes also crashes     sometimes when I am just trying to move from (for example) music to     movies.
My iTunes also refuses to     access iTunes store (no errors it just doesn’t work).
Sometimes I can get past the     backup issue by cancelling the back up and letting it sync, but no it won’t     even let me do that it freezes and crashes before it can even transfer my purchases.
All thishappens if I can even open up my iTunes.
I amcurrently running ios 4.3.4 as I can even update to ios 5 I am running (tryingto) iTunes 10.5.
I have trieduninstalling and reinstalling iTunes about a 1000 time and it hasn’t doneanything (done as instructed on http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923). I havebeen trough tones of pages on the community and on the other support pages thatapple has but I have found no answers. I have also tried to install an olderversion of iTunes but it just comes up with an error message saying all myfiles are configured to iTunes 10.5 and noting work on that either.
This hasbeen going on for ages and I know there is a lot to deal with in this post butplease if anyone has any ideas, knows, or has dealt with any of the above please help.

After Ghostery update, Firefox crashes and won't let me navigate with tabs. Add-on manager won't finish opening to let me get rid of Ghostery. How to resolve?

Using Firefox 22, Ghostery auto-updated. It said there was a conflict with the Beef Taco add-on; when I went to disable the add-on, nothing worked properly. Now FF crashes constantly, won't allow me to use tabs properly, and the add-on manager won't finish opening to allow me to make changes to add-ons. How can I remove Ghostery without the manager? My Iphone 4 Itunes keeps crashing and won't let me play anything. I can't even see my library.

Recently my recently added playlist would not load, but the rest of my library preceded to load. Now my whole iTunes on my iPhone keeps crashing, and wont open it at all. I just restored it, and it did nothing. Any Help ? Please!!

try a reset, hold down the home/power button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for your phone to boot back up. See if that helps.

Premiere Pro CC 14 won't quit or open projects

Here is my situation. My HD crashed in my iMac last week and it has been replaced by Apple. I've now reinstalled all of my apps. Everything seems to be working fine except for Premiere. I can open Premiere, open a project and it loads fine. If I try to quit or open another project while Premiere is open, it does nothing. Literally nothing.. just sits there like nothing had happened. Even if I can get to the open project window, I'll select the project to open and then it just returns to the current project... with no options to save, cancel, etc. I can still work in the project after this.. no spinning pinwheel or hang up.
I did use a Time Machine backup to get a lot of my files back. I'm not sure if that messed up permissions or what, but I have followed the steps listed by Kevin here to no avail Premiere Pro CC, CC 2014, or 2014.1 freezing on startup or crashing while working (Mac OS X 10.9, and later) .
One thing I did try was making a new user account with admin privileges and Premiere seemed to work. The only issue is that many of my other programs don't work because the serial # is associated with my main user account.
Here are the specs of my machine:
iMac 27" late-2012
3.4 GHZ i7
32 GB DD3 RAM
OS X 10.9.5
Any help would be much appreciated since I'm close to a stand still since I can't move from project to project.

Just to follow up..
I was able to contact Adobe via their online chat. I had a representative do a screen share to figure out what was going on. From what I can tell, he went in and repaired permissions for my Applications folder, updated the CUDA driver and deleted all of the "Adobe" folders in the user profile and the system profile. After that, he re-opened Premiere and everything seems to work now. It must have been some corrupt file in one of the Adobe folders OR a bad permission. Either way, I thought I'd report back.

Premiere Pro crashes when a browser window is opened (Win 8.1)

Just recently premiere will crash if i open a browser window then return to the premiere software.
run down of what i am working with:
Windows 8.1 64 bit, Intel i7-3770k, 16 gigs of ram, Nividia 650, Anker 5000 gaming mouse, Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6, and the normal other insides (SSD 256 for os and software and a few SATA drives).
If i just stay working in the premiere environment it will continue to work, its only when i leave the program.

I have a folder yahoo conversation that opens and won't let me open anything else. I do not even have a yahoo account

A folder Y conversation showed up under each account.I right clicked on it and selected delete. It won't delete.It is now open and won't close. When I exit out Thunderbird closes.When I reopen thunderbird that file opens.

Lightroom cannot open two catalogs at the same time. Shut down Lightroom. Then locate the 2013 catalog in Windows Explorer or Finder in a Mac and double click the catalog file and it should open in Lightroom.

Safari Crashes and Won't Let Me ReInstall

And I'm not even running OS X Leopard or Safari 3. . .
I'm limping along on OS X 10.3.9, and my original crash (started earlier this evening) was in Safari 10.3.2. The error came so fast that Safari didn't even fully load. I got rid of my Safari.plist, my systempref.plist, even my cookies.plist
Nothing.
Then I uninstalled and tried to reinstall back to Safari 10.2
Same type of crash. (Somebody PLEASE help me!!!!!)

The real culprit is the History file. It's found in your User Account>Library>Safari folder. Move the History.plist file to the trash, then restart Safari.
Now the trick is to return Safari back to version 1.3.2. First step is to bring Safari to v 1.3 from your current version - 1.2. This is accomplished installing the 10.3.9 Combined Update to bring Safari up to version 1.3. Do not use the computer while this installer is running. On the computer restart go to your Applications>Utilities folder via the Finder and open Disk Utility. Once open, highlight your HD on the left, then click on the First Aid-Panel. There, select "repair permissions".
The second phase is to bring Safari up to version 1.3.2. First, apply the 1.3.1 update, followed by the 1.3.2 update. Once finished, again "repair permissions". It's possible OS X will not let you install Safari 1.3.1. Let me know if that occurs.
Otherwise, go to Software Update in your System Preferences and check for updates. There may or may not be Security Updates for Safari. If any appear, select them and let them install. As with the other installations, do not use the computer while the Installer is running.

MacBook Pro crashed and won't start up!!! HELP!

I had a couple programs running (nothing out of the ordinary) and I opened Photobooth and then the screen turned black, but the little green light on the top of the laptop indicating that the camera is on was lit. I pushed a few buttons but the screen remained black so I figured I had a small crash (my very first one too).
I held the power button until the laptop shut off and I tried starting it back up, however the screen stays black and nothing seems to get it to work! I know the power is on since a light turns on when the laptop is on. Its the little light on the button you push to open your closed laptop (sorry I don't know what it's called).
I tried shutting the laptop on and off, removing the battery, letting it sit for 10 minutes... NOTHING'S WORKING.
Is my laptop dead??? Help!

I am guessing that you connected to your iMac while in target mode. If you could not pull the data off that way, and you can't repair the drive, it seems as if you have limited options.
You could run the hardware check on your system disk. If the HD is fried, you can send it to a recovery service ($$$$) if the data are valuable and not backed up. Otherwise, I would bring it to Apple (assuming that you are within warrantee/applecare) and have them replace it.

InDesign Crashes, the file I was working on doesn't recover, and won't let me open because InDesign says it's already open.

This has happened a few times, I would be working on a project, InDesign crashes, but doesn't recover it. Instead when I try to open the file, it says it can't be opened because it's already open by another user (there are no other users) I'll restart my computer and whatever to see if it will fix itself, but it doesn't. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix?

With InDesign closed, look in the same folder where the file is stored and find its "lock file." It will have the extension .idlk. Delete it. Launch InDesign and retry to open your file.
