Premiere Elements11 ディスクメニューの劣化.2重文字

Premiere Elements11を使用していますが、色々試しましたが解決に至らず困っています。
問題
作成した動画をBlu-rayに書きだし BDプレーヤーで再生しテレビで見た時 動画内容はきれいなのですが、ディスクメニューの背景（jpg）が汚くメニュー内の文字(シーンボタン、テキスト）も2重で見ずらいです。
※2つあるシーンメニューも同じ現象。
書き出し時の設定は
プリセットのh.264 1920×1080i NTSC Dolby
画質 空き容量にコンテンツを合わせるのチェックを入れたり、外しても変わらず。
※動画容量は10G位です。
ディスクメニューの背景に使用しているjpgですが、
元の5472×3648で×でしたので、1980×1080に切り抜いて使用しても同様の現象でした。
フォントを変えても同じでした。
環境はwindows7 home premium　cpuは corei7です。
試したらと思う事がありましたら是非教えて下さい。

    I will await your review of initial post where I suggested ripping VOBs from the DVD-VIDEO on DVD disc in Premiere Elements 11 Windows. I still think that is the preferred approach for what your described.

    I am trying to reinstall the Adobe Premiere Elements 11 on to my new computer and every number I have used from the box does not work.  Can you provide me with the one I registered and installed my Adobe with on the old computer.

  • Error in startup of existing project of premiere elements11

    Pemiere elements 11, just a week in my posession, wil no longer start up my existing project. After loading 100% of the project, although not displaying it, an erro message appears:
    adobe premiere elements 11 not working In de message box is mentionend that the program will be closed and an message will appear when an solution is available. no such message ever appears...
    steps so far:
    - de-instal and reinstall elements (no difference)
    - remove latest windows update (no difference)
    - reinstal again (no difference)
    - re-update windows (no difference)
    - clearing 20 G harddisk space; now 40 g available (no difference)
    I am running windows 8. the problem first occured after the latest windows update (hence the attemps to remove update etc)
    I'm at a loss here on what other step / meassures / sollutions to take, please advice

    Could you clarify your situation?
    You say that you cannot re-open an existing project. But, can you open a new project?
    If you can, you might consider the damaged project angle on this.

  • Upgrade from premiere elements11 and photoshop elements 11 to version 12

    Hello i think I buy te upgrade from the packket premiere elements 11 and photoshop elements 11 to version 12 of this to produkts, when I do that create the upgrade then  new icons on your desctop screen or overwright the upgrade the version 11 total, must I remove version 11 before or can I do that after the upgrade to version 12.

    I do not believe that you mentioned what computer operating system you are using for your Premiere Elements 11 and 12.
    Although Photoshop Elements 12 may be lacking some of your Photoshop Elements 11 features, Premiere Elements 11 and 12 are essentially the same,  but 12 does give a few additional features which may or may not be necessary for your present or planned workflows.
    Photoshop Elements/Premiere Elements 11 and 12 perform the same and well for me on Windows 7 64 bit. I cannot say the same specifically for Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 8 or 8.1 64 bit. Premiere Elements 11 is performing fine on this same Windows 8 or 8.1 64 bit where Premiere Elements 12 is not.
    Just beware of any intergration perks that you might lose if you decide to pick and choose the best by mixing the combos, that is Photoshop Elements 11 with Premiere Elements 12 or Photoshop Elements 12 with Premiere Elements 11.
    Bottom line: I would ask you to consider leaving the both versions installed until you decide what programming is in the best interest of your workflows. Key...use one Premiere Elements program at a time.

    Mein Premiere Elements 11 lässt sich nicht öffnen. Der Prozess ist weniger als eine Sekunde da, dann ist er wieder weg. Ich habe das Programm schon neu installiert, aber es hat sich nichts verbessert, leider.
    Ich besitze Windows 7 Home Premium, und Photoshop Elements 11 funktioniert.
    Ich hoffe jemand von euch kann mir helfen.

    My Premiere Elements 11 will not open. The process is less than one second there, then he's gone again. I've reinstalled the program, but it has not improved, unfortunately.

    Have you gone through the steps
    a. Computer Environment and Premiere Elements 11 Windows System Requirements

    b. Have you tried deleting the specific 10.0 Folder in the route:
    Again use ONLY the route specified below. Do not get detoured by a folder named Premiere Elements 11.
    Local Disc C
    Users Folder
    Owner Folder
    AppData Folder
    Roaming Folder
    Adobe Folder
    Premiere Elements Folder
    11.0 Folder
    and in the 11.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs File.
    Typically I would suggest deleting just that Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs File which is one of the items in that 11.0 Folder. But if that does not resolve the problem, then I would delete that whole 11.0 Folder.
    Also make sure that you are working with Folder Options Show Hidden Files and Folder on in order to see the path above.
    Important. Do not take it for granted, check with the manufacturer of your video card to make sure that you have the latest video card driver installed.
    Do you have QuickTime latest version installed? And, are you running the program from a User Account with Administrative Privileges and/or have right clicked the program icon and selected Run As Administrator?

    I have premiere elements 11 installed as trial version. When  strat the programm the following error occurs: LoadLibrary failed with error 126. Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden

    Try searching Google using "Adobe error 126" and see if you can come up with a solution.
    I can point you to the following solved posting for this, but as you will see, sometimes when people look for help and find a solution they neglect to share it for the benefit of others like yourself.  Still, you might be able to gain some idea of what needs attention from it.

    PremiereElements 11のヘルプ「メニュー付きのディスクからオートプレイディスクへの変更」には、調整パネルに｢オートプレイ」をクリックする、との記述がありますが、こちらは誤りです。「オートプレイ」ボ タンがあるのは、PremiereElements 10までであり、バージョン11にはございません。ご迷惑をおかけしたことを心より深くお詫び申し上げます。
    オートプレイのディスクを作成する手順として、まず、環境設定の以下の項目についてご確認ください。
    01. 編集メニュー(MacOSX の場合はPremiereElements メニュー）から、環境設定／一般　と進み、「「次回から表示しない」を指定したすべてのメッセージを表示」にチェックを入れて OKボタンを押します。（チェックが入っている場合は、そのままでOKボタンを押します）
    上記の設定を確認後、DVDもしくはBlu－rayの書き出しに進む際に、以下の点にご注意ください。
    02. 画面右上の「書き出し・配信」からディスクを選択したときに、「ディスクメニューがありません」のダイアログが表示された場合は、「いいえ」のボタンを押すと、ディスクメニューの無い状態で DVDに書き込みできます。
    03. メニュー画面の編集画面がすぐに出てきた場合（すでにディスクメニュー設定がある場合）は、画面右上の「リセット」をクリックすると、メニュー無しの状態に戻せます。そのまま画面右上の「完 了」ボタンを押してから、再度、画面右上の「書き出し・配信」からディスクを選択し直すと、「ディスクメニューがありません」のダイアログが表示され、「いいえ」のボタンを押すと、ディスクメ ニューの無い状態でDVDに書き込みできます。

    i have been having trouble with this. i have the serial number too. i need it on my new pc and off of my old one. its hard because they already made 12 so i cant get the trial to activation for 11. i didnt buy it with disc version. i have the online version that i bought on amazon

    This time, write your download file (and a text file with your serial number) to a DVD as a backup
    You also need to make a full copy of your boot/software drive to a USB hard drive

    Image runs off of a bootable CD via Linux (the Zip you download includes a program to make the bootable CD) and it reads EVERYTHING on the drive, even the hidden registration information, so everything is restored when needed... and you may restore the image to a brand new drive in case of a crash, and not have to re-install anything

    If there are two serial numbers then you will use the one of them designated for the program you are trying to activate.

  • Premiere Elements 11 does not start

    I have updated to the preview of Windows 8.1. I can start Organizer and Photoshop Elements, but not the Video Editor.
    I get the message:

    I still have Windows 8 64 bit and have not upgraded so I also was unfamiliar with this error message that you presented
    LoadLibrary failed with error 87: Falscher Parameter
    Once I got beyond the "Falscher Parameter" and realized that translated into English as Wrong Parameter, I found many, many reports of the problem online. Apparently you are not alone. You may be ahead since you have been successful with Photoshop Elements 11 and the Elements Organizer 11 even though you cannot get into Premiere Elements11.
