I signed up for premium with the 3 months 99¢ offer 1 month ago, now I do not have premium and is prompting me to make another payment and will not let me use premium features, why?

Skype Pro vs. Skype Premium
I am currently on a grandfathered Skype Pro subscription, for which I pay USD 3.00 a month. I would like to try group video calling but understand that I need to switch to Skype Premium for that (which currently goes for USD 4.49 a month).
What are the main differences (besides group video chat and different monthly price) between these two subscriptions? What will I be loosing and gaining when switching from Pro to Premium?
What I need most is my Skype-To-Go number, so I wouldn't want to give that up with Premium, but I cannot find any information about whether that is still supported in Premium or not.

Skype Premium itself doesn't offer calling to any landlines or mobiles. Skype Premium enables you to make group video calls: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10868/What-is-Skype-Premium
But I think you are comparing Skype Pro with Skype Premium 3 or 12 months subscription that comes with Unlimited US & Canada: http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/prices/premium
If you just need group video calling then you can purchase Skype Premium monthly or day pass and make group video calls.

Keep in mind that Skype Pro is not offered anymore, if you cancel it then you won't be able to get it back.
Skype Pro is very similar to Unlimited US & Canada as they both cover US&Canada and have similar price, the main difference is that in order to call US & Canada with Skype Pro you need to be actually in one of these countries, but with Unlimited US & Canada subscription you don't. Then again with Skype Pro if for example you go to Germany then calling landlines in Germany is covered, but with Unlimited US & Canada only calls to 2 countries(US and Canada) are covered.
When it comes to Skype To Go, then this is not linked to subscriptions. Setting up Skype To Go is free of charge, but you need to have either a subscription or Skype Credit to pay for calls. It doesn't matter if you have Skype Pro or Unlimited US & Canada as long as you call country that is covered by your subscription.

Subscription payment failure, AGAIN!?!?!
Hi,
this is like the third time I´ve had seriously problems with my Spottily Premium monthly debilitation (I have a subscription).
This meens me going to work and all sudden some not very nice and really loud commercial screams in my ears and when I get home to check everything out there is nothing wrong with my credit card details and there´s funds in my bank account so can you please help me with this? After this happening to me a couple of times now I´m starting to get really annoyed.

After entering my VISA card details yet again, I get: "Declined, please check or change payment details.".
After changing payment method to PayPal, everything goes smooth until I get to "Confirm purchase". Then I get this:
"Payment failed. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds and that your credit card has not expired, if you're using one. To see your current payment details please go to your subscriptions page. If you still get this message after updating your payment details please log out, log in and then try again."
I just checked with my bank that I have plenty of money available so it can't be a problem with my account. My card expiration is due to months in the future. Also my PayPal account is of the type "premium" and my status is "verified". Also I've enabled my VISA card to be used on online purchases (which I weekly, might I add). -

Best Hosting Service For Email/Website (#spam issues)
I've been using GoDaddy for webhosting and email hosting for a few years.
I've been having spam issues with every site and email I've setup with them. It's apparently a notorious issue with GoDaddy specifically, you can find loads of threads on it all over the net and GoDaddy closes the threads that people start on their own help forums.
I do nothing that could cause spam triggers. I don't send out mass emails, no subscriptions, newsletters, no links, nothing. Its literally nothing but responding to customer inquiries and VERY often they go directly to their spam/junk folders which of course is very very bad.
Can anyone recommend the best hosting service so this does not happen? Or anything I can do to help the situation? I have no problem paying a premium monthly for something that will guarantee (or at least as much as possible) that my mail actually gets delivered.

Never heard that there was a specific problem with GoDaddy and spam.
Spam is a fact of life. Getting your mail delivered has nothing to do with spam.
If you use Mail and a POP account fro getting your mail, try something like SpamSieve, this will eliminate about 99% of spam in short order.
Gmail has a fairly good spam filtering for email only. You could change email accounts and not rely on GoDaddys email service, just set it up so it forwards to a gmail account to take advantage of their filtering/

When you redeem multiple gift cards to your accounts, the premium months just stack with each other. You'll be just fine when you redeem your 6-month gift card, which will just extend your premium subscription for another 6 months for a total of 9 months. :) -

Can't buy premium (ONE YEAR) only 1 month because ...
Now, Skype is SOOOOOO BAD with "support". I go to purchase premium, one year, and it WON'T LET ME! it will only let me purchase 1 month because I only have $9 in account. SO, I go to add money to my account. It only lets me add $10 at a time. Now, I don't want to add a whole bunch of $10 hits to my VISA card or my bank will think it's stolen and put a hold on it. So, I CAN'T BUY PREMIUM. I sent a note to Skype LAST WEEK and the morons didn't understand the question and didn't answer it (just add money to your account!). So, I CAN'T PURCHASE IT. If only they had a valid competitor I would split in a second. I dare say Skype is getting close to Ticketmaster-the most hated brand in America......anybody got any ideas? Skype has no answers or abilities for me to even buy the ($*&%& service that my company wants me to have! What a $*%& joke Skype.

I get it that you are upset about the payment amount limits, but please mind your language, otherwise your posts will be removed due to violation of community guidelines.
About the issue itself, if you don't have enough Skype Credit on your account then of course you can't purchase Skype Premium for 12months with Skype Credit. Currently your account is new when it comes to payments and due to security reasons there are limits for amount you can pay at once. After you have made several successful payments over time these limits will increase.
Instead of making several orders you can use your credit card to pay for Skype Premium with one payment. You don't need to first add credit to your account and then purchase, if you will be using credit card then why not use it for direct payment?
I'll check what caused the miscommunication with customer service and see if there is anything customer service could have done differently to provide better service.

Free Premium Channels for 3 Months
On Saturday 11/13/2010 I was contacted by telephone that the 10 premium channels package was being added to my FIOS package for free for 3 Months.
As of today 11/17/2010 no channels have been added.
If for some reason I am not illegible for this package,why would Verizon call me and verify a lot of information.
There was three or four calls made before we actually made contact.
With the competition with Comcast and Satellite,this is not good Customer Service behavior

Can I upgrade to Premium for 1 month?
I signed up for Revel early January. During that first month I had a number of problems - I deleted all the photos in two complete albums (my fault), Slow uploads (I think I have solved that) and a change of email address and change of Adobe sign in info which caused a problem signing in to Revel from PE12 (finally fixed that). That brought me to the end of my first month and unlimited uploads. My question - Can I purchase a month of Revel Premium which will allow me to rebuild my albums? The 50 upload limit per month will be sufficient thereafter. Thanks

I'm sorry you had so many difficulties and I hope we have solved all your issues.
I will give you one month free to do all the things you had hoped to do last month, and from there, you can subscribe monthly or yearly if you choose.

You had to make a subscription with your PayPal for example to use such special deals. But often such deals are only active for people who want to join Premium for the first time... -

I wanted to use group picture calling to our account as prompted during a call so signed up and paid up for a monthly billing. Then all it said was group calling 'not available'. I am being billed monthly but when I check my account credit I have $0.00!!!

Skype Premium itself provides group video calls, not calls to phones. Subscriptions provide calling minutes, not credit therefore your balance will not be changed, when purchasing a subscription.
