Premium account has been charged to my bank, but s...

I just purchased a premium account @ $9.99/month. The charge has hit my bank account. I chose the option of unlimited calls to mobiles and landlines in the United States. I just tried to call a phone number and was given the message: you need skype credit or a subscription to call mobiles and landlines from Skype. What's up with that?

    Oh gosh, I saw the same issue. Because i was messing around with something earlier. I don't know why Apple took off the option of "none" as a payment since not everyone puts in a credit card and people use iTunes gift cards. I think they just made that changed recently. Anyways, Ive just found out about this new issue also, so i don't know what you could do... maybe call apple support?

    Whatever you bought from iTunes is yours forever and can be downloaded as many times as you want. This assumes what you purchased is still available in the Store.
    Here is the procedure for your reference.
    On a computer, launch iTunes. Click on iTunes Store on the left
    On the right you will see this
    "Sign in" using the Apple ID used to purchase your songs, then click on "Purchased" (with the orange blob)
    On the summary page that appears select the tab "Not on This Computer" on the right.
    On the list that appears, select what you want and then click the "Download" button.
    Whatever you have that did not originate from iTunes will have to be obtained from whatever means you used to obtain it in the past.

    Same here, today somebody changed my account norre01 e.mail address. Now it is [email protected] and I can't reset my password anymore (I tried, didn't got any e-mail). I still can access my account through Facebook login I changed my FB password, their security check didn't find any abnormal activity on my FB account.I sent also message to Customer Support, but probably it takes time. Kind regards PS!     You've checked the purchase history on your account as per the page that you posted from, and nobody else has access to your account or devices (charges sometimes take a day or two to appear on  a card) ?If they appear on there and you didn't make them then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    I was at the gym playing off my spotify and some other unknown device became available named CRAIG. They changed my account email address and password (previously only had been logging in with facebook). Now they've disconnected my facebook also. I'm in limbo and need this rectified immediately as the account has my phone and credit card details. I'm the phone with my bank now to change my credit card number this is a nightmare. My username was John007h I don't know what else I can do to help recover the account.  

    This has been incredibly frustrating that some random stranger has completely taken over my account. Security for Spotify is a joke.  There is no support number, I've tweeted spotifycares twice with no response and it takes far too long to get an email back concerning a compromised account (24-48 hours is a joke really). I've had to cancel and order a new credit card to prevent recurring charges on premium because I have no idea when and if I'll get my account back.  Total deal breaker for signing up for premium and I was ready to subscribe for the full price after the trial as I enjoyed the service so much. I'm extremely annoyed and frustrated by this whole ordeal.

  • TS1347 I have been using Outlook for years...so an account has been set up...but I still cannot move events created on my iphone to outlook...events created on outlook do go to the iphone.

    I recently purchased an iphone and am trying to get the phone to sync with Outlook.   I have been using Outlook for years, my last phone was a palm and I had hard sync capability.   Trying to use Wi-Fi, and have also tried hard wired...when I create an event on my phone it will not show up in Outlook.   If I create an event in Outlook it will show up on the phone.   Any ideas on how to make this work?   The help line says I need to set up Outlook...and to run the Wizard...but that has been done.

    im not sure what you mean by you second statement. when i open those application on my macbook its on my macbook but when i sign into icloud. i have those option selected.
    maybe my problem is im using the wrong ID...... lol.
    is there away you can delete or change icloud accounts/ ID's???
