Premium number phone calls from iphone

A number of people including myself have noted that the iphone dials premium numbers such as 09074734000 and 09825232415. I realised this when I received the phone bill from O2 last month. I have never dialled these numbers. Google search and talking to O2 and companies associated with these numbers reveals that this is related to apps on iphone dialling these numbers costing huge amounts.

When I receive a phone call from a new number, how do I save that number to my contacts?

When I receieve a phone call from a new number, is it possible to save that number from the incoming calls screen? Can I create a contact from the number itself without having to go to the contact list and write the number in manually?

To troubleshoot this issue where your Mac believes you iPhone is still on a call while trying to make a call from your Mac, please first reset your iPhone, and then verify you have the settings configured correctly on your Mac and iPhone.

AAfter Apple relase iOS 8 update , I downloaded it on my iPhone and my iPad I have iPad 4 generations and iPhone 4S. I Starting to make phone call from my iPad but a small square comes and it wroten on it "you can't make a phone call because yo didn't actived FaceTime in your iPhone". When I go to face time "waiting for activation…" I don't know what should I do. Help me please.

But basically make sure that iCloud is enabled with the same account in both your Mac and iPhone, turn off Wi-Fi calls if enabled in your iPhone and make sure that Facetime has the same accounts in your devices.

Blocking Texts but allow phone calls from specific number?

I have done some research but have not found what I'm looking for.
I would like to be able to block a specific number from sending me text messages but I would still like to be able to receive phone calls from them. It seems to be a unique situation. I'm not sure if it is something Verizon can handle or if it's available in a third party App? Thanks for any info you can provide. I have an HTC Droid Incredible if that matters.

I know that the free number blocking offered by Verizon Wireless will block both calls and texts from the blocked numbers.
There might be something in the Play Store, but I'm not aware of any specific applications.

IPhone 6 seems to crash when making phone call from Mac

When using my iPhone 6 Plus to make phone calls from the Macintosh, (initiating call from Mac Contacts app in Yosemite) the iPhone continually brings up the Apple logo and does a quick restart over and over again. The phone call, however seems to work, but it's just that the iPhone looks as if it's going crazy showing the Apple logo and then the home screen over and over again. This had worked initially, but not anymore. Both iPhone 6 and MacBookPro up to date with updates.

If you never find an app that will do it then you could have a go at making one yourself-I don't think you need to pay Apple as long as you don't want to sell it.

OMG.....this very tiny hole located next to the headset jack........I suffered for the same issue around 20 days after purchasing my iPhone 4S. Even I visit the apple store too, they suggested to talk with apple online.....just before going to apple, i was reading "iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting" (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2802) and at the very first line, i found "Make sure that nothing is blocking the top microphone (located next to the headset jack)." and this located next to the headset jack solved the problem completely for sound in vidio as well as sound with calling speaker phone.....Actually, I purchased a plastic cover (like screen protector type) that blocked this small hole (microphone hole i think) and the problem was because of this...I remember on the first day i talk with speacker phone (nothing on iPhone at that time) and it was working...
No need to restore or hard reset anything...i was fearing i'll lost everything if I hard reset my iPhone that took 5-10 to build my iPhone as I like apps, music, vidio on it....
