Premium Subscription, 12-month plan, why is it pro...

I have just purchased a 12-month Premium Subscription, including free calls to Canada and the US.  Why is it prompting me to purchase credits.  I have been trying to make calls to mobiles... but it won't allow me to.
(And yes, I AM logged in under the name I purchased the subscription plan on.)

It seems Skype Customer Service has already resolved this issue for you.

  • Premium subscription problem

    I redeemed a Premium voucher so I could get unlimted calls to UK landlines. But I am still getting charged when making my calls. I was not given an option to choose the country when I redeemed it and I cant find the option needed to select the required Country

    That's why you are being charged for calls. You haven't chosen a country yet.

    I recently purchased a 12-month Skype Premium subscription, which includes the unlimited calling to landlines and mobile numbers in the US and Canada. Unfortunately, calls are still costing me credit, even though I have an active Premium Subscription.
    The subscription shows as active on my account, and I have not exceeded the fair-use policy.

    Yes you can upgrade CS 5.5 production premium to CS 6 production premium only through online.
    Creative Suite 6 may help in upgrading CS5.5 Production Premium to CS6 Production Premium.
    1) Select CS6 Production Premium
    2) Click "Buy"
    3) Change the Version, Platform and Quantity according to your requirement.
    4) Click on "Checkout"
    5) Enter the Credit card details

    I'm thinking about "extending" trial of CC InDesign by buying the app for a month at $29.99. I have CS3 and so am eligible for the special deal for a complete CC package for a year at $29.99 per month which I may choose to do at some point after that. My question is, by buying the one month plan, am I making myself ineligible for the special deal for CS owners?

    Unlikely to be related. That sounds like a separate issue. Licensing checks don't affect software performance. If you're financially up to date the software works. If not then it does not.

    hello, i ordered photoshop on creative cloud in August 2014 on a monthly plan, had no problems installing and using etc, until both mine and my girlfriends laptops were damaged. I then stopped paying my monthly plan. and PS was deactivated. I recently got a new laptop which im using currently, it is an aspire one with windows 7. I paid my debt to adobe to reactivate, Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) . I then downloaded creative cloud and logged in as usual, i go to the apps page to install PS but it only has an option that says TRY. i looked into the problem and found that with my account i can only have PS installed on two devices, and the only two solutions i saw was to uninstall on the other devices and then re install. This is my problem, my girlfriend chucked her laptop straight in the bin whilst I have mine in the cupboard in pieces not working. or the other option was to open a new account with adobe. I dont really want to follow that option as I have just paid my debt and subscription for the next month and i dont want to change my email address associated with the adobe account. Any advice or solutions will be appreciated, thank you.

    Hm, I may have been wrong on that...  If so, I'm sorry for the misinformation.  I had remembered reading that the buttons would be labeled [Try] if the applications were not included in the user's current Creative Cloud plan.
    I have the full subscription so I can't check directly.
    It is possible to find screen grabs online with Google with buttons labeled [Try].  For example:
