Preordered album won't download.

An album I preordered a few weeks ago was released on the 17th but I've gotten no e-mail regarding downloading it and haven't been charged for it. I know I could probably cancel the preorder, but the preorder price was cheaper and came with a few bonus tracks so I'm worried that canceling will make me miss out on that. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

If you haven't received the notification email and the release date has passed, there are instructions in the second article about manually downloading it (you may also want to double check that the email hasn't ended up in your spam folder).

A certain album won't download to my iPod

I buy physical copies of albums and download them to my iTunes then sync the ones i like to my iPod (touch. the older version (if that mattered)) but a certain album (the new One Direction Four album) i even made a playlist to put the album in a sync it individually but the the playlist folder synced all the songs didn't. also when i have my ipod plugged into my computer and click to see all the songs that are in it, i scroll down to look for the songs and they're all faded and there's a little dashed circle before the little check-mark. i can't click on it either.

I have pre ordered Jay-Z new album;Magna Carta..Holy Grail: before it was officially on Itunes. I go to the album on iTunes it says "Purchased" but is not in my Music, nor where I go to "Prchased" on the Itunes app. HELP!! much appreciated..

If you've enabled iTunes to automatically download prepurchased content, then your pre-order content may already be downloaded to your library. If not, simply click the download link provided within your email notification, and your pre-order content will begin to download. Alternatively you can use the "Check for Available Downloads" feature in iTunes on your computer by choosing Store > Check for Available Downloads to begin downloading your pre-order.

Same songs from different albums won't download at the same time

Hi Guys I need your help. So i purchased some albums, Some of them have the same songs, and I want those songs to appear on both albums they're in, but it wont. When the song is downloaded on Album 1, it would disappear from album 2. For example, i purchased an EP and then the deluxe version of it later on., the songs i already have from EP, would no longer download to appear in the deluxe version.. Can I do something about it so I can have the complete copy of each album I purchased?

Historically, I've always kept prior versions installed because sometimes, albeit infrequently, I need to access extensions that aren't compatible with the newer versions of CS. Since I can run DW & Fireworks CS4 together, I'm inclined to leave them installed.
I've thought about uninstalling CS 5, but I don't think that would resolved my issue. I've already tried most of what's in the Adobe troubleshooting suggestions save for creating a new administrator account.
I think I'll hobble along with my current workarounds since I'll be migrating to a new computer very soon, which should acomplish what creating a new administrator account would. I'll probably limit the reinstall to CS 6 to eliminate any issues that might be related to having multiple versions installed, which in reality shouldn't be an issue because again, I've always done that successfully in the past.

Album Won't Download

I purchased an album this morning and while downloading, I got the error -50 message. The album appeared to continue downloading. When I checked the folder, my album wasn't there. I went back to the store and saw that iTunes had already deducted my $11.99 from my account. When I went to re-download it, it told me that I had already purchased this album and I needed to go to the store and check for available downloads. When I do that, I have several downloads that I do not want to download but the songs of the album are not there. Thus, I cannot redownload the album from the main screen nor can I download it from available downloads. I also checked my purchase history and the album is not in there, even though I paid for it. I'm running Windows 7, 64 bit and iTunes 10.3.1.55. I've restarted my computer and everything... PLEASE HELP!

Imported album will not download to phone

Got the latest IOS and itunes on a windows 8 based laptop. I have imported albums to itunes but one (and maybe more) of the albums won't download to my phone. I have download all music checked and have tried download selected albums but this alubm won't download. I have tried re importing it and that has not helped.

Restart the Mac
Open the Mac App Store; go to the Purchases tab; if the download hasn't resumed, restart it

The album I preordered's expected release date was today, so I go on my ipad to see if it was downloaded and when it wasn't, I checked itunes, where it states that the album I preordered is purchased, but gives me no link to download it. I also checked my past purchases on my ipad and on itunes and the album doesn't appear, however, does show up when I click on manage preorders, I also checked for available downloads with no results. I then researched online and apparently you receive an email when the content is ready to download, however, even though my album says it is purchased, I haven't received an email yet telling me the album is ready to download. Is this what is supposed to happen? I have tried everything to try and download my preordered album which states it is purchased, however, I do not want to pay again for an album which is telling me is already purchased. Is it possible the album is purchased, however, the content is not ready to download yet?

Great job troubleshooting your issue thus far. The following Knowledge Base article offers up an alternative way of downloading your content if it already isn't in your library:

iTunes Store
Open iTunes and go to the iTunes Store.
Click Purchased in the Quick Links section.
Select the content type that you want to download (Music, Movies, TV Shows, Apps, or Books).
Select Not in My Library to view purchased content that isn't on your computer.
Find the item that you want to download. You can browse using the menu to the left. If you have more than 2,000 songs, you will see Recent Purchases instead of All Songs or Albums.
Click the Download icon next to the item you want to download.
If an item is already in your library, the Download icon won't appear.
If you still are unable to download you purchase, then you will want to report your issue:

If you can't enter the passcode then you have to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod via iTunes. For ecovery mode see:
iPhone and iPod touch: Unable to update or restore
Note that this requires using the sleep/wake button. If you are not successful then there is nothing else that I know you can do.

Why can't I download preordered album

IT says purchased on iTunes and I have the two songs that were available early so I know I bought it. It doesn't show up in my purchased or downloaded. On the album it has the show complete album option and when I click it each song has the buy button. I have received the confirmation email that says my preordered album is available and the link to download doesn't work. Please help. I'm dying. I need this NOW

HT5714 Cannot download preordered album

So basically my question is how can I download a preordered album on my iPad? It says that I have purchased the album but it did not download automatically and is not giving me an option to download it.

As you've marked your reply as having solved your problem then I assume that you have now downloaded it (?).
If not then have your checked the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage.
