Prepaid membership

I purchased a 12 month prepaid membership for CC Photoshop and Lightroom from B&H. I received a card in the mail with an activation code. I enter the code on the Redeem page as instructed but I get the error message "The code you entered is invalid. Please try again." The code I entered is correct. Now what?

You will have to contact the seller and let them know that the number they provided does not work.

    Once you are able to make a successful purchase after the providing the students eligibility documents you can use it at the same status till renewal of the contract.

That would mean theoretically i could buy the prepaid membership 3 times and activate each code after one year? this way i would get the membership for 3 years for the current price? just theoretically..

  • Access Code Won't Work for 12 month Prepaid Creative Cloud Membership

    I purchased a 12-month prepaid membership for Creative Cloud at a local Staples on 8/29.  After signing in with my Adobe ID, I attempted to enter the code located on the scratch off section on the back of the card inside the package only to continually be told that this code was invalid.  Is there a support number I can call or person I can chat with for troubleshooting with this issue?  Thanks.

    We purchased a 12-month prepaid membership at the Student Store today as staff and tried to redeem it at home but the code constantly showed up as invalid. Is there currently something wrong with the redemption system? The lady at the register activated the card so I do not see why it would be invalid.

    In your case, I'd highly recommend switching off auto-renewal once you've purchased your annual membership. You can make changes to your Creative Cloud subscription on the My Account page on Adobe.com: https://www.adobe.com/account.html Just click on "My subscriptions and services" in the far right column. Once your full annual membership commitment ends, go in and make sure your annual membership has fully expired and does not automatically renew. Then all you have to do is purchase your 12-month pre-paid from Amazon and make sure you use the same account information you used in your first subscription.
    The only fee that you could encounter in this process is if you decide to cancel your annual memberships early: (taken from the Creative Cloud FAQ)
    If you decide to cancel a 3- or 12-month prepaid membership purchased at a retailer or online store, you will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the time left on your membership. To cancel your membership, contact Adobe Customer Service.
    To cancel a one-year membership, you can either go online to the Account page on www.creativecloud.com or contact Adobe Customer Service. If you cancel your membership before meeting the 12-month commitment date, you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount left on your contract.
    So make sure your full annual membership does not renew after your commitment date!
    After your annual membership expires or is cancelled, the applications you have installed will be deactivated and you won't be able to use them. You don't need to uninstall and reinstall them - you'll just need to enter your new subscription information in the Application Manager the next time you reopen the applications.

  • Prepaid plan can't renew subscription

    I went to Adobe MAX and got a free year of CC, now its running out and I'm being prompted to renew.  From an Adobe email, I get sent to https://creative.adobe.com/plans?store_code=na&trackingid=KFNHO to pick out a subscription plan. I pick the one I want, but then it just sends me straight to https://creative.adobe.com/  I think its not working, because I do not have any payment info tied to my account.  But there is no where to add payment info. If I go to my account, under payment info, it just says "To extend your prepaid membership, redeem a prepaid card"
    Any help?

    MAX attendees that purchased a ticket that qualified them for a complimentary membership were emailed a redemption code. With this code you are able to go to https://creative.adobe.com/redeem and enter the code you and your Adobe ID and it extends your membership by a year.  If you do this with the membership that shows as expiring it should resolve it for you.

    Hi, I bought an Adobe Creative Cloud Student Teacher Edition Prepaid Membership 12 Month. I thought I would need it for future classes in my summer semester so I activated it, but then I came to realize I didn't need it anymore. At least not this semester. I tried to return it to the school's bookstore, where I bought it, within the 30 day mark and they said that I couldn't return it or get my refund. Since I can't return it. I was wondering if there was a way to either get my refund, even though it's passed, or to somehow stop my subscription to where it currently is and then reactivate it later. Thank you.

    I'm thinking of joining the $30 Creative Cloud Full Annual Membership on the first year (since I have CS3) and switching to the 12-month Pre-Paid Membership (through Amazon) on my second year. I know that that the Full Annual Membership will be $50 per month after the first year, so I figured I can just pre-paid $600 for 12 months and not worry about it every month.
    Are there any consequences if I go about this route? What steps do I need to do to make sure the transition will go smoothly?
