Prepaid plan can't renew subscription

I went to Adobe MAX and got a free year of CC, now its running out and I'm being prompted to renew.  From an Adobe email, I get sent to https://creative.adobe.com/plans?store_code=na&trackingid=KFNHO to pick out a subscription plan. I pick the one I want, but then it just sends me straight to https://creative.adobe.com/  I think its not working, because I do not have any payment info tied to my account.  But there is no where to add payment info. If I go to my account, under payment info, it just says "To extend your prepaid membership, redeem a prepaid card"
Any help?

Hi DJAndrew333,
MAX attendees that purchased a ticket that qualified them for a complimentary membership were emailed a redemption code. With this code you are able to go to https://creative.adobe.com/redeem and enter the code you and your Adobe ID and it extends your membership by a year.  If you do this with the membership that shows as expiring it should resolve it for you.

  • Can't connect to Internet. Can't renew subscription or access cloud, not a firewall issue...

    I'm on Mountain Lion and am not able to access any of the cloud. I was able to download and install the suite, but since then had no access to the cloud. I've tried disabling all security, firewall possibilities and still cannot connect. Now I''m being asked to  'Renew My Subscription and once again, I am told there is no access to the Internet (yes, there is).
    What can this be?

  • Can't renew subscription - settings does not have ...

    Subscription expires in one day, please go to settings an update your payment info. Click on settings -- get a page offering another plan, and am encouraged to click on settings to provide payment info. Click on settings, and I'm right back where I started. I have auto recharge account number under Payments, but there is no place to provide Subscription payment account. WTF?

    I just tried to add a new subscription to replace the one I can't update - get the helpful message, hey, you already have this subscription! That is expired. That I can't pay for. That is not expired. That I can't pay for.

    I have checked and can see that the payment method for the current subscription was not updated. To prevent your current subscription from expiring, I  suggest that you do the following:
    1. Sign in to your account: https://secure.skype.com/account/
    2. On the left panel, click your subscription.
    3. Next to your subscription, click 'Settings' and select 'Change payment method'.
    4. Click 'Add payment method' and select the preferred payment method.
    5. Enter your payment details and follow the on-screen instructions. When you are done, click 'Save'.
    Note that Skype needs to authorize your card by creating a temporary payment request to your card issuer for €1 or similar amount in your currency. Don't worry - you won't need to pay this amount.

    You can reactivate your subscription up to 90 days after it has expired by updating your payment details in your account.

    I have solved the issue with the credit card, so now it is working. The email is telling me that I can renew it within 90 days of expiry, however I can not find the option of getting the subscription I have signed up for earlier.
    My subscription was Unlimited Canada & US calling for 12 months at the rate of $30.48 CAD. How can I renew it again at this rate? Is it possible? I don't know what to do as now even the option of Canada & US subscription is not available on the site. 

    I think that 180 days is far too short a time for MS to feel they can take money out of users accounts when they have already prepaid. It just looks like bare faced money grab by Microsoft, and to blatantly skim off money from unsuspecting users who only wanted to make sure they had enough money to make calls in emergency. Shame on you MS. How can we trust you Skype? How can we trust you MS? If someone stole £15 from me in the street, I'd punch them in the face. Why does it make it OK if you are a company doing the same? The answer is, it doesn't. I have my £15 back now, but I'm disgusted. Shame on you MS

    Applecare is designed as an extended warranty for a set period (beyond the original manufacturer's warranty). It is a one time deal and not at all intended as an open ended insurance policy. If you have issues, you can still contact apple, but may have to pay for the call. You can post issues here. Visit an Apple store genius bar or authorized service center (which may involve charges for an services performed). Basically, it is what would happen for any electronic device that is out of warranty.

    Interesting turn of phrase.   Are you suggesting that Netflix has none standard terms and conditions that could activate penalties if the user casually unsubscribes.
    I am not familiar with their terms - I've never had a subscription with Netflix. Personally, I will always check the terms of any business I do business with and know how to cancel before committing to a contract.
    Edit: I just took the time to browse through their terms which appear rather straight up:

    From the OP's post, I also did not assume that their subscription was through an iTunes app as a direct subscription was/is available. I do not know if the terms might differ if going through iTunes (which would make sense if Netflix would be losing money by offering their service through iTunes?).
