Prepare_clone.pl script has nothing in it
I am trying to clone an ORACLE_HOME.
According to Oracle documentation, to prepare the ORACLE_HOME at the source, I need to run prepare_clone.pl. I ran it and it exited immediately with no errors.
I happened to look at the contents of the perl script. There is nothing in it!
Just an "exit 0;" statement. Is this right? Oracle claims this script does a bunch of things to prepare the ORACLE_HOME for cloning.

I noticed the documentation also says:
"Note:
The need to perform the preparation phase depends on the Oracle product that you are installing. This script needs to be executed only for the Application Server Cloning. Database and CRS Oracle home Cloning does not need this."
I don't have an Application Server installation so I don't know if that file contains anything if it's part of an Application Server or not. In the database I work with, that file is also empty except for "exit 0".

I cannot address the sync services error right now, but the error that you receive when you change from sync to manually manage music is what happens when you change. Once you change to manually manage music, it erases all of the music and will only put the music that you want on the phone, content that you manually drag over to it. When trying to create a desktop icon, it does not go to the URL.....instead I get 'script' and not a website......the script has http//etc but I am not directed to the website......I previously had IE 8 (on Vista).....is that the problem?I do not have any installed plugins....at least none that I know of.....remember I am a new user......Basically, the desktop icon is not going directly to the Mozilla FF to get me to the web site I need to go to.....FF works when I use the Mozilla FF icon.....just not the icons I create.....THANKS!!! You can try dragging the site icon of this page on the left edge of the location (Address) bar and release it on the desktop. Please try opening it. You can try setting each zone in the Windows Control Panel or IE > '''Internet Options''' > '''Security''' tab to '''Default Level'''.

My computer's hardrive went bad an I had to get a new one. Now my computer has nothing on it and I had to reinstall itunes and i have no music or anything. So now I cannot sync my ipod or anything. Is there anything i can do to get all of my stuff back?
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion.

i am trying to download a movie onto my brand new ipod that has nothing on it. it is a 8gb ipod and the movie is 3.4 gb. halfway through it tells me there is no more space to download the movie. how do i fix this?
Go to the Store tab in iTunes and click on the Check For Available Downloads.

The USB cord needed to transfer photos from my iPhone 5 to Windows XP has nothing to do with the charging cord which appears to have an USB 'end', but apparantly is not, as it will not fit into any USB port on my PC?
An iPhone 5 comes with a single cable. It is a USB to Lightning connector cable that is used for charging, for syncing, and for transferring photos from the Camera Roll to your computer. There is no separate cable for charging.

When I open bookmarks I get an error message that a script has stopped or is busy
When I try and access my bookmarks I get an error message that a script has either stopped running or is busy. My choices are continue or stop script. The only way I can get to the bookmarks is to stop the script. Is there a fix for this?

I put something in the search bar such as "making centerpieces for baby shower" or I put it into google. Then a bunch of matches come up, I click on one that looks good, but immediately it goes to "re-direct" and a web site comes up that has nothing at all to do with the search like an auto shop or something.
I would need more details for this, as you have mentioned rulers move ? Are you referring to rulers on page in design ?
You can move a guide lower down the page , ruler marks will be displayed on ruler but that will not stop you moving the guides.
What happens if you uncheck rulers from top view options ?

hello, this sounds like a problem possibly caused by malware on your pc. please go to ''firefox > addons > extensions'' & remove any suspicious entries (toolbars, things that you have not installed intentionally, don't know what purpose they serve, etc). also go to the windows control panel / programs and remove all toolbars or potentially unwanted software from there and run a full scan of your system with the security software that you have in place and different other tools like the [http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free free version of malwarebytes] & [http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ adwcleaner].

I am trying to sync my iphone 4s to my windowns Itunes account. When i try to do it, the sync wants to remove all of the content on my phone and replace it with what is on my laptop, which has nothing yet. I am trying to move all of my purchased and uploaded content from my phone to the computer, but don't see the setting to do that.

The script no longer functions. Does this ring a bell to anyone? The file date of the script hasn't changed, although the script is different in the script editor. When I copy the same script to my laptop (also running OS X 10.4.3) it appears as it originally did. Same file, same date. Strange. Is it possible that Excel is changing the script on my G5?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. For now, I'll run the script on my laptop.

X and the problems popped up on the G5 which is running Excel 2004. That would definitely point to the dictionary. When I copied and pasted the script, it appeared as it did originally, but would not run on the G5.
Do either of you have a suggestion as to the best way to make the transition to the new dictionary? Are there likely to be any other syntax issues, or do I just need to figure out how to do the same task with the new dictionary?

I have noticed that suddenly my 'Open Recent' list has nothing in it anymore? Does anyone have any knowledge on this,it's getting quite frustrating and time consuming having to search manually for song's that i have been working on recently.
