Presenter Video Express "Worldwide" ?

Bonjour,
"Adobe introduces Presenter Video Express Worldwide", je cite cette page : http://blogs.adobe.com/captivate/2013/10/freearoundtheworld.html
Quand on va sur : https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adobe-presenter-video-express/id593844338?ls=1&mt=12
pour télécharger l'application et que l'on clique sur le bouton bleu "View in Mac App-store" on obtient ce message d'erreur :
Cliquer sur "Annuler" ou "Changer de Store" donne le même résultat : page vide et grise, et il ne semble pas y avoir de moyen de se connecter au store américain.
Je le savais déjà mais Google traduction me confirme à l'instant que "Worldwide" signifie "partout dans le monde"…
Aurais-je raté quelque chose ?

Could you please check if the resolution of your screen if high.Please lower down the resolution of your screen and then try to record. If that still doesn't work then please create a new user account with admin rights and then try to record or edit.
Please let me know if that works.

I need either Adobe Presenter 9 or Adobe Presenter Video Express for Macbook.
I cannot download either of them, because when I try to open "Adobe Presenter" "Adobe Presenter / Buy now" or "Try now", the page says:

Adobe Presenter is a Windows application, so being able to download it may be irrelevant. The link you provided works for me, but again, I think you may need the Adobe Presenter Video Express tool, as that is the Mac application (and it's free). You should be able to get it from the Mac store, https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adobe-presenter-video-express/id593844338?ls=1&mt=12.
Ah, I just caught that you are in Russia, not sure about the Video Express tool being available there, you may need to call Adobe and see what the avalablity is.

Hm, that was my silver bullet. Other than doing an uninsall and then installing Presenter again, you may need to reach out to Adobe and see if they can identify what could be causing this.

With presenter video express for mac is it possible to control screen size

I'm trying to record presentations to include in captivate on a Mac using Adobe Presenter Video Express. When I start a recording my screen resolution goes to something like 640x480 - pretty much totally messing up my typical layouts and screens.
Is there a way to control or specify the scree resolution that is used during recording?

well there is a program called logmein found at logmein.com. it fixes your resolution problem, but the speed is still not the best due to a lag still. As long as internet connections are decent, the lag should be minimal

Presenter Video Express internal error

I have just installed the Presenter Video Express 10 trial version and when I attempt to edit a recording, if I click the blue or green buttons to change the view, it gives an internal error message and won't continue. (Mac 10.9.5.)
I'd be very grateful for any thoughts on this, because I want to use the software asap but at the moment, I'm stuck.
I sent a report using the program's internal facility but I have received no response so far.

Presenter Video Express not uploading an 8 min video

I have created a video that is 8 mins long and it wont upload to either dropbox or youtube. I paid the £1.49 to create it but now can't use it.
Shorter videos of 1 min or less do upload OK.
Help - it is something I need to do for work before going on holiday tonight.

Can't publish adobe presenter video express.. just crashes

Hi every now and then when I try to publish a video it just stops at a certain percentage.. Anyone know how to overcome this as I have tried to redo the video on multiple machines and it is still not publishing?

Is there presenter v10 for Mac, is video Express the same features i.e. Powerpoint etc etc

The Presenter Video Express is a screen and web cam capture tool. The PPT integration and functionality is Widows only.
You may want to look at Captivate, which has both a Mac and Windows version, and can work with PPT content.

Can I download just the Adober Presenter Video Creator, an license that separately for my subject matter experts?

Adobe Presenter Video Creator comes as a part of Presenter 9 only. You will have to license entire Presenter 9. You can think of trying the subscription option of Presenter 9.
Also if your SMEs have access to Mac machines, then you may want to download and install "Adobe Presenter Video Express" from the App Store. It is the Mac equivalent of Adobe Presenter Video Creator.

Presenter 10 versus video express

Hi, I am trialling presenter 10 as part of a team of 30 plus trainers. I tried to use presenter 10 to record video but encounter an unexpected error. I then opened video express manually and recorded successfully, though adobe video express does crash a lot.
Questions: How are Presenter 10 and Adobe Video express related? Are they two differed products? Can I purchase them separately?
Can I use presenter 10 to record some slides audio only and then turn on video express to capture the video introduction so I can publish to MP4.

I have tried the remove and re-add and it makes no difference. I can't now get the Presenter presentation with video in mp4 format to display or play. I am not sure if it is there or not as when viewing on an iPad it says it is buffering but never actually stops buffering. I can see it on my computer fine and it plays fine, but some of the reason for publishing to html 5 is so as it can be seen by people using tablets. I just can't seem to get it to work no matter what I try.
So to recap:
1. using a presentation published using an older version of Presenter that contains flv videos
2. republishing the presentation using Presenter 10 to a Connect Content Library using HTML 5
3. have to convert the flv to mp4
4. on a computer using a variety of browsers the presentation plays fine.
5. on a tablet (iPad tried at this stage) the slides without video plays fine, the slides with video just continually says buffering
On the second point of Presenter throwing up an error message, it's not so much that it throws up the error message as I can cancel that. It's more to do with the fact that it throws it up each time I try to publish a presentation that includes video that is of a certain duration. I have followed the whole kill the process as suggested and while this does indeed stop the problem it just comes back when I open PowerPoint again and try to publish.

Just two to three months ago, Adobe Presenter Video Creator was free for the MAC with a $2 publishing charge. Has this changed?

Can I Set Pres10 Video Express Project Location?

In Pres9 Video Creator you could set the path to where you wanted the video project files to live.
There does not appear to be this option with Pres10 Video Express, correct?

Hi There,
In Presenter 10 Video Express, when you close the project then it will prompt to save it and it will get saved to by default location C:\Users\ User account\Documents\My Adobe Presenter Video Projects and you cannot change that location.
You can also publish your project to your Computer by clicking on Publish and it will get published to the C:\Users\ User account\ Documents\ My Adobe Presenter Video Projects Published and you cannot change that location as well while publishing to your computer but after publishing your output then you can move the published output folder to the location where you want to place the output.

I have not tried in Presenter 10 but in version 9 below worked.
if you hook up different web cam models (meaning not the same model x 2 or x 3 but totally different models) you can use multiple cameras and "switch" between them by using the pause function on the keyboard while recording videos. An example. Use 2-3 web cams that are all HD cams but different models (Logitech 920 HD is a good choice for this plus one or two other Logitech HD models). You can then record with say your main camera pointed at you, pause the recording, choose a camera that is over your shoulder for a "see what I am seeing on my monitor" as an example and then switch again to a third camera for a profile view of yourself.
