Why dont you do the obvious thing and activate iCloud using your AppleID
Settings > iCloud > Account. Turn on "Find My iPhone".

People who have Photoshop, but don't have Lightroom, need ACR so that they can use Raw files. Without ACR they could do nothing with those (they may also like having ACR so that they can work on other kinds of image using the same kinds of adjustments and techniques, as are used with Raw files).
People who have Lightroom, can get access to Raw files regardless whether ACR is present or not. They can use Lightroom on other kinds of image also, using the same methods. LR can pass images directly into Photoshop without passing via ACR (or else does so transparently, which amounts to substantially the same thing).
ACR does not, strictly speaking, even need to be installed for this external editing to happen. In fact, not even PS needs to be - since a different image editor can be used instead, while still retaining the Adobe Raw conversion etc.
Lightroom "subcontracts out" specialised external tasks, in this workflow, but is still your "main contractor": the image is otherwise located, viewed, managed, adjusted/presented and output entirely using LR.
So IMO we can divide image processing into:
operations that involve pixels and layers and layer masks and adjustment layers etc (of the kind done inside Photoshop)
operations that involve parametric edits (of the kind done in ACR where you are not using a Lightroom based workflow; otherwise, done inside Lightroom)
When PS is called in, that's because those tasks are impossible or unsuitable to do in Lightroom. But those tasks can't be done in ACR either - by definition, since LR and ACR have exactly the same image processing "feature set".
Lightroom is irrelevant to the Bridge + ACR + PS workflow. This workflow requires both your PS and your ACR to be current enough, to support your Raw format etc.
ACR and Bridge are irrelevant to the LR + (image editor) workflow. It is in this case, only LR which needs to be current enough to support your Raw format etc.

Did you follow the instructions AT&T provided when they informed you the device had been approved for unlocking?

I can import Canon Raw images from my s120 into the iPad Air's photo roll but then the import from photoroll into LightRoom Mobile collections fails.

Are you able to take the card back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? I purchased Presets for lightroom by miracle design and installed it with creative cloud. Creative cloud and adobe extension manager show that it is installed but presets are not showing in lightroom.

Since there are no free Miracle Design LR presets, I can’t experiment and tell you my experience with the install process. Have you done what it says in the “Where to find it” tab?

It sounds like you aren't in Expert Mode. Click the word Expert at the top of the PSE window to go there.
For burn and dodge, click the Sponge tool and you'll see those tools in the tool options at the bottom of the screen:

If the iPhone is locked to a US carrier, you cannot use the SIM card of another carrier on it to either activate it or use the iPhone.
If you want to use your iPhone with China unicom, you need to get it unlocked by your US carrier. Contact them to see what their unlocking policy is and if you qualify.

Lightroom 5 saying product not activated

i attempt to activate my copy of Lightroom 5 via my Mac. The key code which was with my copy, says my code is not active..... I am unable to get my serial numbers to complete my installation. I have returned a copy i purchased from BestBuy once already because of the code not being activated at purchase. Now the second copy which was returned is still having the same issue... can any help on what i should do?

I get this to when trying to install from CC or standalone, thing is i have cleaned my C:\ drive since all apps tend to install crap there, it is
a 115 gig ssd and i am down to 11 gig free, i removed a lot of stuff including some uninstall info that eats a lot of space.
But where does the installer find the information? i have searched and deleted every mention of lightroom in the registry, god that was a lot,
Still the old version is deleted from the disk with extreme prejudice is there no switch that makes it ignore any old versions and install anyway?
