Pressing Download, Nothing happens
Hi,
I have just purchased a 12 month plan for Adobe Premier Pro CS6.
It has been processed but when I press download, a screen says that windows needs to launch an external application, I click launch application, I get the loading wheel. Then nothing happens.
Can you help?

Both my iPad and iPhone have ios8
On either device in Calendars> edit >shared with> add person when I enter an email address and press add nothing happens - just goes back to edit screen and what I have entered has gone. No error message or any clue about why I cant share my calendar. Please help.UDPATE:
Spoke with Express lane, and issue was escalated. Kudos to the support guys that handled this one (Brian and Yi). Went through everything in detail and took all the crash dumps off the iphones and ipads to send to engineering.
After backing up the contacts, the recommendation was to delete all contacts in iCloud. Doing that caused my iCloud to crash (in the browser), so more crash dumps were sent to apple.
Eventually got all contacts deleted, then did a resync. Looks like IOS devices are coming back to life and syncing again.
Also, Outlook iCloud connector has just been updated to ver 1.0.1 so i installed that on their recommendation.
BOTTOM LINE workaround:
1. Backup contacts
2. Delete contacts in iCloud
3. Delete accounts on IOS devices
4. Recreate accounts on IOS devices.
Hoping a real root cause can be found and real fix implemented. This has caused me to doubt the stability of iCloud, so i will procees with caution. -
I can't log into my iTunes account on my iPhone 5s. I logged out a few days ago to trouble shoot because I was trying to redeem some iTunes cards but when i pressed redeem nothing happened. I then tried to log back in immediately afterwards. I was unable to do so. After clicking "sign in" at the bottom of the apps main page, it brought up another menu where I clicked "Choose existing Apple ID". After pressing this the menu disappeared and nothing happened. I tried this multiple times and received the same result each time. I tried the other available option of creating a new AP ID to log in with and that one worked perfectly fine. I am clueless as to why the log in for me is either not able to load or just completely blocking me from getting back into my iTunes account on my phone. Not only can I not listen to the music I currently have, but I cannot log in to purchase the new music that I wanted to with my unused iTunes gift cards
I have the same problem too and tried alot of things like time zone , restarting or changing DNS of wifi connection to 8.8.8.8 still nothing happens .. !!

i have a macbook pro from 2006, my internal cd drive is not working and i'm trying to install factory definitions from an external cd drive. the problem is that when i press c nothing happens only appears an interrogation folder. or sometimes appears the apple logo and than back again to the interrogation folder... Help please!!!!

Sending by Dropbox where, To who, to what computer? As your does not start up.
You need to take at least the OS disc to a work Mac computer and create DMG from the OS install disc then restore that DMG to USB thumb drive. Then you can boot the computer from that thumb drive and install the OS. That is if your hard drive is functioning correctly.
Then you can use the App disc in the external CD/DVD drive to load up all the included Applications that come with your version of OS X. -
on my itunes all of a sudden on the left side under 'shared' it says 'abdulmalek fahad' and it has an eject button but when i press it nothing happens. who is this abdulmalek fahad and how do i get rid of this from my itunes
Just go to your iTuens preferrences and disable sharing.

Back up all data.

Log out and log back in. Launch Mail and test. If the problem is resolved, you may have to recreate some of your Mail settings. You can then delete the folder you moved and close the Finder window. If you still have the problem, quit Mail again and put the folder back where it was, overwriting the one that may have been created in its place. Repeat with this line:

Caution: If you change any of the contents of the sandbox, but leave the folder itself in place, Mail may crash or not launch at all. Deleting the whole sandbox will cause it to be rebuilt automatically.

my business partner signed up for the acrobat xl pro, and added me to the account. it send me an email to download and install, but after it downloads, nothing happens, can't double click on it to open, it just does nothing on the double click. My I Pad states iCloud Back up
This Pad hasn't been backed up in 2 weeks. Backups happed when this IPad is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi.
When I press OK nothing happens, I've tried to turn off and also hold down on/off switch w control at bottom and nothing happens

When I try to setup my iCloud, after adding my AppleID & password, the next screen is the EULA (with an Agree and a Disagree button) - I press Agree - Nothing happens. It appears to freeze. This phone was previously owned and the last owner's apple id is what defaults... I do not know the last owner's password. - I just want to get rid of that person's iCloud in order to create my own with my own account.
With iOS 7 you will not be able to delete the iCloud account without providing the password for the iCloud ID. If it is the previous owner's account, you will need to have them remove it from their ID as mentioned in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515.

My screen has an icloud backup request. It tells me it has not been backed up for 2 weeks. It says backups happen when when i pad is plugged in, locked and connected to wi-fi. I have done this but nothing happens. If I press on OK nothing happens. If I use the slider etc nothing happens. Screen frozen. Holding the main button down does nothing even doing reset! Any ideas!!!!??
Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo. -

Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?
