Set up 2 iTunes playlist, one for songs & the other for talking books.

Under Devices-Music: Start deleting all the songs including any song headings you have in the left column under Music. This will delete from the iPod yet leave your iTunes library intact.

Then back it up and do a restore. If that does not work and if you are still under warranty, call Apple tech support or take the iPod to your local Apple Store or an AASP.

You'll have to do it by process of elimination. Sign into the iTunes Store through the App Store app, go to the Purchased section, and look at the list of apps purchased through your own Apple ID. Anything on your iPhone not in that list isn't yours and should be deleted. The same process would apply to content from the iTunes Store.
Or you can just restore the iPhone from your most recent backup and then redownload everything from the iTunes Store. But if you have a lot of apps or content, that obviously wlll be slow.
I updated my iphone by his ID , is it still problem?
That's probably how you got your friend's purchases. It won't be an issue for iOS, but it is an issue for those apps and content.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

1st Gen iPod Nano Will Only Let Me Add One Song At A Time!

Hi. I've got a 1st Gen Nano that has worked fine until recently. Last night, I decided that I wanted to reorganize my library and cleared all the songs off my iPod. I normally maintain my library manually, and have more songs than I do space (I have 4GB), so I wanted to pick and choose the songs I put back on.
I highlighted multiple songs and dragged them over to my iPod, but after three or four, they suddenly stopped transferring. I tried this over and over but the same thing kept happening. Then I tried to automatically sync it just to see what happened and, again, after just a few songs, it simply stopped. (Note that it never froze up or anything.) I shut down, rebooted my laptop and tried yet again -- same thing. I even restored my iPod to factory settings and THAT didn't help.
Apparently, I can only add songs one at a time now -- and I don't get why. I'm wondering if it could be the USB cord? I feel like that could be the issue, yet I wonder if a damaged USB cord would allow any transfers at all...
Any ideas? Thanks in advance...

7th gen nano will not sync with I tunes 64 bit on windows 8.1

Apparently there was a thread regarding this a day or so ago and someone posted that you have to hide the left tool bar. I cannot find the function under the view menu to do so. Can someone possibly explain why this is happening. Its not that my music will not sync. Its that the I Tunes cant even see the ipod.

Can anyone help - my mail on my ipad will not connect to the server. My internet access is fine. How can I get my email to connect to the server?

My ipad will not connect tot he server when trying to access my mail. This has been happening since last Sunday. Some have said it is due to the latest software update. I am able to connect to the internet.
I am not having this issue on iPhone.
I checked all the settings, the wireless router in my house and at work.
I have completed a hard reset of the device.
I had our IT guy at work look at it.
He said to contact Apple....

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. If your phone was damaged by you or in accidental damage, then you would be liable to pay for the repairs. Apple does not offer "loaner" phones, but if you have a credit card, they will "advance ship" a replacement to you so you can get it, then return your damaged one to them and as long as they get it back within a resonable time and it is warranty covered damage, they do not charge you for the replacement iPhone, but they do charge you a fee for the advanced replacement option (about $40-80 USD IIRC).
You can eliminate all the at by making an appointment at a local AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) and they should be able to check your iPhone on the spot. It it is covered under the warranty, they shoud replace it for free right there, and if not, they would let you know and you have the choice to make the repairs or not.

Using Explorer/Finder, locate your Lightroom catalog folder....inside that you will find a file called "yourcatalogname Previews.LRDATA", delete it (taking very great care that you do NOT delete the file ending in LRCAT) and restart Lightroom.

I have purchased Criminal Minds Season 8 episode BrothersHotchner/The Replicator and when I was watching it just stop in the middle of the episode. I wait until the episode download all but when it did it will only reproduce me the first 20 seconds.

I have not upgraded to ff 4 but when I now search for an image online it will only show me the first two pages

Then there are seven pages of empty grey squares ( where the images should be ) and scrolling down to the bottom there is a button which has `show more results` written on it, this happens every time I do an image search. I have done the same search using `internet explorer` and there is no problem finding thousands of pages of images.

Finally Ive found a solution !!!!.
Open your browser, click images and search for any image, when the images appear (probably only two pages of them) scroll right to the bottom of the page and click `Switch to basic version`. Problem solved!!!!!!.

When I changed the size of display text to 125%, my mozilla TB will only open to the task bar then cannot be opened to the desktop

Thank you for your question. I have tried on my windows 7 machine to zoom in with the "control" + "+" and "control" + "-"
You can also add an add on for the zoom button called [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/thunderbird/addon/zoom-button-for-thunderbird/ Zoom button for Thunderbird]
If you click on the Thunderbird icon on the task bar and restart the program, this should not happen anymore.
