Lightroom installation problem. Have purchased and download CS6 using the Akami Download Manager. Also purchased Lightroom 4. But, when attempting to download Lightroom from the "My Orders" page, I get a "Not Applicable" message in the box beside my serial number for Lightroom. What gives? Help, please.
BTW, I have turned off Pop-up Blocking and enabled Javascript in my browser.
