Previous Button is not working in PCR forms in MSS
Hi All,
We are configuring the MSS scenarios for PCR (Persnel Chaneg Reques) forms under the Work workset.
I am able to select the pdf form review it and submit but what is happening is whenever I click the <b>previous step button</b>, I get the <b>Internet Explorer Error</b>, asking me send error report or Dont send. When I click dont send , it takes me back to the login screen.
I checked the browser and tried in different system and they all working in the same manner as I described above.
Is there anything I'm missing out? Did anyone encounter similar errors?
Thanks for your help in advance
regards
-Madhu
Hi Noel,
Thanks for your response.
Yes the IE crashes when I hit the previous step. I tried different IE settings still no go.
We have implemented ECC6.0 (ERP2005), EP7.0 SP9 (NW2004s).
Accoring to the note that you suggested (SAP Note 950797), it says
NW2004 SP 15 will eleminate this problem. But I guess we are using more advanced version.. and still having the same issue.
I will open an OSS also if there are any other suggestions please do let me know
Thanks
Regards
Madhu

RESET button is not working in EDIT form
Hi,
I am going to make news item in xml form, but the created 'Reset' button in edit form is not working in it.Will you please help me?The form type needs to be dynamic for such features. Make sure you are setting the SFPDOCPARAMS-DYNAMIC flag to X in your driver program.
Also most likely the Travel Request form provided by SAP is a Static Print form and if you want that the preview also needs to be dynamic then once you have opened form in LiveCycle Designer go to Edit --> Form Properties --> Defaults --> Preview Type : Interactive Form and XDP Preview format --> Acrobat Dynamic Form.

Hi - I created a form in Adobe Livecycle and have a button on it to send the form via email. the button did not work and i looked online and saw where you could change it to a regular button and enter the email for it to go. it worked, but only for those with adobe pro. i could not get it to work with reader. is there a way i can make it work for reader?
Noted.
The LiveCycle user to user forum is across town at:
Adobe LiveCycle

Often the back button will not work. I can find no "close tab" under the menus, which I think used to be there, and which is used with Internet Explorer to go to the previous page. How can I go back to the previous page with Firefox when the back button will not work?
No you can't. Apple don't support downgrading of iOS.

CommandLink and Button don't work in nested form
Hi,
I have such a structure:
<h:form ...>
<h:datatable ...>
<h:form ...>
<h:commandButton ...>Somehow this structure corrupts the buttons and links. When I remove the inner form element, then they work properly.
Interesting point is that not only commandLink/Buttons inside the inner form but also commandLink/Buttons outside the inner form are corrupted. There is no error message neither.
This is not a big deal for me, cause inner form was useless. I wrote here for error documentation and curiosity. Do you know the reason of this behavior?
Thanks...
MertHi,
Just see the HTML generated code and you will get your answer :-)
In html, nested forms do not work, then nested form in jsf do not work as well.
Hope to help. -

Button is not working properly- why not?
Hello Everyone!
I have searched the forums for the answer for my question, and I have read the "read this before you post" information, and I can't find the answer to my issue/question.
I have a Captivate 4 project I have started, and I have inserted buttons on the slides (pretty basic task!). My issue is that the buttons I put on slides don't work 25% of the time. For example, I have a slide with a "next" button. I made sure to set the button up to "continue to next slide" when clicked. I go to view the project, and click "next" and nothing. *Sigh*
Then on another slide, I have put a transparent button over an image. I click on the transparent button over the image and nothing. It does nothing. I have saved the project, closed it, reopened it, and the buttons still don't work.
I recheck the properties of the buttons, and everything seems to be configured properly, but yet they do not work. Very frustrating. I can get most of my buttons to work properly, but randomly buttons are not working. What am I missing here?
Otherwise, I have Captivate 4, and my company probably won't be upgrading to Captivate 5.5. After reading how Captivate 4 projects won't open in Captivate 5.5, I'm fine with that decision. We have too many projects created in Captivate 4, to not be able to open them with 5.
Thanks for the help anyone can provide me!
KarenHello again
Okay, here is a trip up spot. When you configured your button or click box, did you also maybe clear the "Visible" check box? Many users misunderstand that beastie and clear it thinking "well, I don't want the user to see the button or click box".
Clearing it is a misguided attempt. The option is used when you wish to control things using Advanced Actions.
Also, is there a question slide between where you are and where you want to be? If so, sometimes your Quiz settings will prohibit jumping to a slide beyond the unanswered question.
Cheers... Rick

Centre button will not work... again
i thought it was resolved... and that it was a small glitch... but the centre button is not working again. any suggestions?
below is my previous post:
all of a sudden... the centre button on my ipod nano 4th generation device is not working. the updates are up-to-date... and i have since restored the system back to the manufacturers setting... and now i am stuck at the language menu... asking for me to choose a language. but i can't choose anything because the 'select' (centre) button does not work.
any ideas??i did contact apple support and they are sending a replacement... using the serial number on the back.
though i may have found the culprit. i put my ipod in my friends stereo/ipod player so i can charge up... i left it there for about 30 minutes... and both times when i unplugged it, that the centre button is stuck.
for both occassions... that i repeatedly pressed the centre button (probably about 50 times) and it finally worked. -
The back button does not work consistently, and rarely if ever when I open an attachment. Does anyone have a fix for this?
== This happened ==
Not sure how often
== I installed firefoxSame problem here: I never had a problem with the previous versions and now I don't even get my homepage when I click Firefox. Instead, I am getting a blank screen that says "New Tab", only after I click the "Home" symbol I get my Homepage (Yahoo). The browser - back and browser forward button don't work anymore, very annoying. Normally a newer version should be an improvement but it looks like Mozilla really messed up with this "improvement". probably I am going to use Google chrome from now on.

Select all button is not working in vl01n
Dear All,
We are facing a problem at the time of creating delivery through vl01n. At the time of selecting all line items of delivery on item overview screen, we are unable to select all line items. Due to this we have to delete each line item batches separately & to redetermine the batches or we can say select button is not working on item overview screen of vl01n. Also when we redetermine the batch split & return back to item overview screen, select all button works for line items perfectly.
thanks & regards

ENDIF.
READ LINE sy-index FIELD VALUE sy-lisel INTO v_lisel.
IF v_lisel+2(1) = ' ' AND sy-index GT 5.
v_lisel+2(1) = 'X'.
MODIFY LINE sy-index FIELD VALUE sy-lisel FROM v_lisel.
ENDIF.
ENDDO.

None of the links or buttons do not works after change the name of the page
hi,
I made some modifications on the original page and changed its orijinal name LoaSummaryPG to XXLoaSummaryPG. Although all of the components are the same as the orijinal one, none of the links and buttons are not working in the newly copied page. Neither only changing the name LoaSummaryPG to XXLoaSummaryPG nor creating a new page with a name XXLoaSummaryPG did not work.
A page works with no error and the data shown is correct when it opened.
Is it about regionMap.xml? or what can i do?I can't make any other action in the page. Now, I can only say that al actions in the page except about this page link and personalization link cause this error.

Default button behavior not working with melting group
Hi,
I just realize that the default button behavior, i.e. fill out form and press enter without clicking on the actual button, does not work if one or more input form elements are in a melting group. This is a bug, right? I'm using CE7.1 SP5.
Regards,
KevinHi Dharmi,
I define a button as default, fill out the inputfields and press enter on the last one. As soon as I put this one in a melting group and press enter, the action of the default button is not triggered anymore. I can press enter in another field which is not in a melting group and the form is submitted correctly.
I just noticed that if the button is in a melting group (with or without an input field) it doesn't work either.
Can you reproduce this behavior?
Best regards,
Kevin -
I have a problem with the keyboard on my MacBook. The letters are typing as symbols and the delete and return/enter buttons do not work. Does anybody know how to fix this?
Hey skyshade13,
Thanks for the question. The following article outlines how to restore a previous iTunes library should there be no content after updating. While the article does not speak specifically to your symptoms, attempting the steps by utilizing the "Previous iTunes Libraries" folder may resolve your issue.
