Since the previous computer crashed without my Adobe CS3 Design Standard for Macintosh applications being uninstalled, I'm having issues with the CS3 on my new Macintosh laptop. Please help, I've tried using the online "contact us" with no success, unable to get in contact with a tech support agent that can assist me.
CS3 is too old to run on a new Macintosh laptop, sorry. You'll have to purchase CS6 or a Creative Cloud subscription.

Help is greatly appreciated!!You normally use the same serial number that you are first issued. If you registered your product when you first installed it then you should be able to find your setial number available thru your Adobe account online.

Where to purchase Adobe CS6 Design Standard for mac? (in the UK).
I'm looking to purchase Adobe CS6 Design Standard for mac for the company I work for (I'm in the IT department).
All the other marketing staff run this version.
I need another copy but it seems it's all been replaced with Creative Cloud.
The finance director is not happy to be paying yearly for this, wants a one off payment for boxed/download version of CS6, so everyone's on the same version.
I've Googled but don't trust any of the online shops I'm finding (could be dodgy copies of the software, might not turn up, etc).
Adobe seem to still sell some CS6 products but only in other countries? (we're in the UK).

I am using pages designing a flow chart, question "I seem to have an issue with the arrows that you can add text to, it appears I can not move the point of the arrows up or down they only switch from left to right.
Last point...who archives? On my regular email page I now have the Archive icon to the left of my Delete icon which I would prefer was to the left, first in the line as this is the icon I use mostly. With Folders, my Sent and Trash lists, who needs to archive?
I can help you only with the placement of the icon placement -- if you right-mouse click on the toolbar, then select Customize Toolbar, you can move an icon to where you want it to be. -
Adobe CS3 Design Standard for Mac - lost disks
Hi!
Situation: I'm buying a new mac, and do not want to use Migration Assistant to transfer my software (mainly as I'd like to do a clean install and not migrate a load of junk that may be on my older mac).
I have lost my cs3 install disks. I'm a registered and licensed cs3 design standard user.
I've looked at the forums and contacted Adobe.
No replacement disks can be sent for legacy software, so Adobe cannot help.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I dud see one post where a forum member offered assistance, but what the assistance/solution was I'm not sure as the discussion was closed/taken offsite.
Someone had suggested downloading cs3 from a torrent site, but I'm not at all keen on doing that.
Any suggestions or advice much appreciated, and yes, I'll take better care of my install disks in the future :o))).
(In my defence, lame as it is, when I bought cs3, I did see they offered replacement disks for a fee. I didn't realise this was only for current software).

I've checked my current plugins and it still shows Adobe Acrobat Version 7 for Netscape (7.0.9.50)
I tried to do the update but I get the same error each time - "Please tell Microsoft about this problem" "Send Error Report/ Don't Send".
Also, do I need to Disable or Uninstall the Extension: "SEO For Firefox 3.3.4 as this was highlighted?

Actually I have 2 problems: I cant find my pdf/ibooks on computer after backing up my iPad (they are on my iPad). I looked under Ipad, I Books, PDFs, and it doesn't show them on the computer. How do I manually transfer these files?
Also, I'm having issues with my Ipad turning off about every 2 minutes, and I want to restore it. I want to make sure all of the files are backed up before I restore. My trouble started when I was trying to update my IPad but it was taking too long (internet was scetchy) so I powered off...now Im having problems. I haven't tried to update again since this problem. Any suggestions? Should I restore? Should I update to 7.0.6? (currently 7.0.3).

Restore the songs from a backup, or use these instructions to redownload them through the iCloud if doing so is free in your country.

im having trouble with tranferring my purchased songs to my iphone . The problem is that im using my house desktop windows computer because my laptop is broking and all my songs are mainly on that one . Right now im trying to see if i can tranfer my purchased songs from the desk top itunes to my iphone .Its not showing me options for my perdiciment please help!!.

I googled and downloaded a free version in my mac but halfway of it being downloaded, I was informed it cannot be properly installed as it is running in my program? Is there a built in Word for Mac. I have never been a Mac user so everything is new to me.

As noted a month ago I called apple to fix my iTunes account. Now when I buy songs or music I cant watch, listen, or even download them onto my computer. It keeps giving me this pop-up when I try.
"This computer is already associated with an Apple ID."
"You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. This computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 52 days."
I know this computer is associated with an Apple ID, because it's mine, so why can't I watch, listen or download them onto my computer?
They had me reset alot of crap when I called them, so if anyone knows how to possibly fix this before I call Apple and freak out, please tell me!

I still am having issues with the Adobe Flash Plugin
Hi! I noticed since about 2 or 3 days ago that everytime I run a web page it is warning me about Adobe Flash Player Plugin failed... I tried all possible things, but still I'm having that same issue.
I tried to install back the plugin, but even so still doesn't work.
Every tine that it happens I send a error report, jbut it looks that they are not taking it seriously...
I don't know what else to do.
Any ideas?

Sync is only oneway, from PC to your device. Unless you have the music on your PC, iTunes is going to wipe out what you have on your device if you are syncing to a new library.
You can only transfer Purchased music over to Itunes on your PC.
