Prices&Conditions - Unable to Copying Conditions

Hi Gurus,
I have an issue that when I try to use
Tx VK12
Price Conditions PR01
Sales Org GAMB
Dist Chan ES
Customer account 1----
I highlight materials where conditions are applied and I try to copy over to other customer accounts (at this point I click the icon Copy Condition) but the following message appears:
Copying is incomplete because no rules have been defined.
Copying rules for condition type do not contain A 1 V 2 PR01 3 entry
The same process is successfull when applied to:
Tx VK12
Price Conditions PR00 (instead of PR01)
Sales Org GAMB
Dist Chan ES
Kindly explain why is this issue could be arrsing with condition type PR01 and not with PR00 and how can solve it.

Now, I add another line item to this existing PO, i get an error message that the Price and Pricing conditions are not copied.
How do i rectify this error !!

i am facing the problem SRM 7.0 PO Condition are not copied in ECC po, Net price is Coming instead of Gross price. & is there any BADI why which i can Fecth the Condition Data From SRM Quotation to ECC.

1. Do the texts need to be mapped in the node that you hjave mentioned. Sould not the SRM texts be mapped to ECC textx by default . After all , it shoud be standard predelivered feature . I have not done any mapping but still the SRM supplier text in shopping cart line item , flows into ECC Material Text in ECC PO line item.
i.e by default SRM supplier text in shopping cart line item = ECC Material Text in ECC PO line item.
No other text from SRM SC or PO ir flowing into ECC PO

Condition type not copied to invoice when used from VK11

Hi ,
I have a peculiar situation in which when I add the sales price condition type ZA01 from VK11 in the sale order, the condition type does not get copied into the invoice. But when I add the condition manually in the Sale order the condition type is copied in the invoice.
Can any one suggest what settings need to be made.

Kindly check, in your condition type: Under Changes which can be made section see what you have maintained in Manual entries.
If above is with option NO limitation then check whether any pricing procedure is maintain for your this Billing Type you are using.

Scheduling Agreement - Conditions not getting copied from Contracts

Hi All,
Requirement: Global outline agreements with scale prices will be created in SRM which will be into ECC as Contracts. Scheduling agreements will be created referecing the Contracts and the conditions with the scale prices needs to be copied into the scheduling agreement.
Issue: We could create Global outline agreements in SRM and are getting replicated into ECC as contracts successfully. Conditions and the scale prices are not getting copied into the Scheduling agreement from the Contracts.
Please guide.

Copy value of condition type to another condition type *Not Percentage*

Hi SAP community!
How can I copy the value of a condition type to another condition type in my pricing procedure? The rules are that these conditions are not Percentage. The calculation type is Quantity for the two conditions.
I want to copy the value of condition type PMIN (Minimum Price) to another Z condition type.

In fact, there are two Z conditions that I need to have with the same value of the PMIN. I 've maintained my pricing procedure this way:
For the PMIN, the step is 320
For the ZPV1, the step is 920 and I put in "From " field 320 and in the "To" field 320
For the ZPV0, the steo is 925 and I put in "From " field 320 and in the "To" field 320
But when I looked the Conditions Tab in the sales order there is no value copied to the Z conditions.
In order to do this, my Z conditions do not need an access sequence assigned, right?

Copying condition type EK02

Hi,
I am using Unit costing to determine the prices of the materials and services at quotation level. With this I am getting EK02 at item level.
I want to use sales order costing as a basis for pricing in SD, for this I want to use the standard SAP condition type EK01.
I want detailed input on how can I copy the EK02 to EK01. So that I may use EK01 as basic price and add some surcharges to determine the net price.

Hi Sonia,
This condition comes from your backend system, so is calculated there and the results sent to CRM. In CRM you don't have the condition defined in your pricing procedure and therefore you get the error that the condition is missing. You should make sure your pricing customizing in both systems is consistent.

Copying condition value

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how to copy a condition value and change it's '-ve' sign to '+ve'. As my client is quoting prices to customers including freight, the pricing procedure is required to deduct the freight from quoted price at header level and then excise calculation is carried out and again this freight is added to invoice this freight amount. basically this is done to calculate exact excise duty.

Hi Amit,
I am not sure whether I understood your requirement but I think you can make your freight condition as negative in V/06 and can include both the quoting price and freight in pricing procedure.
Lets say if your quote price is 1000 and the negative freight condition is -10 then the value will be 990 and while creating billing you can again update pricing and add new conditions whatever you want.
But I would like to tell you that freight conditions are normally header conditions.

During creation of Condition table ( without copying any condition from available tables), Is it possible to see all field catalouges available? and if possible then how can we see all fields available to add desired ones into our table?

While copying condition records in pricing from one customer to another

While copying condition records from one customer to another for one material, need to give select rule, when I click that it supposed to come with values like "rule 1" but it does not have values. So I cannot copy data.
Any experts solution?

for the condition copy, you must maintain the copy control for condition. the path:Sales and Distribution>Basic Functions>Pricing-->Copy Control For Conditions.
this is the reqirement.

Client copy & condition records: Printing from QA system to production

Hi,
We have the following problem: When production system is copied to quality assurance system (full system copy / client copy), also the condition records are copied. This means that when e.g. a sales order is printed in QA system, this printout goes to a business printer by default. This is a matter which is definitively annoying to the business.
Is it possible to find an easy way to fix this problem? For example, can the condition records be cleared after the full system copy? Or, is it possible to add word "TEST" on top of the printout if it is printed in QA system? We are looking an easy and simple solution to this.
I tried to find a solution in SAP Printing Guide, but couldn't find any help in there. Do you have any ideas or suggestions where can I find more help? Do you know if there is an SAP Note for this? Is the Message Control (CA-GTF-BS) http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/c8/19878343b111d1896f0000e8322d00/frameset.htm right place to start the investigating?

After the system copy we go in and lock all printers then clear all the queues. Simpler ways we've not found.
We wrote ABAP programs that lock the printers then deletes the queues thus giving us the chance to clear things up as soon as the copy is done.
Be nice to hear if anyone has a better way.

ME47 price = 0 in overview when condition valid in future

Hi Expert,
I have a quotation with item 10 and 20 with the same material. When I update item 10 price with 1 and item 20 price with 2, the item 20 price will change to zero and gray. The info record also can not see any update in item 20. infoUpdate is "C".

You system is behaving correctly.
You can see the net price = 0 at overview level, but you can see the original price at details condition level.
You second line item's condition record is not valid for today's date, that's because it is showing 0 for overview screen. I hope your RFQ document date = 05.05.2015.
For first line item, your condition record has validity = 05.05.2015 to 06.05.2015. (which is valid for today's date)
For second line item, your condition record has validity = 07.05.2015 to 31.05.2015 (which is not valid for today's date)
Change the valid from of the second line item = 05.05.2015, then you can see the price at overview screen.

How to hide the Condition types in item condition screen in Sales Order ?

We got new requirement from the Client. Pricing Condition types are ZZBG, ZPBG, ZPBA, ZFSG, ZBDG and ZBHG part in Pricing Procedure. These condition types have Condition records. These need to be hidden in Item conditions screen in Sales Order but other status of the conditions remain unchanged. Pleas provide me the solution earliest How this we can achieve in a best way.

You can achieve this using CONDITION EXCLUSION.
Maintain Condition exclusion for first condition type its Exclude the condition types which are below to that.
You must set a condition exclusion indicator for the price. You can do this in two ways:
If you want to set the condition exclusion indicator a follows then you specify it:
1..for all condition records of a condition type (e.g. with condition type PR00) when defining a condition type in SD Customizing
2.for an individual condition record (e.g. only for material 4711) in the detail screen of a condition record (in the Condition exclusion field)

Issue in maintaining the freight condition in SRM pricing conditions

Hi All,
We have maintained the freight condition in SRM pricing conditions But when a buyer try to add the freight condition it does not give any field to add the value.We want the freight condition at the header level.
Let me know if there is any service needs to be activated or we have to activate any business function to enable this.
Please find the attached document to check the settings and actual issue while entering the freight condition.
This is urgent and please provide your suggestion to avoid this issue.

Its not a standard functionality to get the Header level price condition in SRM PO . I got to know that we need to implement note 1898304 for SRM 7.13 SP01 and activate a Business function.Can anyone let me know how it used to handle in previous versions.
