Pricing Conditions in CRM

Hi,
We have the complex pricing conditions developed in R/3 and those have been moved to CRM and from there ISA takes the conditions.
The problem is, when the pricing conditions transferred from R/3 to CRM, some of the conditions have not been transferred properly hence the pricing calculations are wrong in ISA. Could anyone please give me the steps to transfer or copy the missing condittions from R/3 to CRM.

Changing Pricing Conditions in CRM

Hi,
We'd like to change an already existing price condition on contracts in CRM using a batch program.
The prices doesn't exist in R/3 but only in CRM.
We have run some tests using Function Module
'CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN' but the pricing conditions where not saved(the price sheet is updated and also the total net price of the contract).
Does anyone know of a functon module to use for changing a pricing condition for a contract in CRM ??

BAPi/call function that calculates the pricing condition in CRM order

Hello Experts,
Can anybody suggest me which BAPI to be used in order to recalculate the pricing condition that is already maintained in the CRM order.
I'm trying to upload .txt file which contains basic price value ( condition type ZPR0 ) to update in the order. This new value should over write the existing one in the CRM order & recaluclate the tax & other condition types in the pricing procedure. Can anybody suggest me how to go abt.

I am tring to change the value of the Pricing condition based on the condition type. I have tried with CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN and PRC_PD* FM. But i could not.

I am explaining my problem little more.
I have to change the Pricing condition amount in the contract. I have called the FM CRM_ORDER_READ for getting the current pricing conditions record and using FM PRC_PD_ITEM_INPUT change the amount of pricing condition for ex: PR00.
I have checked the pricing condition amount using CRM_PRIDOC_READ_OW FM and I got the same value which i have changed. So It got changed the IPC as well as buffer also.
But After calling the FM CRM_ORDER_SAVE the condition record amount is not saved/replicated in the contract.
Kindly suggest me. If i missed anything.

Pricing Conditions in CRM (Transport)

Hello ,
I'm generating the conditions tables and communication structures using program CND_MAST_GEN_TRANSFER_OBJECTS in CRM 4.0.
I did a first step on development system with all customizing task.
Now I would like to transport all these objects in quatlity system(then production) but it seems that objects generated by program are locked under TMP package and I cannot modify them.
Do you have a tip (rewarded by loads of points if it helps ) that might unlock my situtation?

Path: Implementation Guide - Materials Management - Purchasing - Conditions- Define Price Determination Process
1. Define Condition Type:
 If you define your own condition types, the key should begin with the letter Z,
 as SAP keeps these name slots free in the standard system.
 You should not change the condition types that are included in the standard
 SAP System supplied.
2. Define Calculation Schema
 In the calculation schema (pricing procedure), you specify which condition
 types are to be taken into account in which sequence.
 In the price (or cost) determination process, the SAP System automatically
 determines which calculation schema is valid for a business transaction and
 takes into account, one after another, the condition types it contains.
3. Define Schema Group
 In this step, you can:
 Define schema groups for purchasing organizations and vendors
 Assign schema groups to your purchasing organizations
 You assign vendors to schema groups in the relevant vendor master records.
4. Define Schema Determination
 Assign Schema groups to the respective pricing procedures.

CRM Pricing - BADI to Populate pricing conditions fields

Hello All,
We have CRM 5.0 installed in our customer.
We are facing problems when we tried to replicate the pricing from R/3.
Basically, all Brazilian formulas we have in R/3 are Z. We tried to replicate them in JAVA (IPC) with no success. At this time, it is imposible for us to move to the standard because of the decision of the business.
We are trying to find one BADI where we can populate all the pricing conditions retrieved via RFC from R/3. Unfortunatelly we don't have good luck with this.
Our idea is to use this BADI to call R/3 and retrieve the conditions needed, and then populate the CRM pricing fields..
Could you please help us? Do you have any other idea to solve this issue?

I tried to search in se18. I found one BADI that runs when users enter new materials or changes the quantity of the sales order.
This one does not help us too much, because when you go to conditions tab (into CRMD_ORDER or via ICWEB) all conditions are redetermined with the pricing determined in IPC.
We want to fill the conditions of the sales orders or the sales quotations at running time. In the BADI we would use the function module RFC SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE (in simulation mode) in R/3 and retrieve all conditions fields and then populate the pricing conditions in CRM.
Do you know any BADI with this behaviour? Or another similar?

Question regarding usage of CRM pricing conditions using date ranges

Hi,
I wonder if someone has a suggestion regarding how to set up pricing conditions in CRM to accomplish the following scenario:
For existing customers we want to “freeze” the product price for certain customers,
but at the same time let other customers get another prize for the same product
and period.
(We have scenarios where the product price changes retroactively, years back in time, but only for those custoemrs that fulfill a specific criteria at the time where the prize change was decided to take place..)
We want the prize to be dependent on the customer status AND when this status was set
(before a specific date), but there doesn’t seem to be a way to set up pricing
conditions with date ranges (i e "customer status changed before YYYYMMDD
renders prize X").
Since we are talking about quite a lot of customers we do not want to add each and every
one of them as “individual price items” in the pricing conditions tables.
Does anyone have an idea regarding how to set this up?

Hi Marika,
condition records have validity (FROM - TO). Let us assume you have a condition record for product A with 50 EUR per piece and this record is valid from 01.01.2014 until 31.12.2014.
If you create CRM Sales Order having product A at 4.12.2014 and this date is used as pricing date for the conditon determination, then it will find this condition record with price 50 EUR per piece. This 50 EUR should be the froen price.
Now how can you achieve that for the same CRM Sales Order another product price is determined for certain customer or a certain customer group?
The idea is to pass an additional pricing attribute, e.g. customer group. Then you can create a new condition table with this field with the key fields product and customer group. In the access seqeunce first the new condition table is checked and if no record is found, then the second conditon table is checked as shown below:
Access Sequence ABC
Access 10: condition table with key fields product + customer group
Access 20: condition table only key field product
Instead of customer group you define also any other field. You create your own implementation of the BAdI CRM_COND_COM_BADI that passes this field with a value to pricing.

Pricing condition maintenance on CRM

I need to maintain pricing conditions on crm 4.0 and I wanna create record automatically via BAPI .Unfortunatelly, I couldn't find out any BAPI for maintaining pricing conditions. Does anybody have information about this??

What transaction are you trying to create using BAPI?? You can use CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN function module to create transaction. To this function module there is Parameter IT_PRIDOC. to this you need to pass pricing information.
Paralally you can use BAPI BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI to create transaction in CRM. this will have a table CONDITION_CREATE, to this table you can pass pricing information.

Transport Pricing Conditions

I've maintained the pricing conditions in CRM 5.0 for all the products. I wish to transport these confition records from one client to another on the same system ID. Is there any report or transaction available for transporting the condition records from one client to another?

In SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Conditions > Define Price Determination Process > Define Schema Determination > Determine Schema for Stock Transport Orders > Here assign Calculation Schema "RM2000" i.e. Stock Transfer Document to Schema Grp Pur. Org, STO Type (For e.g. UB) and Supplying Plant.
Calculation Schema "RM2000" has condition type P101 which will pick up the MAP of supplying plant automatically during creation of STO in ME21N ("Conditions" Tab).
You can create new freight / delivery cost conditions in M/06 and assign in pricing procedure "RM2000" in M/08 and also assign the Accrual Key to this and do the Account Determination for this Accrual Key in OBYC
At the time of PGI, following accounting entry will get generated;
Stock A/c - Dr - 110 INR (Receiving Plant)
Stock A/c - Cr - 100 INR (Supplying Plant)
Freight Clearing A/c - Cr - 10 INR (Supplying Plant)

Pricing condition is not displayed in the Condition tab

Hi all,
I replicted pricing condition from CRM to ECC along with Pricing procedure. I see that condition and pricing procedure in CRM system. When I create an order and go to Item condition tab then I don't see my replicated condition there (I expect it to be in the list). And pricing analysis shows for that condition that "Condition with external datasource has not been found". One guess is that I didn't follow the procedure of displaying condition types in product conditions after replication, i.e. didn't create appropriate maintenance group.

I get the same error message "Condition with external datasource has not been found" like you.
The field "INVENT_LOC" is filled properly.
Did you do anything else to set up the VPRS condition? Any exchange with the ERP that must be configured?
Is there any documentation how to set up this condition?

There is no standard CRM datasource to extract pricing information. I have attached a document to this message with a suggestion on how you might create your own extractor to load the pricing information, see the document pricingconditionssuggestion.DOC. Please note that this is only a suggestion and there is no guarantee that it will work

Inserting Pricing Condition

hi abaper expert,
i'm currently working in SAP CRM Modul. and for now i making some program for Complaint.
due to change in business process, a new pricing condition us added for complaint documents. the scenario is the new pricing condition will added manually via abap program.
i have tried using Function Modul 'CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN' in order to add and save the new pricing condition in complaint document. the return of the function modul is 0 / success, but the new pricing condition is not added for the complaint documents.
is there any clue why this happened ?
or is there any body have an experience to add and maintain pricing condition in CRM via abap program ?
please help n share your experience .

Eddie,
Were your other conditions created with respect to ECC Master data or CRM Master data. If your pricing strategy in CRM involves master data in ECC then you`ll play with ECC.

Error in assigning pricing condition in condition generation

As a part of configuration, I have to define one pricing condition in CRM with
Usage - PR
Calculation type - B - Fixed amount
which I defined in SPRO-CRM-BASIC FUNCTIONS-PRICING -DEFINE SETTINGS FOR PRICING- CREATE CONDITION TYPE
for trade promotion condition generation.
But while assignig this condition in condition generation type at
SPRO-CRM-trade promotion management- trade promotions- condition maintenance- define condition generation
I am getting an error as
Calculation type B of Condition type 9PP3 is not allowed for Pricing
Message no. CRM_MKTPL_COND_IF086

As per the requirement, I need to define the pricing condition with calculation type fixed amount in CRM. I defined the condition.

Copy pricing conditions from R/3 to CRM

Hello,
I am using Function Module CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to copy pricing conditions from R/3 sales order to CRM complaint document.
I am fetching R/3 conditions with the help of RFC call to R/3 and then passing these condition records to the FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN.
I am populating the importing parameter - IT_PRIDOC of this FM. And filling following internal table of this importing parameter:PRIC_COND, COND_ADD, COND_CHANGE and COND_DELETE.
I am not sure if filling table PRIC_COND would be needed.
Could you please guide me about the exact use of these tables? Do you have any documentation for this function module?

Replication of Pricing Conditions between ECC and CRM

Hi All
I have a couple of queries regarding replication of pricing information between ECC_CRM. We maintain the filter settings for Pricing procedures, access sequences and condition types in the object DNL_CUST_CND_PR, and accordingly these are replicated from ECC to CRM. My Questions:
1. If some pricing procedure is created in CRM and this needs to be replicated to ECC, Can we achieve this?
2. Would DELTA be active on these objects, in the sense if some changes are made to a pricing procedure in ECC, would they flow automatically to CRM?

From your replies, now, this is my understanding (Pl correct me if am wrong)
1. Replication of Pricing Procedure from CRM to ECC is possible.
It would be of great help if you could elaborate on the procedure to do so or provide pointers for documentation in this regard.
Because, for replication from ECC to CRM, we perform an initial load on the object DNL_CND_CUST_PR or DNL_CUST_CNDALL.What is the object that we need to execute from replication from CRM to ECC?
2. DELTA would be active only on condition records, but not on Condition types and Pricing Procedures and if any pricing procedure is changed in ECC, we would need to perform Initial Load again.
