Pricing Error... Not MY fault!!!

I would really like to know what happened to the sale price for the 2 day sale ending today for item # 4737669 (Canon - 240XL/241XL-2pk High Yield Ink Carts.) which was Advertised YESTERDAY as part of the 2 day sale for the 7th and 8th for $20.99.  The ad said a savings of $34.00, so I go to the store today to get it... it's not on sale and the sales girl was extremely condescending.  I came home looked online it's nowhere to be found!  I called customer service where Lisa looks and looks and can't find anything and tells me if she could find the ad she could give it to me for that price.  Okay,  I get off the phone and 5 minutes later I find it on a website I've never been on and call them back and they STILL wont honor the Price... What's up with this??? It was advertised for 2 days, 7-8th ... Today is the 8th... Am I crazy to expect to be able to buy something for the price I saw it advertised for?? On the BestBuy website... it may have been an error but that doesn't change the fact that I spent time and gas to go get something that I KNOW I SAW for THAT PRICE!!!  SMH!!! Ridiculous... What has Happened to Customer Service??

I love it when I see the emails for our special sales. I know when I see a 2-day or 4-hour sale I’m going to get a great deal. Regrettably, it sounds like there was some miscommunication when you headed into the store to purchase the ink in question.
I was able to find the ink bundle you referred to in your post, and can confirm it was listed at the $20.99. This was an online price, and was not reflected in store. With that said, per our Price Match Guarantee the store associate you spoke with should have been able to see the item at the sale price on our website, and perform a price match. Per the same policy, and as autotech796 previously called out, we do have a list of competitors we match. This is why we were unable to match the price you found online.

    DO(Delivery ) Created
    PGI done.             Stock removed from the system     "Shipment Start"   ON
    Invoice can not be generated , in VF01 
    Pricing Error - YBR0 missing.

    Hi,
    I think this is something related to Shipment costs calculation. First of all you need to complere the Shipment and proceed for VI01 for Shipment Cost Calculation. You need to maintain condition record for YBR0 and then create Invoice. Hope this will work for you. Please let us know for further problems.

  • Billing document not getting released to accounting - pricing error

    Hi,
    My client is facing problem in posting the billing document to accounting. Its showing " Pricing error"
    I have checked on the item conditions, there is no error. I checked the document flow and went to delivery. There is an item quantity split according to batch because of which one item - higher item in the batch is having ZERO quantity and the other items (which are also the same as higher level item in the batch) are having pricing not equal to zero.
    Now the client wants to release the billing document to accounting. What should I do so that the query gets resolved.

    Mandatory pricing condition ZPRP is missing. This message is coming when we do the account determination analysis for the items with quantity ZERO. ZPRP is a standard pricing condition type (created by copying PR00). For other items, the same is determined.
    Basically the thing is that item has been split due to batch in the delivery document. Therefore the items are coming like this in delivery:
    SNo  Material         batch         Quantity
    10      ABC            batch split    0
    11      ABC                                100
    12      ABC                                100
    Here the order is for item ABC with quantity 200 but in the delivery there are three lines for the same item.
    When billing is created for the delivery, mandatory pricing condition ZPRP is getting determined for item 11 and 12 but not for 10.
    Due to this, there is pricing error in the document and therefore it can not be posted to accounting.

  • Pricing errors are not cleared after fixing the master data

    Hi All,
    Kindly go through the issue explained below.
    Pricing is determined properly in transaction level(Oppt) when the master data is correct. cool.  
    System shows pricing error (Mandatory condition 0PR0 is missing, Pricing could not be determined) when price(condition record) is not maintained in product. This is also fine.  Now the issue is, Pricing errors are not going away from Opportunity even after the master data(product) fixed with maintaining pricing.
    Scenario     :  Opportunity is saved with pricing errors. 
    Analysis     :  Price or/and Sales area are not maintained in Product that is maintained in Oppt.  That is why this error occurs.  So, we have maintained the Sales area/Price(condition record) in product. Now master data is corrected.
    Expected result: After maintaining the price/sales area in product, the errors should go off from the created Opportunities and pricing should be determined properly.
    Actual result: When we create a new opportunity with the same product, pricing is determined.  But the errors are not going away from the already created opportunity transactions.
    Please let me know if this scenario is not clear to understand.

    I have a problem with a invoice. If i go to VF03, I can see a positing status as F Posting document not created (pricing error). The error message is showing as pricing error in item 000010 Message No. VF 073. Kindly help me how to unblock this invoice.

    I think problem is in VKOA settings. Please go to VF03. Press Shift + F11. System will lead to Revenue Account Determination analysis. Please check the settings.

  • Pricing error (Message no. VF073) Accounting Document not generated

    Dear All,
    User has entered delivery quantity as 0.00 in one of the line item (007) without material description in vl01n and saved. Invoice number has also been generated. Because of Pricing error for the line item( 007) Accounting Document is not getting generated.
    My issue is without cancellation of invoice/configuration changes, can i delete the line item (007) or is there any alternative solution to create accounting document.
    Note: line item( 007) does not have details only quantity is mention 0.00 in VL01n.
    Experts please help me how to solve this issue.

    please check the account assignment group for material, go to vf02 and check line item ,  , click on menu bar  environment -account assignment analysis-revenue accounts  , here you will check you base condition type data , once click on condition type , system which data is missing , now you can enter ,

  • Pricing item not available error

    Hi Gurus ,
    The workflow for some purchase orders in our system wnet into error . And the workflow error log says 'Pricing item not available ' .
    I checked the IPC and it was active.
    Problem is we are getting this issue quite often now , although it only effects 2-3 POs every time it happens (once or twice in a month ) .Could you please tell me what could the root cause of this issue ? What can be done to avoid this in future ?
    Please note that all such POs, when re-ordered , are transfered successfully to backend system.
    Also , sometimes for shopping carts too , we get this error ( in SM58 Tcode ) " BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER             NONE                             DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM:SS Pricing item not available".

  • Pricing Error- Condition type not found.

    I have a issue with pricing.
    Scenario :
    For a pricing procedure i have 3 condition types ;
    For example :
    ZXED, ZXE1 & ZXE2.
    Of these ZXED is Manual, Mandatory & Statistical in nature.
    ZXE1 & ZXE2 are Manual.
    When i create a sales order my pricing procedure is getting determined correctly.
    The issue comes in when i try to key in the values at the item level condition in the sales order:
    If i see the options(F4) available for me to select the condition types i get have see only one condition type i.e ZXE1. but esentially i should get to see all the 3 condition types as an choice of code(condition type).
    Can any one help me to find out the possible reason why i get to have only one condition type for selection.
    Your suggestion is highly appreciable.

    1. Understand onething that a particular condition type if maintained "mandatory" in the pricing procedure then you will have to create the condition record for it using transaction code <b>"VK11"</b>. If it is manual then you can give the rate directly in the sales order after selecting it. Since you have maintained <b>"manual", "mandatory" & "statistical"</b> for the condition type <b>"ZXED"</b> at the same time that is why the system is giving you the error <b>"Pricing error" Mandatory condition ZXED is missing."</b>
    2. Also you want the system to show you all threee condition types <b>"ZXED', "ZXE1", "ZXE2"</b> to choose manually as per your requirement. Do one thing go to transaction code <b>"V/06"</b> - select the required condition type say <b>"ZXED"</b> - double click on it - in the <b>"changes which can be made"</b> section you will see a field for <b>"Manual entries"</b> - in this select <b>"no limitations"</b> and save the <b>condition type</b>. Similarly do it for the other 2 condition types and save it.
    <b>I tell you</b> you must have maintained there <b>"D-not possible to process manually"</b>. If this is maintained then the system will never show you the condition type to choose from the condition type list in the sales order.
    Note: You have maintained for <b>"ZXED"</b> manual/mandatory/statistical. Now as it is mandatory also you have to maintain the condition record for it in <b>"VK11"</b>. Now if you change the rate of this condition type in the sales order then when you will create the invoice in <b>"VF01"</b> the system will show that value only which has been maintained using <b>"VK11"</b> because in billing also the system fetches the condition record from <b>VK11</b> for the mandatory conditions.
    Hope this clarifies and solves your doubt.

  • Pricing error in cancelled credit note

    Hello SAP Experts
    We have got into a situation wherein the cancelled credit note is struck with pricing issue.
    The background for the issue is a new condition type was added to the pricing procedure (marked as mandatory) and transported to production system recently.
    The actual credit note (1 year old) was not having the new condition type and when the user tried cancelling the credit note (cancelled after 1 year) the pricing error occurred  since the condition is mandatory in pricing procedure.
    Your valuable suggestions would help us to resolve this urgent and critical issue.

    Check the pricing date.
    Maintain Pricing Date from validity of the condition record of the condition type added.

  • While Creating Sales order Item pricing error is coming........

    I  have just given all values in VA01  not saved at tht time and before saving i go the Extras -->Output ---> Header -> Print Preview----> i got the form then i  back to the screen ... now i save sales order but it giving error " Item Pricing error" if  i click on item pricing error button it goes to the  sap first screen.
    could you please help me in this......

    May be fault items where there is no pricing or so.
    Check all items and reprice them before save. if they are ok then go to MV45AFZZ and check save document prepare and save document user exits for the message. Also check form and print program.
    Last but not least, get the message number and class for the message then go where used list for that message.
    Mostly, this message is populated in user exits.

  • Pricing error : Mandatory condition ZHPR is missing

    The user is doing sales return.
    In VF02, The prices are not updated and ended up with the error " Pricing error : Mandatory condition ZHPR is missing"
    He used VK11 and updated the price and also tried in all key combination.
    Still it is showing an error.
    Please help.

    This is very common error, you can ref. through sdn.forum, however
    1, First check the Pricing procedure for  your condition ZHPR, also check if any requirements assigned  to your billing doc.
    2, Please check  the analysis of the pricing in u201CVF02u201D, Just click on the condition u201CZHPRu201D and view the reason on right side.
        I am sure you would find the fault.

    I don't know why this faulty code is referencing things to do with "chrome"... the Chrome browser is not installed on this PC or anywhere on our network.
    Also, this is not the first problem I had after clicking Firefox's prompt for the latest update. Before Firefox retreated into this error message, it was loading but running with some faults...
    1. the bookmark symbol was not appearing on the right hand side of the URL line, so I had always to click on "bookmark this page", after which the bookmark symbol did appear; however I don't know if the bookmarking function worked properly.
    2. the back and forward buttons were not highlighted, as if I had not come from a previous page; so once I clicked on a link to a new page I could not go back to where I came from because Fiefox thought I hadn't come from anywhere.
    3. there may have been other errors, but I did not find them.
    How do I reinstate my Firefox program to work properly please? do I have to download the latest version and reinstal? if so, do I have to remove the old version first? or is there a fix?
    Even to write this message I have been forced to use (yuk -- I don't like to say this!!!) Internet Explorer. So please -- I need help urgently.

    Some how I solved my problem by opening a user account and downloading Firefox 4.0 beta and installing it, I did try it, worked fine, so I did close the user account and did go back to my own account(switched user), the main page that I had problem with Firefox which would not open, I dabble click on Firefox it start working again!! I hope that solves your problem too.

  • Free Goods Pricing Error

    Dear SAP Gurus,
    I have configurde the Free Goods as Exclusive and accordingly kept the condition records. When I am creating Sales Order, I have given the first line item as 1482 and when I entered
    , the second line item automaticaly vame with item category TANN. Everything is fine up to this. I have kept price in VK11 for the material 1482 and 1483 is the free material.
    At the time of creating Sales Order, it giving the error as "Pricing error: Mandatory Condition ZPR1 is missing"
    I could not find out any solution for this. Please help in finding the solution for this.

    Hi Jans
    Your free goods configuration is something like buy 10 pens and get one pencil free
    Free goods are picked by R100 condition type with requirement 55 and aternate base value formula 28 in the pricing procedure
    Free goods are represented with item category TANN with pricing as B in VOV7 which measns 100 % discount
    This means the price of the pencil is to be maintained as condition record in VK11 for the condition type  ZPR1 (in your case) which will be picked by the system and nullifies it with 100 % discount
    This is missing from your end (this is my guess only)
    Without knowing the price of the second material 1483 how the system will give 100 % discount for it
    Soln is
    Maintain the condition record for the condition type  ZPR1 in VK11 for the free material 1483

    Hi Krishna,
    When you wantto send some Promotional Materials or Sample materials ( which do not have any commercial value), we use Order Type FD (Free-of charge Delivery) in standard SAP.
    Order Type FD does not require any reference document.
    But, suppose we had already sent 10 pieces of material to the Customer out of which let say 2 pieces are damaged and customer has returned back it to you.
    Now, you have two options, either to issue a credit memo for the 2 pieces or you need to send fresh 2 units to the customer again.
    If you want to send fresh 2 units (which we call replacement) instead of giving him a Credit memo then we process with Order Type SDF (Subsequent Free-of-charge Delivery).
    Order Type SDF always requires a reference document. It is created with ref to the Return order.
    In both the above case (FD & SDF), Pricing is not applicable.
    Ensure that Item category is KLN in the Sales order and in the Item category details, "Pricing" check box should be blank.

    I am newbie in SD and having issue, I have a sales order where I enter material and get "Pricing error: Mandatory condition PB00 is missing". Now I know this condition is set for manual entry if it is not found via procedure. But where do I maintain this manual entry, I have checked everywhere and cannot find where I can manually enter or edit the PB00 condition at the item order level?

    In SD we use PR00 Condition type and not PB00. For PR00 you maintain datas in various combinations. Customer/ Materila or Material or Price list catgeory/ currency/material. This condition can be either kept manual or maintained as manadatory.
    Can you explain us why you are using PB00 - Gross- Price Only if you have some special  scenario...
    You rename PB00 to ZPB0 and include in the pricing procedure.
    This codition type does not have access sequence so you enter data manually during sales processing.
    Which means moment you create sales order by entering sold to party, po no, material and the qty. Then Double click Item details --> Choose Condition tab.  OR Choose the line item and then Click GoTo --> Item --> Conditions
    In Condition Type column enter "ZPB0"
    In Amount Column enter the value.
    That's it check the value. click save
