Pricing Error on CRM 5.0

When I enter a product number in Sales or Quotations I got the following error.
Pricing error: Mandatory condition 0TTE is missing
Checked Note 844575 but it didn't help. Anyone can help?

Hi Kai,
One of the reason for this may be the condition type is mandatory for the entered product.
Also, check out SAP Notes 697610.
It says,
Symptom
If you copy transactions with conditions, the system does not transfer or determine any taxes. As a result, the system displays error message PRC_MESSAGES_EXT099 "IPC:Pricing error: Mandatory condition 0TTE is missing".

In Customizing of the copy control on item level, value 'G' ('Copy conditions, redetermine taxes') is missing in the dropdown list.
Solution
1. Start Transaction SE11.
2. Enter domain CRM_PRICING_COPY and choose 'Change'.
3. Select the 'Value range' tab.
4. Add value 'G'.
Short text: Copy conditions, redetermine taxes
5. In Customizing of the copy control, select value 'G' for the corresponding entry.

Pricing error in CRM

Hi all,
Error: "Header Data: document 479B39A6245B00FFE10080000A8C6528 not existing"
That's the error I get when I try to create the Service Quotation. Pricing Procedure is getting picked but no values found under the conditions Tab(both header and item level). the same message pops up when i try to enter the conditons types.
When i see in the Pricing Procedure it has all the conditions types included in it.
What could be the problem?

Urgently need solution for Pricing Error: Mandatory condition type missing

Hello, All
I am working on CRM 5.0 service module and I am facing a problem while creating a service order.
When I enter the product in the service order it gives me an error
"pricing error: mandatory condition type Z### is missing" even though I maintained the customer pricing procedure, the pricing procedure determination, and the condition record. The error shows that the pricing procedure is determined as the error shows the mandatory condition is determined but what I think is that it cant find the condition record.
I already maintained the condition table and the condition record in the product master data but it does not pick the price, kindly help. Deserving points will be rewarded.

Hi,
Open u r transaction which u r getting the error, Double click on product u ll get the item level info, Select condition there u click on create icon, there u can define the condition.
OR
While creating a sold to party check whether u r entered a sales area data properly or not.

Help.. Pricing error: Mandatory condition 0PR0 is missing

I've been having this warning message everytime i try to use a "
zero priced" item in CRM 4.0..
Part of its effect was, the "message number" for this particular warning message contains invalid characters (such as '###' or 'CH' etc..) which gives us a dump screen.
Could someone pls help or give an idea on how to resolve this issue?

Pricing error mandatory conditions TTE are missing

Daer all,
by creating an sales-order via transaction CRMD_BUS2000115 we get the following 2 errors after the input of one sales-position:
- Item 10     No Tte Input document found B7FA9743CEC6A21DE1000000C0A84D08
- Item 10     Pricing error: Mandatory condition 0TTE is missing
The oss-notes 519942 (and the depending ones) did not lead into a solution. The simulation TTE_SIMULATION of the pricing was successful.
Has anybody an idea especially, what appoints the relevant customizing settings ?

   CRM are dtermined using the condition technique(E.g.condition type MWST or UTXJ).Have you assisgned the Business partenr Tax Classification?.If the billing is carried out in the CRM system,tax determination will be accomplsihed by using the TTE.The condition typeOTTE triggers the call of the TTE.Maintenance will take place in CRM.

For Complaint in CRM change in default item category gives the captioned error. The error is there for all Sales Organisations.
Any suggestion how this error can be removed.

Thanks for the response. Yes in the pricing procedure condition 0TTE is mandatory. We use this pricing procedure in some other transactions where tax is calculated.
When we add an item (let say item 160) the defaulted item category does not result in any error , but when we change it to a different item category which is not price relevant this error pops up for item 110. Moreover this error disappears with some dummy change or with an Update price on Conditions tab.
We in fact tried to trace the TTE for different instances and it fails with an error "TTE processing terminated" which eventually results with error "Pricing error: Mandatory condition Taxes via TTE (0TTE) is missing" on the order.
Any suggestions what all needs to be checked and how this error can be diffused?

Pricing error - Mandatory conditions ZMWS DIFF are missing.

Hi All,
We have the error in package quotation Mandatory condition types (ZMWS) & (DIFF) is missing. We check randomly with some customers error is not appearing.(Error is occurring only for particularly ONE customer.)
Initially while entering the details in document (customer no., material, sales areau2026) before saving the document the error message is u201CInternal Error during Pricingu201D.
After saving the document error is occurring as mentioned below.
Error messages:
1. Pricing error: Mandatory condition MT Output Tax (ZMWS) is missing
2. Pricing error: Mandatory condition Rounding Off (DIFF) is missing.
Error message is clearing after some work around in the documents.
1. At header level, change the currency from CHF to EUR and then back to CHF.This will get rid of Round condition(DIFF).
2. And to get rid of out put tax, Ship to address (at header partner tab) by change the country from CH to DE, and changing Transportation zone and Post code country specific to DE. Close the address window and open it again. Change back the address to the original CH and close the window. Out put tax (ZMWS) error will go away.
Kindly any one can give your valuable inputs on this issue. Your help will highly appreciate.

We downloded the pricing procedure and all condition types from ECC to CRM.When we create an opportunity we are facing this kind of issue.P Pricing error: Mandatory condition Price (ZPRO) is missing.
Since its downloaded from ECC i cant change it.

Hi Rajesh,
You need to check the condition type ZPRO in customizing - is it a manual condition Iin the pricing procedure? If so then it should be added manually to the document to remove the error. If not then it should be determined automatically. In order to determine why this is not done you should switch on a pricing trace - parameter PRC_TRACE in SU01 set to X will do this - see note 1545713 if WEBUI or 521908 to check in SAPGUI. After you switch this on log off and log on again then go into the document in change mode and check the condition tab at item level and click on accesses. Here you will see the path that was taken to determine the condition.

Hi Siva,
you are getting this error because PR00 is a mandatory condition in the pricing procedure that you are using for your transaction type-Enquiry.
Check your pricing procedure,However if it is manual you can add it in the conditions tab of your inquiry directly. otherwise you can enter the price in either the product or the BP masterdata

Pricing in SAP CRM 7.0 Ehp1

Hi Experts,
I have some doubts in the SAP CRM 7.0 EHP1 pricing.
1.is IPC part of sap crm or any other third party tool ?
2. How to find the IPC user exit in the sap crm system.
3. ERP (R/3 version is 3.1)is the backend system and already they implemented the pricing conditionS in SD. I know we can dodwnload the pricing conditions from ERP to SD Using midldleware.after downloading the pricing condition where i have to write the code?
4. JAVA knowledge is required or not for writing the Pricing conditions.(I know only basic java coding and good in abap )

Free Goods Pricing Error

Dear SAP Gurus,
I have configurde the Free Goods as Exclusive and accordingly kept the condition records. When I am creating Sales Order, I have given the first line item as 1482 and when I entered
, the second line item automaticaly vame with item category TANN. Everything is fine up to this. I have kept price in VK11 for the material 1482 and 1483 is the free material.
At the time of creating Sales Order, it giving the error as "Pricing error: Mandatory Condition ZPR1 is missing"
I could not find out any solution for this. Please help in finding the solution for this.

Hi Jans
Your free goods configuration is something like buy 10 pens and get one pencil free
Free goods are picked by R100 condition type with requirement 55 and aternate base value formula 28 in the pricing procedure
Free goods are represented with item category TANN with pricing as B in VOV7 which measns 100 % discount
This means the price of the pencil is to be maintained as condition record in VK11 for the condition type ZPR1 (in your case) which will be picked by the system and nullifies it with 100 % discount
This is missing from your end (this is my guess only)
Without knowing the price of the second material 1483 how the system will give 100 % discount for it
Soln is
Maintain the condition record for the condition type ZPR1 in VK11 for the free material 1483

FREE OF CHARGE DELIVERY pricing error

I have dought about free of charge delivery subsequent process.
Can anybody please explain about the difference between those also what are the item category and scheduling cat for both.
i created free of charge delivery but it is showing pricing error .where I have done mistake please explain?

Hi Krishna,
When you wantto send some Promotional Materials or Sample materials ( which do not have any commercial value), we use Order Type FD (Free-of charge Delivery) in standard SAP.
Order Type FD does not require any reference document.
But, suppose we had already sent 10 pieces of material to the Customer out of which let say 2 pieces are damaged and customer has returned back it to you.
Now, you have two options, either to issue a credit memo for the 2 pieces or you need to send fresh 2 units to the customer again.
If you want to send fresh 2 units (which we call replacement) instead of giving him a Credit memo then we process with Order Type SDF (Subsequent Free-of-charge Delivery).
Order Type SDF always requires a reference document. It is created with ref to the Return order.
In both the above case (FD & SDF), Pricing is not applicable.
Ensure that Item category is KLN in the Sales order and in the Item category details, "Pricing" check box should be blank.

Pricing Error - Billing doc. not generated

Hi All,
As there was a pricing error in Scheduling agreement the billing document could not be generated.
Current Status :-
SA(Scheduling agreement) Created.
DO(Delivery ) Created
PGI done.             Stock removed from the system     "Shipment Start"   ON
Invoice can not be generated , in VF01
Pricing Error - YBR0 missing.
What should be done ? Please help in this issue.

Hi,
I think this is something related to Shipment costs calculation. First of all you need to complere the Shipment and proceed for VI01 for Shipment Cost Calculation. You need to maintain condition record for YBR0 and then create Invoice. Hope this will work for you. Please let us know for further problems.

Pricing ERROR in SALES ORDER

HI Guys,
I am Using BAPI BUS2032 to migrate all the Sales Order from Legacy to SAP through LSMW.
   When I process the Idocs I get Error. Processing Terminated. Pricing Error.
(KOMP-FXMSG = 801). The status is 51.
   But the Pricing Procedure is maintained in OVKK for the corresponding Sales Organisation combination and the record is maintained in VK11 too.
    I have also checked the A900 table where the material also exists.
    Can you sort me out what the problem is. Client is very specific in doing things through LSMW.
