Pricing in transportation

Hi,
I have the following requirement in transportation pricing.
1.     If I am transporting my material from 1 state to another state fixed price needs to be captured .
I have created 1 table with key combination of Country + Vendor + Destination + Departure
And I have maintained the condition record in Transaction Code : TK11
But when I am doing shipment cost document system is not picking up the price from condition record.
Please help how to capture the price from condition record to shipment cost document.
Its argent
Thanks.

Dear Nishanth,
+Material Dispatch country + Vendor Name + Place to where the goods are going + From where the goods are being dispatched+
Why you have considered Material Dispatch country and From where the goods are being dispatched In my view both are the same so you can consider either one them.
When we come to issue.check in these areas.
--->Check have you assigned country and Transportation zone to your Shipping point(Material Dispatch country) in the IMG.
IMG>Logistics Execution>Shipping>Basic Shipping functions>Routes>Route determination>Maintain Country And Transportation Zone For Shipping point.
-->Check have you maintained country region in your ship to pary master data in Address tab.
-->Check vendor (Forwarding agent) flowing in the shipment cost document or not. Also make sure that you have maintained the condition record for the data which is flowing in the shipment document.(i.e Forwarding agent, etc)
-->Check proper route is getting determined or not.
I hope this will help you,
Regards,
Murali.

  • Pricing, conditions transport to another server

    Hi
my client had a pricing procedure in which a condition type had delivery cost with accural.after using for some time they wanted delivery cost to be deleted & price to add in  material cost.
i had made changes in Development client(100) & generated transport request.when technical people tried to transport it to another server with release (SCC9 ).system says the requet is transported but the data is not transported.
I would like to know whether  condition types ,pricing procedures can be transported with release only or any other procedure required?
In local clients 100 to 400 we used to do by SCC1 but server to server few requests were troubling.
    Need your valid suggestions.

    Hi again,
I did some tracing for the query. I don't understand much from the trace file, but there is one line which says: '*** ERROR: memory leak detected 316 ***'. I can't find anything concerning this memory leak. Does anyone have an idea what the reason is?
What I also would like to know is, how a calculation, which is created in JDeveloper, is saved. Only as XML or are there also Metadata concerning the calculation stored in the database?
    Thanks,

  • Pricing Scheme Transport

    Hallo Gurus,
is there a way to transport a pricing scheme and all its condition types, tables, etc... with a single transport request?
    Thank you very much!

    Hi
While in V/08, go to the menu bar at top of the screen.  I forget exactly where so click around a bit and you should find one selection that said transport.  Click on it and you should see on the screen buttons one of which should said include in transport, go select all the steps in your pricing procedure and click this button and save.  All the select steps will then in included in the transport

  • Freight Amount-KF00 in Sales Order/Invoice

    Hi All,
requirement is regarding Capturing Freight costs involved in Transportation.
Transportation charges are based on ,
    Incoterms_INCO1 ,
    Transporter_LIFNR ,
    Departure zone(Ship.Point)_LZONEA,
    Destination Zone(Customer-Ship to Party)_LZONEZ ,
    Shipping conditions - VSBED
I have created cond table with the above mentioned fileds & assign it to the KF00 access sequence. Condition record has been maintianed.
But its not picking while creating sales order-
    In Pricing analysis -
    Transporter/Vendor
    Dep.Zone
    Dest.Zone
    is not picking.
fyi: - Transporter, am using Partner Function_CR
    anythoughts would be highly appreciated

    Hi!
You can try with traffic points insted of zones (KNOTA and KNOTZ). If you need departure and destination zones, verify those appears on the cost document you may see those doesnt appears. Maybe an exit could help you.
For the transporter, maybe TDLNR field (forwarding agent) could be an option insted LIFNR.

  • Pricing Conditions in CRM (Transport)

    Hello ,
I'm generating the conditions tables and communication structures using program CND_MAST_GEN_TRANSFER_OBJECTS in CRM  4.0.
I did a first step on development system with all customizing task.
Now I would like to transport all these objects in quatlity system(then production) but it seems that objects generated by program are locked under TMP package and I cannot modify them.

    Hi Avinash,
    Pls Check the following Steps:
    <b>Path:</b> <b>Implementation Guide - Materials Management - Purchasing - Conditions- Define Price Determination Process</b>
    <b>1. Define Condition Type:</b>
If you define your own condition types, the key should begin with the letter Z,
as SAP keeps these name slots free in the standard system.
You should not change the condition types that are included in the standard
        SAP System supplied.
    <b>2.  Define Calculation Schema</b>
In the calculation schema (pricing procedure), you specify which condition
types are to be taken into account in which sequence.
In the price (or cost) determination process, the SAP System automatically
determines which calculation schema is valid for a business transaction and
takes into account, one after another, the condition types it contains.
    <b>3. Define Schema Group</b>
        In this step, you can:
Define schema groups for purchasing organizations and vendors
Assign schema groups to your purchasing organizations
You assign vendors to schema groups in the relevant vendor master records.
    <b>4. Define Schema Determination</b>
Assign Schema groups to the respective pricing procedures.

    Hi

  • Intercompany stock transport order : MM pricing = SD pricing

    hi all,
Intercompany stock transport order process :
    ME21N <-- MM pricing
    VL10
    VF01 <-- SD pricing
    MIGO
    MIRO
Is there a standard (!!!) or a known method to get in any case : SD pricing = MM pricing ?
Using the standard customizing we have to maintain an identical price on both sides purchasing and sales. It could be better !
    Thanks for help

    Hi Alain,
1.Create a vendor for the company code of receiving plant, using account group :0007 using T-Code XK01.
    2. Assign this vendor to Delivering plant, Go to XK02 >Purchasing view>Extras>Add. Purchasing data>Plant
    3. Create internal customer with the sales area of the vendor. Go To XD01
    4. In Pricing procedure determination relevant to STO, assign document Pricing Procedure and customer pricing procedure appropriate for STO to get the pricing in the invoice.
    5. Maintain condition records for the relevant pricing condition.
    6. Some more setting for STO: Go to MM> Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO> define shipping data for plants > Go to Receiving plant >assign customer here & Supplying SA (for billing) to Receiving plant here
    7. Go to MM> Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO> define shipping data for plants > Go to Supplying plant and assign the sales area of receiving plant.
    8. Go to MM> Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO> assign delivery Type & Checking rule
Assign the delivery type to document type. In this case, Delivery type NLCC is assigned to Document type NB
    9. Go to MM> Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO>Assign document Type, One step Procedure, Under delivery tolerance
Assign the document type NB to supplying plant and receiving plant
    10. After all settings , Create the STO using T-Code:ME21N and Save.
    11. Create Delivery :VL10G
Click on the Background Button after selecting line item
A message is flashed : See log for information> next Click on Log for delivery creation Button >click on line item>click on document button to get Delivery document No
    12. Picking, PGI:VL02N
    13. Billing:VF01

  • Shipping and Transportation Multimodal - Pricing Error

    Dear Friends,
I have created a Shipment Cost document with the T-Code VI01. There are 3 legs in the Transportation document viz first through Road, second through Rail and the last through Sea.
The pricing procedure used for all the three legs are different and is assigned in the Transportation Document.
However, when I am creating the Shipment Cost Document,  the prices for the first leg is only being determined inspite of my maintaining the condition records respectively.
When I check the Condition Type, it prompts for the following warning message "Fields for Access Sequence ZCON unknown in the calculation base C". This access sequence ZCON is being used in other Condition types also.
The Access Sequence is a combination of the following fields in the table - Service Agent/Shipment Route/Ship.Type/Packing Material
    Kindly suggest a solution.
    Regards
    Vineet Jain

    Vineet,
Check  the condition type within which you have calculation base.
The Access Sequence that you have used "Service Agent/Shipment Route/Ship.Type/Packing Material"
Could have calculation base as D or F.
Only if you are using Handling Unit you need to specify Calculation Base as "C". (because the access sequence must have one more access "Handling unit gr. 1")
Just check your Condition type - Calculation base setting and your access sequence it will work.
Check your requirement under LE --> Transportation --> Shipment Costs --> Pricing --> Pricing Control --> Define Condition Types and Define Access Sequence
    Regards
    Sathya

  • Pricing Configuration under Shipping and Transportation under LE..

    Hi PPL,
Can u plz throw some light on ..Pricing configuration present under
    (1) Transportainon (LE>Transportation>Shipment costs-->Pricing) and
    (2) Shipping(LE>Shipping>BSFunc->Pricing)
    in Logistics Execution.
    Which is used for what??
PLZ give me a scenerio where we need to configure both the Pprocs.n where do we maintain the condition records for the 2.
    Points Asssured
    Advance THNX..
    Cheerzz.
    Subbz..

    Hi Subbarao,
This pricing procedure will be related to the shipment cost calculation.
This pricing procedure used to calculate the shipment cost(Freight cost) in the shipment cost document.
Sceneraio:- When the company want supply the goods from India to the customer who is located in Japan.
To supply the goods from India to Japan he  may use different mode of transportation like
From plant to Air port(near to plant)-->By road
From India air port to Japan air port near to customer-->By flight
From Japan air port to customer place -->By road.
To do all these activitiesthey may have farwarding agent
To do all these activities company need to pay some commision to the farwarding agent.
So to calculate that farwarding agent commision in the shipment cost document and to calculate all the cost incured to transpoert the goods from India to Japan all will be calculated basd on this pricing procedure.
    About Second quiery
Condition records will be maintained in TK11 transaction for the shipment cost condition types.
I hope it will clear for you,
    Regards,
    Murali.

  • Stock transport order pricing

    Dear All,
this thread I am posting in continuation of my doubts on STO. i have already posted a thread yesterdays and got the best answers on it and found the way to proceed.
now for understanding of pricing for STO pl guide:
    my scenario was like this:
i have to transfer raw material from plant 8000 to plant 9000 on which freight of 1000 is paid.
    1) when i am making the pricing procedure do i have to enter the only freight condition type in it.
    2) is there any need to enter condition type PB00?
    3) can i use the pricing procedure what i have defined for the local purchase and use <b>only freight condition</b> from it or i require the new pricing procedure?
this STO is without delivery via SD.
    thanks and regards

    thanks Sanjay,
i used the regular pricing procedure for STO. the system is not automatically taking the value in PB00 as there is no info record existing.
i entered the value rs 100 in PBXX and added rs 100 in freight condition type.
while doing goods issue from the supplying plant. the following entries are generated:
supplying plant inventory= rs 100 credited
receiving plant inventory = rs 200 debit
    freight payable= rs 100 credit
1)<b>is it necessary to have the condition type for basic price in STO?</b>. cannot we live without it?
    2) <b>Like in po we can put tax code, can tax code be put in STO also?</b>
i will try to simulate the scenario with your proposal by using condition type P101.
if you donot mind sharing any STO pricing procedure you have configured in your implementation please share with me, it would be of great help to me.
you can send me the screen shots, etc at email address:

  • Transportation costs to appear in sd pricing during billing

    Dear Gurus
    Consider the following scenario.
There is a plant in Bombay which sells material to a customer in Hyderabad. The order is valued at Rs100.
During physical despatch (shipment), the freight cost is known to be Rs 120 (shipment cost)
At the time of billing (VF01), freight cost should be charged to customer. i.e. - the necessary freight condition values should appear in pricing procedure in billing document.
That means the net value of billing document should be Rs220 and this amount should be posted in FI.
    Kindly help with this
    Regards
    SDC

    Dear SD Consultant,
1.The documentation says that in Commercial pricing procedure (V/08) these condition types should be marked manually. Why?
-->If you maintain condition type as mandetory system will get the value automatically from the condition record or it will through the error.
-->If you maintain condition type as manual system will copy the freight cost from the shipment cost document based on the copy control settings.
2.Secondly, the indicator specific pricing procedure in Commercial pricing procedure (V/08) must be selected so that the condition class and the statistical indicator are redetermined and are not copied from the shipment cost pricing procedure. Can you explain this more in detail ?
-->The condition class and the statistical indicator are maintained in the Shipment cost pricing procedure for those condition types ,but while copying, those indicators will not get copy from the shipment cost pricing procedure so they are telling that maintain those indicators(SAME) for that condition type ZFRE in the commercial invoice pricing procedure.
3.The documentation says that the price source field in copy control from Delivery to Billing should be set as F (Shipment costs) for the respective item. Please explain this in detail.
-->Go to transaction VTFL then select your delivery type and invoice type then click on item then select item category go in to details hare you can find field Price source enter "F" - Shipment cost.
The conclusion is only Cost will be copied no condition types or any other settings not copied so we need to define same condition types and maintain same settings in the condition types to identification of shipment cost and to post the accounting.
I hope it will make you clear,
    Regards,
    Murali.
