Hi Miku,
Pricelist allows you to create a list of prices valid at a certain date for a certain list of products and group of business partners.
You can use price lists to make your current prices available in list form at any time. You can create price lists individually for customers or customer groups and certain products. Viz. The furniture company Holz & Leim publishes a catalog in color every year without details of prices. They provide a different price list with the catalog for each customer group. Price list A for major customers contains quantity discounts and no value-added tax, price list B for end customers contains prices with tax.

Pricing Report - V/LD
Create Net Price List - V_NL
Other than "VK13", to display the price, you can use V/LD - Execute Pricing Report to check the prices entered into the Pricing Master.
Normally Pricing Report - "07 Cust.-specific Prices with Scale Display" will do.

Pricing List Report V_NL

Dear Gurus
I am running the V_NL pricing list report however its asking for Plant as a mandatory selection field. Is it possible for me to take this mandatory tick off and run the report without specifying a Plant ? the customers pricing is based on the customer and material not specific to a plant.
I have looked at creating a report in V_LA however I'm only getting the condition records in the out put not a calculated value.
In report painter only the FI libraries I was able to find or is there a library that i should be using.

Change - V/LB
Display - V/LC
Execute - V/LD
Slect table sales orgz, dist. chaneel, division, material, item, etc.

Pricing list - Retail

Hi all,
For pricelist pricing i have maintained the following settings,
WB02 merchandise catagory level pricelist is activated
Maintained PB00 pricelist condition record(Sales org/dc/pricelist condition table)
Basic data retail(IMG) Distribution chain level pricelist price is activated
Maintained Pricing type determination for price list
Maintained control data pricing table data backup maintained the relevant condition table which is maintained for the PB00.
*Error is:* "No basic purchase price relevant to pricing found with schema RMISR0"
Please let me know where i am going wrong for the pricelist pricing to solve the above

Hi ,
In IS-Retail Sales Price calculation is happening from your Purchase Price. There is a link between Purchase Pricing Procedure and Sales Pricing Procedure.
For your Purchase Pricing Procedure refer RMISRO (TCode M/08)and for every purchase condition type which will affect your Sales Price tick Relevant to Pricing under Tab Sales Pricing.

Costing using % of Pricing (List Price)

Hello Experts,
Our marketing department would like to value the COGS of a new product based on a % of pricing.
Since this new product is only purchased for re-sale the option that we have is to set a fixed price in the Unit Cost estimate functionality to value the COGS.
But since the unit cost estimate functionality only allows an absolute value for each of the different components, its no different to setting up a standard price for the year.
Is there an alternative option in SAP whereby the COGS posted into FI is based on the % of the gross sales value of the Sales Order? So that the COGS can vary by customer list price rather than the COGS for the new product being standard across all customers.
We are procuring goods through Inter-company.

Advanced Pricing - Price Lists

I have customers that use our retail price list however because of our contract with them, cannot purchase certain items on that price list. How do I exclude items on a priced list based on customers. I have qualifiers that define the customers that fall into this category but how do I attach them item by item on the price list?

How about creating 2 customer classes
a. Regular
b.Special
and Associate special customers for whom you want the items on the pricelist to be excluded.
Then use this class as a pricing attribute, in the pricelist.
e.g Item XYZ --> attribute - Regular -> 9.0$
Item XYZ --> Attribute - special -> 0.0 $
You could source value for this attribute from TCA table and associate in the attribute management.

I think BOM is created In Master Recipe and not individually that's why you are facing this problem.So
go to C202 (Change Master Recipe) and change your BOM here manually.For this go to Material screen.If select the required production version (in case of more then one Prod. Version).You will find the BOM tab here.Go to this tab and change your BOM.
Change the Massage Control via below path,
SPRO ---> Production ---> Basic Data ---> Bill of Material ---> General Data ---> Change Message Type ---> Here select Massage no. 29 - 358 (BOM can only be changed via &) and change it to warning or Dialog .

Dear Sap gurus,
I posted yesterday the same queries, but i c the comment from sap gurus that my requirement is not very clear.
My Requirement is to create a new pricing list type ( Field: PLTYP) FOR A particular sales organisation.
Pls let me know the config steps how to create and assign it.

Dear Friend,
Price LIst Type 9Category) can be defined at:
IMG - Sales and Distribution - Basic Functions - Pricing - Maintain Price-Relevant Master Data Fields - Define price list categories for customers.
Here you can define Price List Categories (Types).
These Proce LIsts Types can be selected at Sales Order - Item Details - Sales B Tab - Price LIst field under Pricing & Statistics Tab.
Now this Proce LIst type is not defined for any particular Sales Organisation. But what you can do is while maintaining Condition Records, have a selection option of Sales Organisation.
I mean in the access sequence of Price condition record Sales Organisation in Condition Table.
Thus the Condition Record for a particular Price LIst would be valid for a particular Sales Organisation only.

Pull Price from basic Price List

Hi Experts,
Could you help us build a FMS to populate item price in a marketing document from the basic price List (price list 1) if the price is blank, not found in the Special Prices and then in the assigned pricing list for a specific customer?
Let's be more specific with an example:
Items 1 and 2 are on a Special price List for customer C20000.
Items 1, 2, 3 and 4 are on Price List Distributor, which is assigned to C20000.
All items are in the Basic Price List.
Order placed for items 1, 3 and 5.
SBO finds the price for items 1 (from Special Price list) and 3 (Price List Distributor) correctly, it works perfectly. However, price for item 5 is blank. In this case, we want to look for the price from the main price list, let's say price List 1.
The customer can't populate all items in every Price List, as it would be very hard to manage. By the way, Price Lists are entered manually or uploaded, not based on the Basic Price List.

Hi Art,
The issue is actually supported by SBO out of the box. You have three types of prices, and the system looks in the following sequence:
1. Special pricing by BP - Item. This list includes few items with specific pricing agreements.
2. Price List assigned to the BP (our customer has one by Customer Group, which includes some items with manual pricing and the rest at the regualr Basic Price List.
3. Basic Price list. The Group Price Lists are based on the Basic Price list with a factor of 1 (or anything you need). SBO automatically populates all items into the Group Price Lists, except for the items that have already a manual price entered.
The tables that it uses are:
OPLN - List or price lists
ITM1 - Prices lists (actual pricing)
SPP1 - Special pricing (or SSP2)
In summary, we didn't have to write the FMS.

Price List keeps changing

I want to go in the inventory record & find the standard pricing listed first. When I create a new item, it defaults to the non-standard pricing. When i change it to standard & hit update, go out of the inventory item & go back in, it is changed back to the non-standard price.
Is it defaulting to a non-standard price list because of an alphabetical rule?

Our customers have very specific classes. It is essential that we provide that business with the correct price list. There are many that are coming through the eCommerce site that will default to a Standard price list.
The types of customers have a brand-awareness name associated with them, but i cannot use their membership name because it will put it at the Standard Pricing. For the B1 user, it is important they distinguish who gets what. The most accurate way i see that happening is to give the Price list the title of the membership they belong to... it looks cleaner too.

Is Skype WiFi hotspot list on map view out yet?

I was looking for WiFi's location list, and I found that on the pricing list of Skype WiFi page there are given the names of the hotspot providers.
But I don't think that only name can help you to locate the place.
What I was looking for is map view of hotspot location..
I read somewhere that work was in progress on it.
So is it progressed till now or shall we have to wait further?

@Neil: Thanks for sharing, but what is really - in the case you describe - the point of using Skype Credit instead of just paying normally for the pay hotspot that WiFI Finder has brought you to? Is it much cheaper, easier etc.? If not I'lll spare myself for the inconvenience of transfering money to my Skype account (and thereby paying in advance) - and just use the pay and free hotspots that WiFi will locate for me. If i execute the above code, I am getting the below exception.

If i try to substitute "View" with any 1 of the roles given above also, I face the same issue. Any light on this issue will be of great help.

After much ado, I contacted Apple and they told me to perform the following steps to deal with the Rights and Pricing dilemma. Choose just one country, then submit book. After everything is accepted, sign in to iTunes Connect, Manage Your Books, choose your title with an incomplete rights/pricing list, then in the upper right hand corner of the page that appears, select the blue button, "Rights and Pricing". There you can add the rest of the countries without a hitch!

Why is visual voicemail free for iPhone but not for other phones?
