Pricing procedure in RFQ
I have copied pricing procedure & defined with Z.
While maintaining RFQ, it is not adopting new pricing procedure...
How to get new pricing procedure in RFQ doc
In the Pricing there are two diff pricing procedure you have to define if oyu use your custom pricing
The first pricing is main pricing which will pickedup in the PO but there is another pricing oyu need which will be used in the the Info record, Contract, RFQ etc.
so your main pricing contains PB00 and PBXX or if you have defined custom gross pricing condition than
but your second pricing procedure will be exactly same but without PBXX
e.g. ZB00 and ZBXX
ZB00 is pulling the price from Info record or contract or RFQ.
to get you own pricing you have to go M/06 and enter your gross pricing conditon e.g. ZB00 and than go to Master data portion and enter you second pricing procedure which has only ZB00.
Your ZB00 should have access sequence attached
once you done with this thatn you will see your own condition in RFQ.

Pricing Procedure for RFQ and Contract
Hi All,
I have configired new pricing procedure for external purchaseing documents import and export business.
This pricing procedure is working fine for PO but while manitan quatation and create contract Iam not able see configured pricing procedure.
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
Thanks
Nagaraj.KHi
Have you maintained a supplementary pricing procedure, if not please maintain a pricing procedure similar to RM0002, assign this to the Basic condition type PB00 or your customized one.
Thanks & Regards

Dear sir,
Please advise from where do we get the pricing procedure ,condition types in Me47.since pricing procedure in PO comes from vendor.but if we maintain same vendor in RFQ,it shows different condition types there.
Pls suggest.
ThanksHI Sweta,
Pricing procedure in RFQ depends on whether you define your RFQ document type in customizing as time dependent or time independent conditions in
OLME ->RFQ/Quotation ->Define Document Types
Here select your document type ->Right scroll -> You will find a column Time-D.C
Case 1> Time D.C is not selected : (i.e time independent conditions )
In this case your pricing procedure for RFQ and PO is same
Case 1> Time D.C is selected : (i.e time dependent condition)
Here your pricing procedure will be selected from your gross price condition i.e from PB00 (or whatever )
Go to M/06 -> Select PB00 ->Details ->under master data -> you will find a field PricingProc (in standard RM0002)
this pricing procedure is used in RFQ
so from your question it seems that you have time dependent condition so you need to check that pricing procedure in M/08
I hope it clarifies -

Header Condtion for RFQ and Conract pricing procedure
Hi All,
we have configured new pricing procedure purchansing documents.
We are able to see in PO, header and Item condtion types but In RFQ and COntract we are able to see only at item level.
Please guide us how to resolve this issue.
Thanks
Nagaraj KHi,
please check first the document type for the RFQ and the contract you
are using. Was the time-dependent conditions flag set for these document types?
The standard schema for purchasing documents is RM0000. In gross price
condition type PB00, supplementary calculation schema is RM0002.
When updating time-dependent conditions in a purchasing document, the
system will first check the main schema. It will check the first
condition type, which is the gross price condition type PB00 in
standard. It will find the supplementary pricing procedure (RM0002 in
in standard) that is assigned to the gross price condition type. These
are the supplementary conditions that can be included together with
pb00 for the quotation item.
Table A019 is used for header conditions for contracts, scheduling
agreements and quotations using time-dependent conditions. When you
want to maintain header conditions in the quotation, the system will
check all conditions in standard schema RM0000, to see if any contain
an access sequence that includes table A019. In standard, only condition
type RA01 contains an access sequence which includes table A019.
Therefore condition type RA01 will be proposed for updating in standard.
RA01 is defined with it's own supplementary pricing procedure RM0001.
You will only be able to include condition types that are used together
with RA01 as supplementary conditions from RM0001!

Hi all,
I have problem identifying the link between the schema group and the pricing procedure. Where is that in SPRO?
And also, which transaction do i use to maintain the condition records?
How do i know if the pricing procedure is for PO or for info record? or rather can i actually configure a pricing procedure for info record?

What are the steps in pricing determination in MM. Condition, Access sequence and schema:-
In the SAP MM Pricing is more important. Just yesterday I have completed the Pricing as I am doing the SAPMM now. I can give some light on this Topic, not 100%. After 2 days definitely some more I can share.
The Basic thing is Condition Technique. In which there are
1. Access Sequence 2. Condition Record 3. Condition Type 4. Condition Table.
A Access Sequence access a Condition Record of a Condition Type in a Condition Table is a Condition Technique. This is a simple logic
Here the Condition Type is very important like PB00, PBXX,RA01 etc.
In the background every Condition Type has its own defition means the purpose of the Condition Type like, is it for Pricing or Percentage, Quntity base, Accrual Feilds etc is to be defined to work this functions.
Normally we use the existing ones without any risk. But some cases, we have to Create a New Condition Types as per the organisation requirement.
The Pricing Schema is useful to minimise condition types while mention prices for Vendor on the basis of Pricing Schema which we defined according to organisation requirement.
The Pricing Schema means the calculations procedure of Condition Type.
Ex. RA01 - Discoount % is caclulated on PB00 - Gross Price means
RA01 is based on PB00 like that we have to define in the Pricing Schema
which makes easy to use in realtime.
Here PB00 has the Access Sequence - 0002.
But RA01 does not have the Access Sequence. Why because it is a dependent on PB00. But both are Condition Types.
In the system, by default some standard Scheme will be there at Vendor Schema Group in the Vendor Master Screen means the standard one is assigned which is very lengthy which may fullfil our requirement. But some cases which may not fullfil our requirement, in such we have to define.
For the configuration, I may not able to explain properly through here but will give some Idea.
Configuration: SPRO-IMG-Material Management- Purchasing- Conditions-Define Price Deternmination Process
1. Define Access Sequence
2. Define Condition Type
3. Defince Calculation Schema:- Here you have to define the Schema
Define Schema group
1. Define Schema Group vendor
2. Define Pricing Schema group
3. Schema group for Purchase Organisation
4. Assign Schema group to Purchase Organisation
Define Schema determination
1.define calculation schema for Standard purchase organisation
After completion of the Schema Group, we have to assign it to Vendors.
Then whenever we use any transaction with this Vendor, the concerned Schema will work as configured by us.
I think this will help you. Actually the Pricing is a vast. Becuase each Condition have its own importance and each Access Sequence have its own importance. So you need not bother about this. First you learn how to define the Calculation Schema through the above.
Here we can create many Calculation Schemas which can assign one schema to Local vendors
another schema to out side vendor one more schema to foreign vendors like that we can classify.
hope this will clear ur doubt.Definitely it will help you something.
Reward the points -

Tax procedure settings
OBBG - Assign Country to calculation procedure.
OBCO - Specify structure for Tax Jurisdiction code. For country like U.S.A.
LG -> character length of first level of hierarchy within your tax jurisdiction code structure.
LG -> Second level of hierarchy as above.
LG -> Third level of hierarchy as above.
LG -> Fourth level of hierarchy as above.
TX -> Tick if you want the system to determine taxes on a line by line basis instead of determining them on a cumulative basis
per tax jurisdiction code.
OBCP - Define Tax Jurisdiction code
Dil -> Tick if you do not want tax amounts included in the based amount used for calculating cash discounts.
Txl -> Tick if you want the cash discount amount deducted from the base amount that is used to calculate taxes.
FTXP - Define Taxes on Sales/Purchases Code.
OBCL - Allow Tax codes for non-taxable transactions.

Pricing procedure of free goods
Could anyone please tell me the effect of pricing procedure in free godds? And what is the difference between pricing procedure in free goods(IMG->Sales and Distribution->Basic Funcions->Free Goods) and pricing procedure in pricing(IMG->Sales and Distribution->Basic Funcions->Pricing)
Hi Wei Zhang,
When there are more than 2 materials say material A which is of some price, and material B which is Free of cost, then the item category will be different for those. TAN for Mat A and TANN for materail B.
Pricing is depends upon the customer pricing procedure and document pricing procedure along with the Sales Area.
When there are free Goods, Again yu have two conditions
1. Give 100 % discount on free goods.
2. Or charge 0 value for that.
This pricing procedure you can do in free goods priocing procedure.
Hope this will help.

dear friends,
how to view the pricing procedure of sales
regards
RashmiHi,
same like others said you can go to V/08 or VOK0 to see your pricing procedure & you can also view the same Procedure at Header & item Level too.
If you want to check how & from where the the system is fetching pricing for your Customer & material in the sales order for that go to Header/ Item condition Tab. Page & go for Analysis.here you can check what are the different condition type passing you the Value for your customer/material.
