Primavera CM Repository warning.

Question

While trying to add/ update some thing in Primavera CM, We are getting the following error:
"content repository service setting not initialized........."
I have tried the solution given in the following link but the error is still there.

Can anyone advise, what else shoul we try to eleminate this error.

which version of CM? ie. CM 13 SP4
if using SP4 or above there would be a server folder that needs to be placed in the jboss directly,
\jboss-5.0.1.GA\server\cm\lib\ext\com\primavera\exponline\server
ensure there is not an additional server directly at the end, ie.
\jboss-5.0.1.GA\server\cm\lib\ext\com\primavera\exponline\server\server

verify the admincm.cmd utility has settings similar to below according to your db platform:
Oracle
* URL: jdbc:oracle:thin:@<database server name or ip address>:<database port>:<Oracle SID>
Example: jdbc:oracle:thin:@localhost:1521:XE
* Database User Name: EXPADMIN
* Database Password: expadmin
* Repository Home: C:/PROGRA~1/Oracle/CONTRA~1//RepositoryHome
* Admin User Name: EXPADMIN
* Admin Password: expadmin
NOTE: There are two forward slashes preceding the RepositoryHome folder. This is not a typographical error.
Microsoft SQL Server
* URL: jdbc:sqlserver://<database server name or IP address>:<database port>;database=EXPADMIN;
Example: jdbc:sqlserver://localhost:1433;database=EXPADMIN;
* Database User Name: exp
* Database Password: sql
* Repository Home: c:/PROGRA~1/Oracle/CONTRA~1//RepositoryHome
* Admin User Name: exp
* Admin Password: sql
NOTE: There are two forward slashes preceding the RepositoryHome folder. This is not a typographical error.
