im going to study system engineer and i want to buy a new laptop for my career, so ive been thinking in a macbook pro, but i heard that its not advisable because in system engineer you need to download and work with advanced pogramms that cant be downloaded in mac os x.
soo. is it advisable to me?

A MacBook Pro is a fine computer, but it depends on the policy of the school you will be attending. Some schools say, "any computer will work fine" others say, "We use software that only runs on one kind of computer." So you really need to ask your school.
Engineering in general seems to be old-fashioned in the techniques and tools that they use. That they are getting anything new accomplished is sometimes astonishing. You will probably have four semesters of Calculus to learn before they let you do anything really interesting. And during that time, you will have English and History papers to write. Macs are very good for that work as well.
If you will be doing work in another Language as well as English, Macs can switch quickly between them, and surf the web and print in other languages really easily as well.

Did you try sending your resume/cv to the email address in the first post, as he requested? To expect him to continually check this thread is not reasonable, and to not follow his instructions does not make and prospective applicant appear capable of following directions. How much effort is there to sending the info as directed, the original post is pretty recent. And why do you have a link to another site?
