When we create a invoice against two delivery only one first delivery number shown on invoice ?
but my client want to print all delivery number on invoice print out.
can you please guide me how to provide it coz only one delivery print .

Ask your Developer to add all the Deliverys under the billing form need to print in the billing
give him the logic VBRK-vblen go toVBFA pass the VBLEN pick all deliverys display in the billing form.
which need to add in the out put type.

When attempting to print 'All Sheets', number crashes??

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem but I can't seem to find a reason why.
When trying to print, either to a hard copy or to pdf, if I select just this sheet and print one page at a time all is good. However when I select all sheet, it goes downhill quickly. It'll either lock up before the print options window opens or within seconds.
I even tried opening the file with 2.3 to print but unfortunately it won't even let me do that now, as I'm assuming 3.0 changed something in the version when I saved it.
From looking on here and other forums I'm not the only one that is utterly disappointed with this release. I'm really regretting the upgrade.

You could also try the Export to PDF... option, which exports all sheets. Maybe that will work better than printing to PDF.. (I have a problem printing here too, but it's an OS X upgrade printer driver problem rather than a Numbers 3.0 problem. But the Export to PDF works fine.)

My HP printer all of a suden stop printing.

Yesterday the printer worked fine. today without my permission it sends all my print requests to either one note or to Hp print but that line says error not on line. Ihave checked all the cords they look fine. I turned off the printer and re-set it by turning it back on. Still it doesnot work.
What happened and how can I fix it?

PDFs won't print all pages; spool disappears in printer

I've got the latest and greatest of acrobat pro on mac os x 10.5.7. I'm printing a 2 MB PDF, that's 28 pages. For the life of me... I can't get it (or any document) to print more than 4 pages. I've tried printing from multiple computers, rebooting machines, the job will disappear out of the print monitor spool. The Printer I have is Konica Minolta 5550 connected via ethernet... I wasn't sure if this was related to Acrobat or the Printer, so I decided to print a 10 page indesign document... printed flawlessly...

Met with IT. tried to install a native driver (as opposed to a generic postscript). Same problem. There's a solution that sits outside of Acrobat... Mac OS X "Prevew", prints the doc flawlessly. I'm not sure what else to do. I've even tried some advanced settings to print as image, where it takes a long time to flatten each page, then print.. no pages will print. I'm inclined to say it's a memory issue between the Mac and this printer, but perplexed because there is no issue with "Preview"...

Firefox prints all webpages as images while printing as pdf.

I save pages as pdf using PDF-Printer that comes with Acrobat X Pro. But Firefox (16.0.2) prints the pages (text plus images) as image. This makes it impossible to select text or use search feature.
I tested it with IE and Chrome. In both cases the created PDFs are as expected (texts can be selected).
I tried the solution outlined in the following links and none of them work.

If the printer (PDF printer settings) has an option to '''Embed fonts''' you can try selecting that. Another thing you could try is to print a sample from notepad. If it's okay you can try that font type for '''Serif''' in Firefox '''Tools''' ('''Alt''' + '''T''') > '''Options''' > [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Options%20window%20-%20Content%20panel Content] > '''Advanced''' (beside Fonts & Colors) > while deselecting '''Allow pages to choose their own fonts, ...''' and check.

try to check if you can choose OCR-B in Smartform Layout Designer.
If not, then the font might be corrupt and you must turn to Basis team.
If yes, then it is not a truetype font. And you muss upload a truetype font (.ttf, licenced font, might be with cost) into SAP by SE73. Something like this:

Duplex Printing SapScript: Invoice - Printer tries but fails backside?

Hi experts!
I have the following problem:
I want to print invoices with duplex mode (using both sides of the paper to save money). I read the forum here and found out several things.
1. Printer Admin (SPAD) -> Set the printer to Duplex mode
Q: Is this general setting needed at all? I just want to print the backsides for invoices
2. SapScript Form Development (SE71) -> Set Duplex Mode for Page First and Next
Q: Do I have to set both to duplex? I have the standard setup so First -> Next -> Next ...
The Problem:
I tried to print out a 4 page long invoice and I observed the Printer doing it. The Printer tries to duplex by holding the page back at the half and pulling it in again. But then it prints "Nothing" on the backside; also it does this for all 4 pages. Result is: I have 4 pages instead of 2 but the printer needs double the time compared with default printing.
Printer ok?
Facing this I tried the text with transaction SO10: SAPSCRIPT-PRINTMODETEST to ensure, the printer can duplex at all.. and it worked perfect. So I can duplex within the text by using the command NEW-PAGE DUPLEX... but that does not help me with my invoice problem at all!. I could use the command in SapScript but the mechanism determing when a page is full would not work anymore. I would not know when a page is full and I dont want to mess with that arround at all.
So where is my mistake?
Do I have to adjust the print-report?
Is it needed to set First as well as Next to duplex?
Do I have to set in SPAD to duplex in addition?

Hi Aidan,
The tray problem seems to be like the following:
Page First shall be printed from tray 1 because we have special paper for that with the company logo in color on it. All other pages shall be printed on regular white paper from tray 2 (its cheaper of course).
I checked it out: it is cheaper to print all pages of the invoice on the expensive paper with duplex then using simplex with the two different types of paper... but thats just for the interest
As the page FIRST shall be from tray1 and NEXT should have been from tray2 the printer did not try to print the first NEXT (so the second page) page on the backside of the FIRST page because the paper came from the wrong tray.
The trick with PAGE2 that comes as well from tray1 enabled the printer to print the second page on the backside of page FIRST.
My current problem is the following (and most likely not SAP-solvable):
Its best to explain like the following. Take a normal DINA4 empty sheet of paper and mark it with a cross on the upper right corner. Thats where our log is.
It is in Tray 1 of our printer are the sides with the logo facing down and towards you. If we print in simplex, then the invoice is printed properly on the side with the logo.
If we print Duplex then we would have to insert the paper with the logo facing upwards and away from you to have the first page printed on the side with the logo correctly.
the Problem with that is that I would have to change any form to duplex otherwise all other printmessages are printed wrong. And if someone prints on the "good" paper in simplex mode (for example from MSOffice) then they will print on the wrong side of the doc.
Summary:
I can print Duplex now with the hints you gave me but I have strategic problems. Another problem is that some customers dont want duplex invoices as they scan the invoices automatically and would miss out every second page.

SAP form- Printing all pages on same page

HI Gurus,
We are facing a strange issue while printing more than one page.
The system generates the spool with the correct number of pages , but the printer prints all pages on the same paper (the word of one page over the words of other pages) ?!?!?!?!
The program prints all pages correctly if I print from another program a report for example . Also if I print with only one page it goes fine.
Hence i assume it cannot be a printer issue.
Did anyone faced any kind of similar issues? Pls let me know if u have any solution to this.

Print All Objects

On some of my Analyzer 7.2.5 reports, when I try to print with"Print All Objects", the radio button grays out andfreezes, and I need to kill it through Windows Task Manager. This has consistently happened to the multiple-object (6objects) reports, but it also inconsistently happened to reportswith 3 objects - it happens to some 3-object reports, but not theother 3-object reports. It seems to work fine with other reportswith 1 single object. Does anyone know the limit, which it shouldn't, of thefunction? Thanks.

Using UTL_FILE is not necessarily the only option.

I see that you are having issues with the pages all printing black. I would like to help you out today.
Most likely it would be caused by the toner, hardware issue with the printer or the fuser.
Are you using Genuine HP Toner?
Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (don't use a power hub or a surge protector) This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
Inspect the toner cartridge for damage:
1. Remove the toner cartridge from the product and verify that the sealing tape has been removed.
2. Check the memory chip for damage.
3. Examine the surface of the imaging drum on the bottom of the toner cartridge.
CAUTION: Do not touch the roller (imaging drum) on the bottom of the cartridge.
Fingerprints on the imaging drum can cause print-quality problems.
4. If you see any scratches, fingerprints, toner or other damage on the imaging drum, replace the toner.
5. If the imaging drum does not appear to be damaged, rock the toner cartridge gently several times and reinstall it. Print a few pages to see if the problem has resolved.

How do I get a text box to expand by user and print all text?

I am creating a form in Adobe Live Cycle Designer that was converted from a Word file that contains many text boxes. I would like the text box to expand to accomodate each user's text in edit mode. When the form is printed - all the entered text should print. Even though I set the text box to allow multiple lines, all the user sees when they print is a box with just a couple of lines and a red + in the corner indicating that there is more text. There must be a work around? I am not very proficient in this software so would love someone to give me the necessary steps. Thanks.

You better write a PERFORM statement in Script and in the subroutine fetch the Delivery number and Invoice number with the following links and display them in script

It does not appear possible to either open all of the (or selected) links on a page in tabs nor print all of the pages in tabs (like a book).

In applications that use a browser control or open web pages, there are frequently (nearly always) mechanisms to open multiple links on a page in tabs, print all (or selected) tabs, or print all linked pages (the latter is pretty much universal as an OS call). Additionally, like Links (in IE) or Bookmarks (in Mozilla) can be 'named', so can 'tabs'. Some editors (and applications) permit tabs to be 'named'. As I recall, in an editing mode, Netscape used to do this, just like you could edit a page. For authors and researchers, this would be invaluable primarily because neither are frequented by earnings capable of affording those spendy apps like Adobe or Corel that do that, because programmatically it is reasonably simple to maintain an association of symbolic links, and that Mozilla could immediately become the browser of choice as IE can do nothing of the sort (well, may be new IE can).
