May I know how to print out all the individual user authorization setup in SAP B1?

Hi Thomas,
Go to the authorization form. For the first user:
- Expand the whole tree.
- Use the Export to Excell functionallity. 2 Files will be exported. The first one is the users matrix. The second one is the selected user´s authorization tree.
- Repeat this for other each user
- Print the excell files.
PS: Looks Franks solution is easier. Good to know.

Problem with Printer Utility Setup when installing Epson printer

Hi everyone,
Hope some kind soul here can help me out on this.
I bought a Epson Stylus CX7300 All-in-one printer yesterday and am having difficulty installing the printer driver onto my eMac running on OSX 10.3.9.
I followed the procedure on the Epson installation disc and even called up their customer support office and went through step-by-step guides to troublesome the cause. Even downloaded the latest driver from the Epson site, and installed it, but every time I open up a document and tries to print, the following would occur:
1. When I click "PRINT", a pop-up will appear, and under the printer field, it will be indicated as "NO PRINTER SELECTED"
2. I would then select "EDIT PRINTER LIST" from the printer field - after which another pop-up will appear saying "You have no printers available. Would you like to add your list of printers now?"
3. When I click "ADD", an error pop-up will appear saying "The application Printer Setup Utility has unexpectedly quit. The system and other applications have not been affected. Would you like to submit a bug report to Apple?"
I have submitted tonnes of "bug reports" to Apple since yesterday but nothing happened.
I also tried to open Printer Utility Setup directly from under System/Applications/Utilities, but the same error will appear and it will just quit "unexpectedly".
Is there any remedy to this?
Oh, the strange thing is, the CX7300 can scan images fine, and I also managed to do a test print from Epson's utility.

Hi, I was just about to post the same question myself. I'm trying to sort out a friends iMac G5 with a Canon Pixma(?) printer. In this case the printer used to work OK, but after moving house and setting it up again, Print Utility crashes every time when trying to add the printer.

Ps CS5 "Print Page Setup" dialog will not open

Hello: I was printing via my Photoshop CS5.
I accidentally created a paper size of 0cm x 0cm and attempted to print (up to this point Photoshop and Print worked).
I now (permanently) get an error message: "There was an error opening your printer. . . "
Photoshop >File >Print. . . will not open the Print Page Setup.
Photoshop >File >Print one copy (works, but still tries to print 0cm x 0cm, the printer spits out a blank page).
Using the (Mac/Apple) app 'Preview' I deleted the paper size preset '0cm x 0cm'.
apps; Preview, Text Edit, Mail, Word, . . . all print properly (they can open the 'Print Page Setup' dialog).
I set up two other printers (now three in total) and they work with all applications (except Photoshop).
I uninstalled and re-installed Photoshop and my printers, including all their preference files.
Also, I again deleted Photoshop preference files by opening Photoshop while pressing 'Shft-Opt-Cmd'.
In 'System Preferences' >Print & Fax >Printers; I reset my computer's "Printing System".
I repaired 'Disk Permissions', Safe Boot and have also done multiple restarts.
Since only Photoshop has a problem, I believe Photoshop has (somewhere) set a preference thinking it's default paper size is 0cm x 0cm which is throwing an error and preventing the 'Print Page Setup' from opening.
I updated Photoshop Adobe Air, Printers, . . . after re-installing.
I ran an app that clears my computer's caches.
I reinstalled (and updated) my computer's operating system (OS only, not my account and data).

Hello: I repaired my (Print: Page Setup. . . dialog panel will not open) problem.
The fix was one of the many suggestions I researched in the 'Adobe Help'.
    Unfortunately I dismissed this solution (until now).

Wireless printer is setup, but the HP Installer Setup program is in a never-ending loop

Wireless printer is setup (HP Officejet 4500), but the HP Installer Setup program is in a never-ending loop. It says "Fatal error during installation." and keeps trying to uninstall/reinstall/ etc etc etc. Printer is setup and runs fine, just need to get rid of this crazy loop - any guidance?

Which OS is installed?
I recommend that you uninstall the printer software from the HP folder in start-->All Programs -->HP --> uninstall software
After the uninstall is completed and your system restarted install and configure the printer again.

I'm trying to print multiple reports together, is there any way i can setup the print page setup ( headers and footers ) so that i don't have to set it up for each report?
another issue i'm having is also say i set a print page setup( header and footer) for a specific report, then i change to a different report, then when i go back to the first report to print again the page setup settings is gone!

This should be possible if you have applied headers and footers to a non-enterprise view, such as the Gantt Chart view, resource sheet view etc. In this manner we can retain the Header and Footer information in the project after
saving and closing it. (The header and footer information will be available only from the view in which you have applied it)
Hence, if we have customized the Header and Footer in the Gantt Chart view, you will be able to view the same in Resource Usage view.

You can use below methods..
RFC connections
For releases < 6.10 SE01 -> create -> workbench req (next popup screen Fill in the BOX Target, write same SID as you are logged on to -> delete task created. Request/Task -> object list -> display object list -> change -> new entries -> r3tr tabu rfcdes -> enter -> extras -> change object function -> entire table -> save.
Release transport, check transport log, number of exported entries should be the same as rows in table.

Add description, project id (if listed) and sid (use log if not available) and save
Highlight unclassified transport
Delete (dustbin icon) and confirm

Facility to print authorisations

Customers frequently asked for a enquiry / report of the user authorisations. The only way to do it at the moment is to export one user at a time to EXCEL

To export to Excel, its a bit unusual, you click the Excel icon once and you get 2 exports, the first one exports the list of users, the second, exeports the authoriasations.

FR Report Print Layout Setup for Excel

Hello All,
Is there any way to setup the Page Layout for Excel export of the report.The user will export the report from HTML view on Workspace to Excel from File Menu options.After viewing the report in excel the user should be able to directly print the report without setting the page size and all.
The Page Set Up option seems to be working for PDF but not in excel.

As far as I know, this option is limited to pdf view. It could a nice enhancements in the upcoming versions as I've heard this request many times from various clients.

HP Laserjet P1102W Printer Wireless Setup Issues on a Mac

Numerous Problems trying to setup a wireless network on HP1102W laserjet printer on a mac and problems with printer going into sleep mode and then trying to wake the printer to print.
Nothing seems to work.

What version of Mac are you using? Mac OS X: How Do I Find Which Mac OS X Version Is on My Computer?
What kind of router or Airport are you using?
Print off a configuration page, let me know what the first 3 sets of the IPv4 address is and if the SSID is your network name. Printing a Configuration Page.
If you have a valid IP address for the printer then try and access the Embedded Web Server for the printer.
Type the IPv4 address into your web browser's address bar. Does it load the page for the printer?

HP DeskJet 712c Driver and Wireless Print Server Setup

I have recently purchased a MacBook Pro and am unable to setup my printer to print. Previous to using the MacBook Pro I was using a windows machine without any trouble printing to this printer, however now I can't locate the printer on a list of pre-installed drivers for Mac. I've already checked HP's website and was unable to find any drivers that were for Mac OS. What is a good alternative driver source? Once I do get the driver what would my next steps need to be to set up the wireless print server to work with my mac?

Wireless Print Server: D-Link DP-311P
I would be grateful for guidance to go about this process so that I can use my printer again.

HP-provided drivers don't support network printing. You'll need to install Foomatic (a PPD interpreter), ESP ghostscript (postscript translator) and the 712c PPD from:

Then, since we don't have the auto-setup software for OS X, you need to review the print server manual and find out which IP printing protocol to use. The easiest is HP Jetdirect (called TCP/IP raw port printing in many manuals) if it's available, because it doesn't require the device queue name.

AP Check Print Address setup

Hello folks - I am a new Oracle user here - so please forgive me if this is the wrong area.. I have a setup question for AP
We currently are on 11.5.10 and running on linux86.
When we run checks to pay employees, the only address that works is our default office address, even though we have entered the bill to supplier/home address.
When we import expense reports into payables/invoices and code the home address, the import is rejected.
What controls which address is used on employees expense checks?

In order to check the driver, i have seen in the following areas.
System Admin => Install => Printers => Register /Type /Style / DRIVER.
The driver postion is actually depending on the print style like "PDF Publisher" or "Portrait For Logo" etc.
Is this the place you want me to check ? or is there anything else i am missing ?
