Print Button not working properly in form

Hi Experts,
I have modified one form everything fine but i faced one problem.
when ever enter the item details in form then (print button is there)press the print button it will be give pdf file data properly coming,
again if i modify the item details then press the print button it's showing old data not updated.
please give me any solution ASAP.

It is quite unclear what you are saying. Are you saying you have a button which you have called "Print"? Does this button call Reports to generate a pdf file? What product versions are you using? Do not say "10g" or "9i" as these are product names. Please provide the complete product versions and tell us what platforms (operating systems) you are using for client and server.
yes i used print button,yes that print button call reprorts to generate a pdf file, oracle forms 10.1.2.0.2 frant end oracle apps, i used windows 7 O S 32bit.
it's not giving current data it's giving old data in pdf file . If i press 3 times save button then i press print button then it's give the current data befroe press the save button directly if i press prin button it'showing err request id process 2547 like

Print button not working with Xerox pluggins installed

Thanks to the wonderful people here I found that if you have any Xerox plugins in /Library/Printers/PPD Plugins you can experience the print button not working.
Removing them fixes it which is nice but I need the plugins, anyone know a work arround?

I've seen this happen with some of our Xerox PPD's on PC's. The cause in this case, is their reference to virtual memory with older OS systems.
I instead used an older PPD or a PPD I had edited to support 200"x200" custom pages sizes, supporting full color.
All I needed was a clean postscript file.
The Adobe 7 PPD writes clean PS.
If you need some kind of VIPP instructions in your PPD for the Xerox, I'd look at getting a newer PPD form Xerox made for OSX.

Printer is not working properly after I updated OS

My printer is not working after I updated my OS software. It will only print out pages as a mirror image. All the programs are not printing properly. Could really use some help fixing this issue.

What software did you update?
It is very difficult to offer troubleshooting suggestions when the "os version" you are using is unknown as each os has their own troubleshooting solutions.
Please describe in detail all you have attempted to do in order to resolve the issue. Have you contacted the printer manufacturer tech support? Read the printer's user manual? Your printer drivers updated to match your updated software?

Button not working properly.

Hi I bought my new HP Envy k112tx its capslock button is not working properly when pressed softly. It has to be pressed hard so that it could work, Its minor.What should i do?.

if it's not bugging you then you can safely just leave it, there is a small risk of causing damage to the keyboard though. If you contact HP they may be able to replace the keyboard for you unless it's less than 30 days old then you should be able to return it for a replacement unit, you'll still need to contact HP first though cause that's where the retailer will refer you to straight away

Export Button not working properly in custom OAF page.

I have a custom page with a table region is there. There is an export button which exports the rows in an excel sheet.
But it is not working properly, as all the rows are not getting extracted.
Properties set for the export button::
Export all rows :: False

Why is my sleep/turn off button not working properly?

I've had my iphone 5 for about 7 months and it's been having all sorts of problems, like the sleep/turn off button is not working like it did when i first got the phone! I have to press the button harder and on the left side for it to work. Is there anything I can do? Does anyone know the cause of it?

The Sleep/Wake button is a hardware issue and that's covered by the warranty. I would take it to the Apple Store and see what they can do.

Urgent..!!! printing is not working properly

In WD for java iam using adobe forms for printing.
There r 2 groups in my application in one group the user will enter the data and the user will press the button print.Then the 2nd group will visible in that there is a interactive form that also will get displayed.And after printing the user will press the button close and this group will invisible and the 1st group will be visible.But the problem is if the user entered the data and tried to print again ,then the 2 nd group is visible but the form is not getting displayed. But if close and open the application it is working properly........pls help me to solve this problem it is urgently needed,,,,,,,,,,,

Hi,
Just check that you might have not binded the visible property of interactive form to some context. If its binded then remove that and just set the visibility of the group.

Print button not working w/mandatory checkbox

I have a form with a mandatory checkbox at the end of form that prevents the user from submitting the form unless they click the acknowledgment that is working great.
My is issue is the print button is not working - what sort of javascript should be included so that the form will print?

Print Pro not working properly

Hi from California. I have the Mac OS X 10.6 and Photoshop CS6.
I've successfully installed Print Shop Pro but when i open it, the image I want to print doesn't appear in the preview window. Instead I just get a thumbnail of a question mark. I also can't click the bottom Print button.
By the way, I just bought the Canon Pixma Pro-10 (brand new) and for some reason whenever I print, I get black smears on my images. Unfortunately, I'm not good with technical stuff so I have no idea what's causing this?

I am not a Mac user but I have some friends that are. There has been some issues with Print Pro and Mac OS's.
My advice would be to upgrade to OS X Snow Leopard v10.6.8. That seems to make everything work well.
The black streaks are probably roller contamination. They need to be cleaned. How "brand new" was your printer? And did you set it up exactly as instructed. And most of all, you are using Canon ink? Never use off brand ink in a Canon printer, no matter how good they claim it is.

HP Smart Print button not working

I have IE9 and installed the HP Smart Print with Bing bar from HP download page and activated Smart Print as mentioned on download page. But when I go to a site and click th Smart print button, nothing happens.
I tried it on different sites and it never works. What can be the problem?

Touchpad Scroll-buttons not working properly

I was not sure if this is actually a Desktop Environment or Hardware problem, but since it's hardware related I will post it here.
The problem:
On my touchpad (on Acer Aspire 5610Z) I have scroll button for up/down/left/right and until a recent update the scroll buttons need to be clicked repeatably in order to scroll. Before the upgrade and the way I'm expecting to behave is that when I click and hold a button - it should repeat the scroll (I hope you are able to understand it). So basically my problem is that to scroll with the scroll-buttons I have to click it numerous times in order to scroll, instead of just holding the button pressed.
At the same time all other features like two-finger scrolling, gestures etc. are working, but I'm not used to scroll with two fingers and would like to have my scroll-buttons working.

I'm afraid the problem is in driver.
I compared sources of input-synaptics 1.6.3 and 1.7.0 and it seems that author has cut off the functionality of "repeating" scrollbuttons

My printer is not working properly now it is connected to Airport Express!!

I have purchased an Airport Express wireless router, which enables me to also make my Dell AIO A920 printer wireless also, so my wife and daughter can use the same printer from different rooms. They both use Dell laptops using Windows XP Home Edition.
The problem is that the printer physically prints out the first document/photo fine, but it does not complete in the printer software, the job stays at 99% in the printer progress bar. If I try to print something else out, the new print job just won't start. The next print job stays at pending status, probably because the first job does not 'officially' complete on the system, even though the actual print was sucessful. If I try to cancel the first print job to get rid of it, it just says the job is deleting in the print queue box, it never actually deletes though. I have to cancel the job and then restart the computer. This problem was not occuring when the printer was connected to the computer via the USB lead.
The only clue I have to what is not working is that if I have printed something and I have to restart the computer to print something else, after i click restart, I get a pop up message telling me a program won't close or is not responding (I can't remember which), it calls the program PSWX - Dell A920. Dell A920 is what my printer is called on my network.
Please help!!

Unfortunately this probably means that the Dell printer driver can't cope with been put on an Airport Express.
This is usually down to the small print buffer on the printer.
There is no solution.
