Hi Gurus,
Here I am running the report " cash book Print" t code:S_ALR_87012309 ,
even I maintained the text in SO10, still it is not showin the opening and cloising balances
Kindly help me, your valuable suggestions

Hi,
F4- Drop Down would not work here.
You need to type the text same as it is that you have maintained and the sytem would accept then.
Create a variant once you have run so that the same can be used afterwards again.

I want to print Cash Book, Bank Book & Purchase Register from my SAP ERP System. I do not have any ABAP Programmer for which reason I cannot develop any ABAP Program for the same. Can any one of you send me the ABAP Programs to print Cash Book, Bank Book and Purchase Register ASAP ?

Then you need to find the money to hire an ABAPer or jusy do without the requirements.
Do you really think people will spend time doing development for you in return for SDN points?! Most people I know work for money. SDN points do not clothe or feed a family...

Unable to print Remarks field from InBank book & Cash Book Reports

Hi,
for this bankbook and cashbook reports, we are using Financial Reports-> Accounting -> General Ledger
in this General Ledger Interface, "BP and Accounts" are two types. For both of modes, i am using same PLD Report.
I draged the Outgoing payment Remarks and Incoming Payment remarks on the Report, but i am unable to see the Remarks data on the report. when i drag the "Journal Remarks" field it is displaying on the report.
-How to bring the "Outgoing Payment and Incoming Payment Remarks " in General Ledger (Bank book & Cash Book)
- for bank book and cash book, General Ledger is the right Report or any other?
plz hep me asap. urgent.

I don't think you would be able to add Outgoing payment Remarks and Incoming Payment Remarks to this template. They are neither available for display nor is the OVPM or ORCT tables available to be added as a table to the PLD.

Print Cash Journal

When I print cash journal it does not display Cash Journalwise Opening and Closing Balances. It displays the Op. and Clg. Balances for the entire Company Code. How we can see the balances for each Cash Journal.

At tr.code FBCJC3 you can set up the printing program for each company code. It's better to use print.program RFCASH20 without a variant.

Why can't I print a book with iphoto 09?

I have a book under "keepsakes" that it says (0) next to the name of the album. But when I open it up you can see the pictures in there. I can't print the book though when I'm ready to input the number of copies that part is in gray and it won't let me choose one. I tried with another album and it doesn't work either.
Any suggestions?

Printing address book on day-timer portable page

Anyone have any suggestions for the page layout to print address book to Day-Timer Portable page format? They don't give any options (like Avery 5160, etc). My wife still likes her addresses printed out for her Day-Timer book. The old app that she previously used on her old Mac no longer works on the new OS on her MacAir.

I used to have the Palm Desktop application on my old Mac and that what we used to printout the Day-Timer Portable page format. Of course the Palm Desktop app no longer works on the new Mac OS. I guess if I could get the page layout for that app, I could duplicate the layout.

When printing a book to PDF, bookmark definitions are not saved

I recall seeing another post about this issue and I can't find it now, but none of the workarounds mentioned there worked for me, so here goes:
I am working on a book migrated from FM 9 to FM 11, and when I print to PDF, I specify the bookmarks I want to display in the Bookmarks tab of the PDF Setup for Selected Files dialog. The PDF prints fine, but when I want to print the book again, FM doesn't remember my settings, forcing me to set the bookmarks from scratch every time. This has proven pretty tedious seeing that I'm working with an old book in which the styles aren't intiutive, so trying to remember all of them every time isn't the best of fun. When I print a single file in the book, the settings are saved properly.
In the previous post, I remember reading that this was a bug in FM and trying the following suggested workarounds (none of which worked): Switching to structured mode; saving the desired setting in one file in the book, printing that document, and then printing the book (was supposed to result in FM remembering the settings for the entire book); saving the book right after it prints; selecting all files in the book and saving as PDF, as opposed to selecting the book and then File > Save as PDF.
I'd be glad to know if anyone has any ideas, or if Adobe are planning to post a fix for this issue.

It is my understanding that FrameMaker uses the setting stored in the first document of the book when creating a PDF from a book. So, open the first file in the book and make a PDF, setting your bookmarks as you want for the whole book. Then create the PDF of the book. Check the settings before you click Print to make sure they are what you want. You may have to make a few changes, but it should remember them the next time.
I work with FM 9, so this may not be relevant to FM11. I find it necessary to open the PDF settings dialog each time I make a PDF of a book, and click Save/OK/whatever, to make sure the bookmarks are created correctly. The settings are always correct, no changes needed; but I find it necessary to open the dialog and close it to get the bookmarks correctly indented in resulting PDF. It may have been fixed in FM11.

I have tried using the General Ledger Report but i need it as Column wise. and i have searched for ' 'XL-CashBook.ixr' but i didnt find this file.
If i have 3 Accounts i need it to display it as in columns for those 3 accounts for the given period.

Microsoft Word- printing a books?

I can't seem to figure out to get my Microsoft word to print a book. On a Windows PC, there is the option to print a document in booklet form, where the pages are doubled and you can print entire books this way.
i see a lot of questions about Aperture in relation to book printing, but I don't want to pay for printing my books nor do I want to have to save it in PDF. What a giant pain. Am I just too daft to find the option for printing bookfolds in Microsoft Word or was Apple being a greedy monopolizing cretin by removing that option and forcing us to buy Aperture?
P.S. If anyone has any freeware that doesn't require PDF conversion and is simple, please do tell. Thanks.

Office comes with extensive help. I suggest you take the time to look in the help files for the answer. Word is quite capable of printing in book form but your document layout needs to be properly configured.

Really quick question about printing a book

if i should upload the pictures to iphoto to print a book should i export the pictures as AdobeRGB 1998 or ProPhotoRGB .jpegs????
the website only says jpegs..... what would my best choice be.....????

Yes - do not use Adobe RGB - sRGB is correct
and test a few photos - some people have had problems importing Lightroom edited photos into iPhoto
