Print comments from PDF larger?

I have a client who wants to print comments from Acrobat Reader XI. Is there any way to get a larger font size in the printouts than the very small default font? I can find no method other than printing the entire comment page scaled larger on an oversize sheet, which is very cumbersome and in this case impossible as she works at home and does not have a large format printer.

  • Import/Export comments from PDF

    Hi
I am using Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional. I am an application devleoper [.Net 4.0 , C#] . I need to export/ import comments from pdf. I will explain my scenario :-
       1.  I have three copies of the same pdf file. Each copy contains different comments.  i need to combine the comments from these three pdf file into a single             pdf file. Can i do this programattically ?
       2. From where i can get the API for the same ? [.Net 4.0]
      Looking for your responses.
       Regards
       Dominic

Open a PDF having sticky note and underline annotations applied with Acrobat XI Pro (the trial release will do  just fine).
    Open the Comments List.
From the Options menu select "Create Comment Summary".
Because you've an interest in getting comment annotation content into a Word file select the "Comments only" layout.
    Complete configuration as desired.
Click the "Create Comment Summary" button.
    Save the resultant PDF.
With this PDF open in Acrobat XI Pro use the click-path:
File :: Save As Other :: Microsoft Word :: Word Document or Word 97-2003 Document

  • Process to extract comments from PDF

    Greetings,
I need to extract comments from PDF during a process workflow.  Will exporting metadata alone work?  If not, could someone please point me in the right direction?
I'm not enitrely sure where the comments reside (written, sticky notes, stamps, etc.).
    Thanks in advance,
    Alex

I don't think the meta-data will give you th annotations layer of the PDF.  You'll probably need to use Assembler's invokeDDX service to export the comments into a n XFDF file (an XML representation of the comments)
The instructions should be in the DDX Reference:
    http://help.adobe.com/en_US/livecycle/9.0/ddxRef.pdf
    something like:
    <Comments result="doc1comments.xfdf" format="XFDF">
    <PDF source="doc1.pdf"/>
    </Comments>

  • Read Comments from PDF...

    Hello Everyone,
I need to know that how can we read comments from PDF file programmatically using C++.
I was thinking was to read from file itself. I thought the PDF file must have some text like "StartComments" and "EndComments". (if we open it in notepad) but didn't found anything like that.
    Any suggestions ?
Or anyone can refer any free Library which does this thing.
    Thanks

  • Capturing print event from PDF viewer

    Hi all,
I am using class CL_GUI_PDFVIEWER to display and print a document using a SAP dynpro screen & a custom container.  I am successfully able to do this, but would like to capture the print event from the viewer in some way.  I did not see any print events for this class; is there any way to capture the printing of a PDF document from this viewer?  Thanks much,
    Rebecca Levings

  • IPhoto Printing Services from pdf format?

I created a book in iPhoto 08 but it was deleted accidentally. I have Time Machine, but the the book under Project does not show up at all.
Fortunately, i have printed out a pdf version. Can I send the pdf to Apple to order the printing of photo book? Thanks.

a book is just a part of the iPhoto library - not something on its own in any way, just entries in the database that can be found or restored alone - so if you open TM in the dock and go back to when the book was there - select the iPhoto library and click restore (restore to the desktop so you do not overwrite your current library unless you want to totally go back to that library) and then depress the option key and launch iPhoto and select the restored library on the desktop - your book should be there
Apple does not print form PDFs according to their documentation - you could ask them - http://www.apple.com/support/photoservices/ordering_options/ - or use Google to look for other alternatives

  • Removing printer offsets from PDF pages

I accidently set up a printer page offset when creating PDF pages from Word Perfect X3. Is there a way to remove the offset, or do I need to go back to the original WP pages (which I can't find!)?

I recreated a page and made sure there were no offsets listed. The PDF page still prints offset. I found sources to recreate the page, displayed codes, and removed anything marked as offset. There is still an offset to the left when pre-print displaying either the source page or the PDF version.

  • Import Comments from PDF to new PDF

Acrobat Pro 8 - Comments (lines & Text boxes) added to a previous PDF Import rotated 90 degrees. These PDF's are design drawings with comments. The new file is merely an updated version of the design. Need COMMENTS to Import aligned properly.

I am sooo lost - info shown above might as well be Greek to me! I have tried to follow all the steps to get my info from old computer to new one. Where can I get more detail re the "profile folder". I created one as it stated, but I'm not able to find it again to do the pasting of old info into (ie where it states "open the new Firefos profile folder"). Been at this for hours! Please help...(note, I backed-up old info to flashdrive per one set of instructions). Also, so much backed-up, how do I know what I really need?
    Thanks

  • Trouble printing images from pdf

When I print a selected portion from a pdf that has an image, the image is really blurry. Any help?

You can also try a script...
Dave Saunders wrote tow of them that work quite well for simple two-up, no bleed files. The first is at http://pdsassoc.com/downloads/Buildbooklet.zip and as far as I( know still works as recently as CS6, but cannot handle crossovers at the spine. For those you can try Dave's CS3 Booklet Script
The first script shuffles the pages in a new file, and you need to export with the Spreads box checked when you are done. The scond works by placing the original pages into a new file with pages wide enough to hold two of the originals, so you export that with Spreads unchecked.

  • Problems printing envelope from pdf file with logo & return address.

I have the 6310 All-In-One Printer. I am experiencing major problems printing envelopes (standard size, #10) from a pdf file that is setup with a business logo, name , and address. First of all, the User Guide on page 63 directs you to load the envelope with the flaps up and on the left. This prints out return address in the lower right corner of the envelope front. I have insert the envelope opposite to the User Guide to get the information printed in the correct location, the upper left corner.
Bigger problem - The logo, which is placed to the left of the business name and address will NOT print out. My preview printer window shows the logo, but it will not print. I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

  • My document don't print the same color when I print it from PDF rather than InDesign

I have a vector image that don't print the same color when I export it to PDF but the colors are the same on the screen.
How can I be sure to have the same colors as my InDesign original document when I print it as a PDF ?

I use the default settings for High Quality Print

  • Light print quality from PDF documents

    Windows Vista Home Premium
    Adobe Reader 9.0
After scanning a document to PDF form when I print the document the print quality is very light, not nearly as dark as the origianl document. I have reset the laser printer to "best quality" & "dark" print settings but that improves the print quality only marginally.
How can I scan a document to PDF format then get a printed document nearly as good as the original one?
    Thanks
